This paper mainly analyzes the transmission line which is in series with compensation capacitor. For the compensation transmission line will contain rich transient components from low to high frequency when it occurs one phase ground fault. In this paper, we use the low-frequency resonance which generated by series capacitor and shunt inductor to determine the nature of the fault. First, the voltage will be filtered, extracts the low frequency components and integral it to calculating the low-frequency energy. Comparing the energy of arc to determine the nature of the fault, and then to judge whether bypass the series capacitor in order to prepare for recloure.

Currently the extensive application of embedded multimedia processing calls for requirement of hardware acceleration and multi-function expansion, it firmly requires an scalable and efficient design of system architecture for embedded multimedia processing terminal. At first, system architecture with distinct structures and reasonable modules is designed, a simplified multimedia framework is designed for embedded application, which includes a scheduler and a multimedia processing engine based on FFMPEG. The design of engine interfaces focuses on compatibility and scalability to deal with a variety of applied requirements. Then, embedded multimedia processing software is implemented based on the system architecture design. A scheduling program which schedules modules is implemented. A media player engine with scalable software interfaces is developed. Eventually, on Real 6410 platform, an embedded multimedia system is built, which makes use of LINUX Framebuffer device driver interface to display video and ALSA library to play audio for testing the system. The actual operation result proves that system architecture design simplifies the multimedia processing and supports multiple media formats as well as hardware acceleration. The scalability and efficiency make it suitable for embedded application.

Teenager's peer conflict has become an issue. Some negative personalities developed because of encountering peer pressure, conflict and frustration. These experiences lead to aggressive behaviors. Digital media is getting popular in teenager's life and this research try to design a special computer game that might influence teenager's improper behaviors. The experiment selects 180 high school students aged from 12 to 13 in 2 junior high school in central Taiwan. Participants will be assigned to play the specially designed computer game in which they can monitor the role in the games. Interaction between the participants and computer will be recorded over the course of the experiment for analysis. The goal of this research is to create an innovative and effective digital learning system in addition to traditional counseling method for teenager's peer conflict management.

This paper presents a blind algorithm based on Image Scrambling and Error Correct Coding (ECC) preprocessing. The algorithm generates a watermark sequence with image scrambling and ECC, and simulation with three different methods, that is watermark sequence deal with Hamming code, BCH code and without ECC. Simulation results show that the robustness of a watermark with ECC is much better than the one without ECC.

It introduces a new technology of cold emission for the rocket launching based on the technology of electromagnetic inductive launching. It introduces the principle of the system and builds the mathematical model for electromagnetic launcher. And then it simulates the rocket electromagnetic launching system by Ansoft and validates the feasibility of the system.

This paper presents a design method of three point temperature acquisition system based on Ethernet. and described the hardware and software design of system in detail. the hardware section mainly describes the principle and use of Ethernet controler DM9000A which is widely used in industry. The software part represents the structure and transplant of the open source TCP / IP protocol stack uIP 1.0. System completed the design of the Ethernet interface card and developed a software which displays the temperature value on PC.

As ship power system continues to expand the scale, the workload of the calculation and analysis is growing. Using computer technology to create an object-oriented ship power system simulation platform will play an important role on the overall power system design and performance evaluation. In this paper, we add simulation application algorithm further based on the established graphical simulation interface, to achieve the steady-state simulation of ship power system analysis. Establish the network topology analysis module and the power flow analysis module, and combining with SQL database design the interface between with each simulation functional modules, and with the graphics system, to achieve the data transmission. Finally, an example of power flow calculation is carried out, the result shows that the simulation software runs reliable, and has the flexibility and scalability.

In China, China Mobile has totally 400 thousands GSM base stations and the network coverage is the best in the world. This research analyzes the problems of GSM network coverage in high-speed railway and puts forward effective solutions of each problem. Moreover, it introduces the hardware and software used in DT Testing. Meanwhile through the test in intercity railway from Nanjing to Shanghai, it shows specific analysis methods of data and parameters. Finally, based on a layout example of high-speed railway from Beijing to Shanghai, the research gives standards and planning of high-speed special network from several aspects.

The dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) is designed to protect sensitive loads from the effects of voltage sags on the distribution feeder. The capability of DVR in compensating long-duration voltage sags is largely depended on the amount of stored energy within the restorer which is very expensive. In order to reduce the price of DVR, many control strategies have been implemented to make better use of the stored energy. Unfortunately, the traditional voltage compensation strategies are merely designed to minimize the needed compensation voltage to extract more energy from the DC-link or to decrease the output active power of DVR or to reduce the distortions at the load. To combine the advantages and avoid the drawbacks of the traditional strategies, an optimized control strategy has been designed and tested by MATLAB simulation. The new strategy can dramatically increase the compensation time with low distortion at the load and without enlarging the energy storage of the DC-link
