: Many studies have investigated the mechanisms of the stigma of people with mental disorders. These studies also proposed corresponding intervention methods. However, the intervention effect of these intervention methods is unsatisfactory, which also induces many theoretical debates. The key to dealing with these debates is to reveal the core cognitive mechanism of stigma generation, i.e., the stigma of mental disorders arises from the spontaneous processing of social classification. Revealing the core cognitive mechanism of stigma generation will inspire an innovative intervention approach that is based on the continuum beliefs. This intervention approach may integrate the theoretical debates on the elimination of the stigma of mental disorders and then propose a theoretical model and practical schema of continuous belief intervention.

: With the booming development of digital economy and digital technology, digital transformation has changed from an "optional" choice for some leading enterprises to a "mandatory" requirement for more enterprises. However, many companies face several problems in the digital transformation process such as slow performance growth and insufficient transformation sustainability. Among possible reasons for these problems, the misfit between employees' digital competencies, digital technologies, and digital job demands (i.e., individual-task-technology misfit) is the main one. Therefore, understanding how employees can proactively change the digital job environment and increase individual-task-technology fit to improve job performance has both theoretical and practical implications. Based on the job crafting research and individual-task-technology fit theory, this project proposes a new concept called digital job crafting and explore the mechanisms for the effect of digital job crafting on employees' job performance. Meanwhile, from the perspectives of colleagues, leaders, and organizational structure, this project will examine digital job crafting support, digital leadership, and organizational formalization as potential boundary conditions of the relationship between digital job crafting and job performance. We intend to test our hypotheses using focus group interviews, case studies, multi-source and multi-wave surveys, and daily diary surveys. This project will contribute to expanding digital job research from a proactive adaptation perspective and initiate new research themes for job crafting research. It also provides theoretical guidance and practical intervention plans for employees to proactively adapt to digital transformation and gain digital intelligence dividends.

: The relationship between children's fine motor skills and mathematical ability is divergent in established studies, and to clarify the overall strength of association between them and their influencing factors, meta-analysis was used to integrate and analyze relevant studies at home and abroad. Through literature search and screening, a total of 34 papers with 42 effect sizes and a total sample size of 78, 527 individuals were included. Publication bias tests showed that there was no publication bias in the literature included in the meta-analysis for this study; heterogeneity tests revealed that the random effects model was selected as more appropriate. The results indicated that fine motor skills were moderately positively correlated with mathematical ability ( r = 0.27, 95% CI = [0.23, 0.32]); the relationship was moderated by cultural background and fine motor skills measurement instruments, but not by children's age and gender. The results suggest that educators should pay attention to the development of basic motor skills of early children, take effective training methods of fine motor skills, improve children's fine motor skills, and promote the development of their mathematical ability.

: As a special type of vocabulary, the formal representation form of brand names is divided into visual representation (the visual characteristics of printed letters) and auditory representation (the overall acoustic characteristics of words), font style (including letter case, fonts, colors) and speech (including phonemes, syllables, tones or accents) can respectively provide a visual or auditory representation. The influence of brand name font style and speech on consumers’ psychology both occur in the perceptual processing stage of vocabulary, and the impact results and mechanisms of the two are both related to and distinct from each other. In addition, there is a cross-channel connection between the audiovisual effects of the brand name. Future research should combine practical issues to supplement the audiovisual effect of brand names.
