The prediction algorithm design of emergency event for network public opinion 网络舆情突发事件预测算法设计

The prediction of emergency event occupies an important position in the network public opinion. In this paper, an improved algorithm for emergency event based on statistics of word frequency is presented, which takes BBS, blog, news sites with commentary function as investigated subjects. The experiment shows it can provide the useful ideas and exploration for analysis of public opinion and early warning of mass group incidents.

The influence of information technology integrated into the creative thinking instruction of the professional machinery subjects on the students' creativity 信息技术融入专业机械学科创造性思维教学对学生创造力的影响

This study is to determine the influence of creative thinking instruction information technology integrated into the mechanical professional subjects of vocational high schools. This research has adopted the “nonequivalent pretest — posttest control group design” in quasi-experiment design. The study instruments include: The “Torrance creative thinking ability” and questionnaire survey on the learning reactions. Such statistic methods have used the one-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), frequency distribution, etc. From the study results, it has been found that: 1. The students' creative thinking abilities have contributed significantly more in originality and elaboration of figural creative thinking abilities than the students in the control group. 2. The students' creative thinking abilities have contributed significantly more in the fluency, flexibility, and originality of verbal creative thinking abilities than the students in control group. 3. The students have profound experiences in the topics related to creativity and have provided positive feedbacks. 4. The teachers must establish a learning environment and study constantly in order to link the teaching methods covered in the teaching material and real life. The students' creativity has been effectively improved through evaluations throughout the entire learning process, and the products have been completed concurrently.

Aero-generator trend analysis based on optimized grey prediction model 基于优化灰色预测模型的航空发电机趋势分析

In order to accurately analyze the trend of health state variation of aero-generator, a grey prediction model based on genetic algorithm is presented in this paper. Then use the original grey model and the optimized grey model respectively to carry out health state trend analysis of the aero-generator. On this basis, the two models were used to study aero-generator health trends, and compared with the prediction result of the BP neural network, and find suitable algorithms for aero-generator health trend analysis and prediction.

A novel network layer management protocol for the multi-master low-voltage power line communication network 一种新的多主低压电力线通信网络网络层管理协议

A novel network layer management protocol for the low-voltage power line communication (PLC) network is proposed, focusing on the dynamic network address assignment mechanism of the PLC network with a multi-master topology. The remarkable feature of the presented protocol is that it enables the equipments to claim, configure and maintain their network addresses autonomously within the PLC network. Data communications can also be performed freely without the interferences of the network management equipments. Experimental results verified its flexibility and reliability. This protocol is tailored for the PLC networks composed of various flexible and plug-and-play equipments, which make it suitable and promising in the areas of smart home and office automation, as well as the industrial networks with low data transfer rate and soft real time requirements.

Study on IEC 61970/61968 based information integration for smart distribution grid 基于IEC 61970/61968的智能配电网信息集成研究

The full information integration and highly unified information model is one of important embodiments of the smart grid connotation and features. According to the requirements and problems of information exchange between correlated systems in smart distribution grid, an information exchange platform for smart distribution grid based on standardized information model of IEC61968/61970, coarse-grained information exchange model of IEC61968, publish/subscribe mechanism and SOA is proposed. The architecture, function requirement and key technologies of this platform are studied. The platform provides a unified information exchange bus supported by standardized information model as well as flexible and efficient message transmission mechanism, achieves realtime, quasi-real-time and non-real-time information exchange between various distribution systems, and supports the business flow and application integration of multiple systems. Based on the information exchange bus, the platform achieve information sharing by the loose coupling means and ensure the flexibility, efficiency, security, maintainability and scalability of information exchange for smart distribution grid.

The research of adaptive weighted congestion control in MPTCP MPTCP中自适应加权拥塞控制的研究

As the traditional TCP which has greatly restricted is no longer able to meet the requirements of the existing data transmittal. so Multipath Transport Protocol is proposed. Focus on the issue of fairness on the bottleneck link in multipath transmission, and analyzes the limitations of the algorithms of EWTCP with equal round-trip time, We investigate a congestion control scheme that addresses this problem with the adaptive weighted congestion control approach(AWTCP). In our scheme, an According to the simulation experiments by NS2 show that when RTT changes, AWTCP algorithm also able to adaptive changes the weight to each sub-flow, end-to-end connection that uses flows along multiple paths can fairly compete with TCP flows at the shared bottleneck.

Firstly, in this paper, the topological structure and the principle of the three-level NPC inverter are analyzed, by using the SVPWM, controlling the mid-point drift in voltage-dividing capacitor, then/and generating the three-level voltage output. Secondly, the method of the combined programming of DSP and FPGA is used for the experimental platform, which realizes the reasonable distribution and utilization of the hardware resources, and increases the speed and accuracy of the control. Finally, the feasibility of the method is proved by the simulation and experiment.
本文首先分析了三电平NPC逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理,利用SVPWM控制分压电容中点漂移,产生三电平电压输出。其次,实验平台采用DSP和FPGA相结合的编程方法,实现了硬件资源的合理分配和利用,提高了控制的速度和精度。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的可行性。

Land use change in coastal zone of Bohai sea in last 30 years 近30年来渤海海岸带土地利用变化

Aimed to make out land use change and its spatial differences in coastal zone of Bohai sea in last 30 years. Series satellite remote sensing images obtained in 1988, 1998 and 2007 were employed to surveyed land use change integrated field surveying. Some land use index such as land use domnant type, land use dominant index and land use intensity index were created to describe main land use function, its dominance and regional land use intensity., individually. Then the land use change and its spatial differences in 1980s, 1990s and 2000s was assessment. The result as follow: Regional differences of land use and its change was more and more with land exploitation and use process carried forward. This process expressed by shrink of coastal beach and swamp, while expasion of buiding area and fish pool. And tranform of land use dominant type from coast beach, swamp and salt lake(low intensity types) in 1980s to building are, fish pool(high intensity type) in 2000s. While Land use diversity increased and dominant index of individual land use type reduced. Land use intensity index boasted famous in coastal zone of Binzhou, coastal zone of Panjin and coastal zone of Dongying. Land use construction reformed to grow regional defferences in spatially, such as agriculture zone in coast of Huludao and Yantai, fish pool zone in coast of Cangzhou, salt lake zone in coast of Weifang and Binzhou, eatarine wetland conservation zong in coast of Dongying and Panjin.

Relay protection based on Multi-Agent System 基于多智能体系统的继电保护

Agent technology especially Multi-Agent technology is playing a more and more important role in distributed computing technology based on network that is the mainstream computer technology. Agent is a physical or logic entity, including knowledge, thought and goal, it can act on the circumstance and can be acted on by the environment, and can harmonize each other. This paper introduced the concept of Agent and Multi-Agent System with the current lack of the protection technology, discussed the Agent application of relay protection from different standpoints, described the characteristics, structure, model and decision-making process of relay protection based on Multi-Agent System. Today, power system network is more and more intelligent, applying the Multi-Agent technology to the relay protection areas has important significance for improving the stability of the whole system. For this, we built a new structure model for relay protection with Multi-Agent System, and proposed a structural model of Circuit Breaker Agent.

Geothermal energy current state and utilization in oilfield, China: An overview 中国油田地热能现状及利用综述

Sustainable development is the critical theme of today's society. The enormous geothermal energy is supposed as renewable resource such as wind, solar and biomass. More significantly, because of its lower emissions of greenhouse gas (CO2), geothermal energy is effective on reducing the catastrophic environmental deterioration. This overview describes the current state and utilization of geothermal energy in oilfield, China. There are many oil-producing wells, with well depth over 3km in oilfield. Moreover, it is economic and sustainable to convert the oil well valueless or abandoned to a geothermal well, which are, therefore, the innate advantages for oilfield to develop geothermal energy. Because the current tectonic stress field is extensional in the eastern sedimentary basin of China, which leads to higher geothermal gradient that is 35–45°C/km so that oilfield distributing on Songliao basin and Bohai Bay basin, such as Huabei, Liaohe, Henan, Daqing, Dagang, Shengli and Jilin, have made great achievement on utilizing geothermal energy. By exploiting the hot water underground, geothermal energy can transform into electric power effectively and make other direct utilization such as extracting heavy oil, heat tracing system, hydrotherm heating, thermal spring and irrigating.
