A test system with the CCD matrix and computer is researched to realize 2-D non-contact and automatic measurement. Micro-size rectangle work-piece is tested as example. The experiments show that the absolute precision is less than 3 μm. The instrument possesses the high accuracy and good repeatability, the system may be used in the product line and makes on line testing possible.

A multi-agent Immune-based Co-Taboo Search Algorithm is proposed to reconfigure distribution network with loss minimization. When the population is initialized, the approach of co-taboo search is applied to seek out initial solutions, and the radial structure constraint ensures initial solutions to be feasibility. So the avoiding of unfeasible solutions greatly reduces the search space, and the search efficiency is also greatly improved. Furthermore, the antibody population is updated continuously by the immune algorithm, which can maintain the diversity of the population and prevent the optimization from prematurity. In the process of searching for the best solution, all agents were changed dynamically in order to get the best solution as quickly as possible. The calculation results of 33-bus distribution system show that the proposed algorithm has a highly computational efficiency.

This paper introduces a new approach of the stator current spectral analysis, based on chirp-Z transform (CZT) and Zoom Multiple signal classification (ZMUSIC), for diagnosing the occurrence of bearing faults in three-phase induction motor. In contrast with traditional FFT, CZT and ZMUSIC are suitable when it is necessary to analyze a not stationary signal such as the current signal of the induction motor. In this paper, firstly, the supply frequency is evaluated by CZT, and the fundamental component is turned to be DC component by shifting it to 0Hz. Then the narrow frequency bands around the characteristic bearing fault frequencies are analyzed by using ZMUSIC. The fault characteristic frequency components in the spectrum are clear visible by the elimination of the dominant fundamental component and noise. The proposed technique is verified by applying to diagnose the bearing failures in a three-phase induction motor.

Reactive power compensator of a phase-control capacitor and its characteristics are presented in this paper. Its operating principles and main circuit's structure are described. When simulated by Matlab, the conduction angle of Gate Turn-Off Thyristor is adjusted, the voltage and current of the capacitor are changed, and the persistent current is derived in a period which can lead the equivalent electric capacity to change periodically. The voltage waveform is analyzed from the mathematic perspective. When the conduction angle of Gate Turn-Off Thyristor β changes from 90° to 180°, the equivalent capacitance is continuously changed from c/2 to c, then it can realize the purpose of dynamic reactive power compensation. By programming in Matlab, the study shows that system current only has odd harmonics, which can be filtered by the power filter.

This paper address the issue of how to segmentation ultrasound image pathological region and propose a novel ultrasound image segmentation method by spectral clustering algorithm based on the curvelet and GLCM features. Firstly ultrasound image are subdivided into continuous small regions and each sub-region using curvelet transform and GLCM approach to get a series of feature vectors, including such as angle second-order moments, contrast, correlation, entropy, variance, mean, and the deficit moments etc; Secondly, a set of sampling pixels are selected to simplified data space and reduces the data dimension of spectral clustering algorithm. The small sample extraction method was designed to reduce the complexity of spectral clustering algorithm; Finally, priori classification of spectral clustering result as a guide, the remaining image data samples are classified using KNN method to complete the segmentation. Experimental results show that our method for pathological areas in the ultrasound image segmentation is highly accurate and effective.

The aim of this paper present an analysis of a Multi-Segment chaos-based frequency modulated (MS CBFM) signals, to focus attention on antinoise and ECCM performances of MS-CBFM radar signals in a noise environment. Selected Logistic, Bernoulli, Tent and Multi-Segment as chaotic function generated CBFM signals. Lyapunov exponent, autocorrelation, power spectra and ambiguity function of selected CBFM signals were calculated, and antinoise performance of CBFM Signals were simulation in a noise environment. From the analysis and results of performance simulation presented in the thesis, it can be said that the use of MS CBFM radar signal, is not only feasible but also advantageous in the field of high-resolution radar imaging in a noise environment.

With the emergence of energy crisis and environmental pollution, the large scale photovoltaic power systems have been widely applied. However, the output power of photovoltaic power system has the property of uncertainties. In order to lighten the adverse influence for power grid, this paper attempts a method based on Grey combination model to forecast the short-term power output of a PV power system. The proposed method is a combination of grey model and BP neural network model. It takes the main factors of power output of photovoltaic power system into consideration and builds GM(1, 1) model by choosing proper samples, and then builds the BP Neutral Network model using residual error series between fitted values and real values, finally modifies the GM(1, 1) value. The result of test example shows that the Grey combination model can efficiently predict the short-term power output for photovoltaic system and has a potential value in practical applications.

Currently most present web-based course still organized knowledge in accordance with sections. In view of the existing problems of the above knowledge organization form, this paper takes the curriculum of computer organization as an example to discuss ontology-based knowledge representation. In the extraction of concepts and their relationships, this paper not only borrows ideas from WorldNet, a quite common ontology that has considerable influence in the international computing linguistics, but also depends on the actual need of the course to expand and redefine them, in order to improve the sharability and reusability of the established curricular ontology. Moreover, methods of storage and exchange of ontology-based database are introduced in detail for providing better knowledge display and organization in actual applications.

For obtainment of facula area of external insulation ultraviolet discharge figure automatically and accurately, a facula area extraction method based on active contour models was proposed in the paper. Of the active contour models, the ultraviolet discharge region contour was obtained by calculation of partial differential equation. The algorithm has global optimization capacity, which is different from obtainment of edge by local figure information of conventional methods. It has strong capacity of resisting disturbance, low requirement for image definition, in the meantime, need not preprocessing, the facula area of ultraviolet discharge could be obtained accurately. Conventional edge detection operators, mathematical morphology method and the proposed method were implemented to obtain facula area of ultraviolet discharge figure, the result indicates that: the edge obtained by the conventional edge detection operators exist much interference, and the obtained contour points is discrete, it is difficult to obtain the facula area. The proposed method can obtain single or multiple facula area accurately, and it has not the optimal threshold selection problem and dimension selection of structuring element problem of mathematical morphology method, has strong automation capacity.
