Gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is the most important equipment in the power grid. Especially, for insulation failure, the monitoring, analysis and pattern recognition technology of partial discharge in GIS is the most important. Thus a 220 kV GIS bus bar cavity was taken as an object to design three PD physical models. The PD signals on different defects were detected with the IEC60270 method. The effects of the applied voltage on the center-phase distribution and average amplitude of the discharge pulses were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the phase-resolved PD (PRPD) patterns, average amplitude and central phase changing of PD signals had very similar distribution characteristics and those of different defect had different ones. The results provide a test basis for the recognition of PD types and a deeper study of the mechanism of PD.

The BP network has the disadvantages such as low learning efficiency, low speed of convergence, easily falling into the local minimum state, poor ability to adapt, ect. For PSO algorithm, it is fast for convergence, especially at the initial stage, simple for the computing, and is easy to implement. Compared with the genetic algorithms, it does have not the complex operations of hybrid codecs, mutation, so it is a good optimization algorithm. However, PSO algorithm also has some shortcomings it is more and more slow for convergence rate at the late evolution of the algorithm. In this paper, a new BP Neural Network based on improved Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is proposed. The convergence speed of this algorithm and the capacity of searching global extremum is increased through adjusting the adaptive capacity of learning factor. The simulation results illustrate that the improved PSO is superior to the standard BP algorithm and particle swarm optimization.

Eddy current testing is an important and widely used method in non-destructive testing and evaluation. In this paper, an impedance analysis model of eddy current testing based on mutual inductance equivalent circuit is established using transmission line theory, and an analytical expression of impedance of the testing workpiece is obtained. Then the changes of impedance plane of ECT sensor affected by such as the thickness, the conductivity of the tested workpiece and the lift-off are studied. Experiment results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, which proves the validity of the model. All the conclusions derivated by the model can be helpful for eddy current testing optimization. This electronic document is a “live” template. According to the principle of phase lock loop, a software phase lock loop (SPLL) for photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected power system has been designed, which used to decrease the phase differ between PV output current signal and utility voltage signal, so to make power factor close to 1. For this kind of software phase lock loop, the implementation scheme is given in detail, and combine with the program flowchart, the realization of the scheme is explained. Under the condition of the laboratory, experiment is carried out. The results show that the proposed scheme has certain feasibility and availability.

Systematically evaluating a network teaching platform is essential in improving the quality of online teaching and therefore, can make profound significance in development of web-based teaching platforms. This paper aims to elaborate a method of constructing an user-oriented evaluation system for web-based teaching platforms for teaching Chinese as a second language (TCSL), which are, firstly, to sum up evaluating indices based on previous studies; secondly, to calculate weight of each of the evaluation indices through AHP; finally, to test availability of evaluation index weight by consistency check and to design the computing mode of evaluating results.

The city is the highly populated areas and also the concentration of wealth. In the event of a earthquake, the damage and loss the city suffered are great. In order to grasp the spatial distribution of the earthquake, the extent of the damages, the casualties, the secondary disasters, the spot disaster information in the earthquake areas, and the trend of those disasters, a combined system of the earthquake data collection devices and the automatically triggered rapid assessment information system of the earthquake is particularly essential. Finally, the article will give out the actual operation of the earthquake early warning and command information system's interface in Fujian province.

Due to widespread of Internet and the tendency of web 2.0, social networks such as Facebook and Plurk have a great impact on human daily life including interpersonal relationship, information sharing and knowledge construction. On the same time, the students of elementary school possess basic computer skills and begin to contact the social network. Their perception toward social network and their behaviors on social networks will be an important research for the information educationist. This study develop a questionnaire to investigate the 648 fifth and sixth grade students' perception toward social network and their behaviors from two elementary schools in Taipei City. The results indicate that the learners with different academic achievement levels and divergent computer literacy show significant difference on partial social network behaviors and perception toward social networks.

The droughts occur frequently in China, and it is urgent requirement for drought monitoring in a large region. Real-time monitoring and timely reporting of drought is important decision information for drought disaster prevention and mitigation. From the view of business process, the paper proposes the method to build system using remote sensing data, which includes MODIS data access, data processing, indices calculation, drought monitoring and analysis, and information dissemination. As a case, the system is used to monitor drought in early spring 2009 in the north of China, and the monitoring results well reflect the spatial and temporal changes of the drought, so it could provide the data support and drought information of drought for policy-making departments.

Urbanization promotes the development of industrialization and information, and develops the economy rapidly. In recent years, China's urbanization accelerates. But, at the meantime the human settlement of urban residents has been seriously broken. At present, it is very important to coordinate the urbanization with human settlement development, and promote the urban human settlement sustainable development. This article is a preliminary study about urban living environment in Korla city. This paper respectively established an index system of urbanization and human settlement based on the empirical data about the oasis town's human settlement in Korla city, and obtained the human Settlements Index of Korla city. This paper explored the interaction mechanism from the aspects of human settlements and urbanization, based on the theory of human settlements science.

For the needs of the rehabilitation training of lower limbs, a wire-driven aid-walking robot is proposed, and the kinematic research is done in this paper. This aid-walking robot is designed according to the skeletal structure of lower limbs of the normal person. After this, the kinematic model of this system is built based on D-H method. By this model, the relationship between the length of wires and angles of body joints are obtained. To realize the physiological changing of body joints, the robot is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink, and the changing laws of lengths and velocities of wires are calculated. The results indicate that this wire-driven aid-walking robot is feasible, and provide the basis for the later dynamic analysis and servo control of this robot.
