In order to solve the problem of extra work and low efficiency brought by resources heterogeneity in the Command Information System simulation, a design of virtual technology-based application frame is introduced. By using the new application frame, the heterogeneity of resources is effectively shield, and the efficiency of the system and the utilization rate of resources is then improved.

In the wireless sensor network, many applications need to known the location of the node, so node location technology is key technology and research hot spot in WSN. Although the trilateral measuring method which has been given just need to know the coordinate of three beacon nodes, and the distance between beacon nodes and unknown nodes, then you can calculate the unknown nodes' coordinates, But in the practical application, due to measurement errors, makes the distance between unknown nodes and three beacon nodes be not accurate, causing there is no solution in the equations of problem. Therefore, this article will introduce the centroid location algorithm thought into the trilateral measuring method, improve the trilateral measurement method, and put forward the trilateral centroid localization algorithm. By calculating the intersection of the intersected round and the center in the area of intersection to estimate unknown nodes, making the unknown nodes coordinates estimated is more accurate.

Multi-Input converter has gained much more attentions because of the simplify circuit and less cost when implemented in the power system. As a new kind of digital control product, with lower costs, smaller package and higher level of integration, Digital signal controller (DSC), has a very good prospect in the field of digital control. Based on DSC TMS320F28035, this paper presents a new design and implementation for Multi-Input converter in order to realize the reasonable power distribution. All necessary DSC hardware or software techniques and algorithms required to implement the controller are discussed in detail. The steady state and dynamic response performance of the controller is presented in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this design.

New document formats (such as OOXML, XPS, ePub, etc.) commonly use XML documents for descriptions and package in ZIP format, keeping data description being separated with display description. However, facing the developing document applications, the well-known ZIP format shows many deficiencies. Zip does not support incremental edit with revisions, random access while downloading, more efficient XML compression algorithms or fine-grained security policy, etc. A file package format named XDA is introduced. New features are detailed including data linearization for streaming download, incremental edit, and flexible efficient compression and encryption. Experiments show advantages of these features for document applications.

In order to further improve the accuracy and the mechanism of predicting winter wheat quality using remote sensing method, The quantitative relationships between remote sensing variables and agronomy parameters of winter wheat were analyzed. The results of the study showed that: the relationships between sedimentation value (SV) and remote sensing variables were more significant at booting stage than at jointing stage. At booting stage, SV presented a more significant correlation with SIPI than other remote sensing variables. An indirect model based on structure insensitive pigment index(SIPI) and leaf nitrogen content (LNC) and a direct model based on only optimization of soil-adjusted vegetation index(OSAVI) was established to predict SV. The indirect and direct models were evaluated with 20 samples by the determination coefficient(R2) with 0.741 and 0.555, the root mean square error(RMSE) with 3.64ml and 4.28ml, respectively. The indirect model performed better to predict SV with the higher accuracy by 15% than the direct model. It is concluded that the research can provide an effective way to improve the accuracy of predicting wheat quality with aerospace remote sensing, and contribute to large-scale application and promotion of the results.

In this paper, the authors investigate the ability of the Waveform Relaxation method to deal with large power systems and assess its efficiency. As any domain decomposition methods, the number of iterations required by the Waveform Relaxation method is strongly dependent on the size of the system, the number of subdomains, and the initialization values. To cope with these dependencies, an initialization technique to reduce the number of iterations and a preconditioning technique to maintain a high convergence rate for large number of subsystems are here proposed. Applications on a European electricity network illustrate the great efficiency of the proposed methods for the solution of large power systems.

The periodic sampling strategy simplifies the analysis and implementation of generator excitation control in power system. However, it may lead to unreasonable distribution of the resources because the sampling frequency has to indicate the worst scenario of the system operation. The paper applies the self-triggered control algorithm to design the generator excitation controller of power system. The basic idea is that the next instants of time at which the control action is to be recomputed based on the current or last state measurement of system, and update of next control order is satisfied with the Lyapunov stability theory. At the same time the time complexity and space complexity of the self-triggered excitation controller of generator are also analyzed. Finally, the results of simulation show that this control strategy greatly reduced the CPU work load.
