A novel holistic network structure model of emergency communication is proposed in this paper, based on the research on emergency network of electric power system. Firstly, a practical emergency communication network structure of power system containing provincial power companies and municipal power companies (or substation) is explored. Then the survivability of the emergency communication network is analyzed using a network algorithm model, which gives the quantificational calculation of the contribution of each node and link in the network to the network survivability. Finally, the potential problems of the emergency communication in practical application are analyzed and the error analysis of the proposed modeling is computed. Because the deployment of emergency communication system has to be fast and flexible, communication for emergency and disaster should be based on wireless technologies, which are discussed in the work of (3-6). In the paper (3), a hybrid wireless network scheme enhanced with ad hoc networking for disaster damage assessment and emergency communication is proposed. The analytical model is based on a Markov process. J. X. Wang etc. propose a scheme based on wireless sensor networks (WSN), which are combined with mobile communication technology using in emergency communication (4). In the paper (5), a hybrid system model of wireless data networks for emergency communication in disaster area is presented and discussed. An effective solution is proposed to enhance capability of the emergency communication by wireless mesh network technology in (6). In this paper, a novel network structure of emergency communication in power system is proposed. The survivability of the emergency communication network between provincial power companies and municipal power companies is analyzed using a network algorithm model.

Channel conflict is an important part of channel management. With the increasing competition, people pay more and more attentions to channel conflict issues. This article considers the members of the channel as rational decision-makers and uses game theory to explore the causes of vertical and horizontal channels conflict, and believes that rational people to pursue their own interests is the most basic motive of the channel conflict. It aimed at stimulating the enthusiasm of dealers and restricting the non-cooperation of distributors, so as to create the "best" dealer and marketing system and finally ensure the development of the channels stable and healthy.

This paper present the calibration method of color CCD temperature measurement system based on image processing according to bicolorimetric method. According to the experimental results, the relation between red, green and blue brightness is established. This method is employed to calculate temperature. The calculated result shows that the relative errors are small by this method. It is a fundamental work for the flame temperature image measurement.

The material reserve can provide resources and support for handling unexpected natural disasters and public health emergencies. As the demands of material reserve are often changing in emergency events, this paper presents a dynamic planning model, which takes the minimum storage equipment investment, the minimum storage expenditure and material value loss, and the minimum shortage risk cost as multiple objectives in each stage. The weights of objective functions in the integrated model are solved based on the rough set theory.

The computational complexity of a texture classification algorithm is limited by the dimensionality of the feature space. A feature selection algorithm that can reduce the dimensionality of problem is often desirable, which has been studied by many authors because of its impact on the complexity of classifiers, Furthermore, feature selection in high dimension space is a NP hard problem. This paper presents a novel approach to solve feature subset selection based on improved ant colony optimization algorithm which hybrids heuristics information. The proposed approach has been implemented and tested on a real image texture classification problem. The results of proposed method are encouraging and outperform that of the presented ant colony optimization algorithm without heuristic information in this domain.

In this paper, an new method is proposed based on support vector regression (SVR) and discrete wavelet decomposition (DWD) for long-term rotor vibration trend forecasting. The feasibility of SVR in long-term vibration trend forecasting is also examined in this paper. And, the discrete wavelet decomposition is used to extract the trend components of vibration time series. Finally, the hybrid prediction model and algorithm of combining SVR and DWD is validated by a group of practical long-term vibration data measured from a flue gas turbine. The results show that the hybrid prediction model possesses more advantageous to forecast long-term state time series than directly using SVR model.

To overcome the limitation of the approach proposed by Chomicki et ah, this paper presents a new methodology for policy conflict resolution. The property of action constraint instance set is studied, and an optimal solution for conflict resolution, i.e., the largest action-acceptance set, is introduced, and the general property of the smallest action-cancellation set as the complement of the solution is showed. Finally, the logic program for conflict resolution is constructed by utilizing weight constraint rule programming with the stable model semantics. Because the logic program always has at least one stable model, it is reliable to obtain an optimal solution according to a stable model of this program. The methodology proposed by this paper not only has the merits of Chomicki's approach, but also expands the kinds of resolved conflicts.

For further researching on electrostatic droplet ejection, much detection methods have been studied. As the most direct and efficient approach, detection technique for weak current (level of nA) of the jetting is present in this paper. To observe and analyze the signals of electric current, detection system has been constructed. The parameters such as ejection frequency, ejection consistency can be investigated. By measuring the signal waveform, we can obtain that the appearance of a peak pulse indicates a droplet ejected to the counter electrode, and in the experimental condition of this work the asymmetric frequency of jetting ranged from few tens to around one thousand hertz. According to the results, this detection technique have proved to be feasible and valid for further researching on the electrostatic droplet ejection event and knowing more about the influence of various experimental parameters. Meanwhile, this detection method has a great potential as a technical condition of intelligent control of electrostatic droplet ejection.

This study proposed a novel model of FCM based on activation. As for the causal inference process of a traditional FCM system, there exists the limitation of multiple computing. This paper presented an effective approach to address the problem that one node is multiple activated repeatedly. The proposed method will simplify the causal inference process and ensure the randomness and fuzziness of inference process. The final case study validated the proposed model.
