Exploitation of Chlorella Pyrenoidosa's Biomass Energy by Aquiculture Wastewater 利用养殖废水开发核核小球藻生物质能源的研究

Biomass energy of microalgea is one of the most potential renewable energy. However, over expensive cost, especially the material cost limited its industrialization. Aquiculture wastewater, which is rich in nitrogen and phosphorus, is a main reason for the eutrophication of the surrounding water and is always a problem for the sustainable development of aquaculture. Although many treatments have been used in the field, the expensive cost limited their wide application. Microalgae can utilize the N and P in the wastewater to grow, so it is feasible to purify the wastewater by the microalgae and produce the biomass energy of microalgae from the wastewater. The present paper studied the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa in three aquiculture wastewaters and optimized the cultivating condition. The study showed that Chlorella pyrenoidosa could grow in the wastewater from the culture of Cynoglossus semilaevis. Under the condition of pH5, illumination 5000 LX and original inoculation density 0.01 mg/mL, the microalgae had the best growth. Under the optimal condition, the microalgae could eliminate 75.2% active phosphorus, 100% ammonia nitrogen, 84.1% nitrite nitrogen and 52.8% nitrate nitrogen in the wastewater within 11 days, which suggested that the cultivation of microalgae in aquiculture wastewater is a good method for both the exploitation of microalgae biomass energy and the purification of wastewater.

Xylenol Orange Sorption on Modified Carboxymethyl Cellulose 改性羧甲基纤维素对二甲酚橙的吸附

Modified carboxymethyl cellulose with β-cyclodextrin (CMC-β-CDP) was prepared and the sorption properties of CMC-β-CDP towards xylenol orange (XO) were investigated. Studies concerning the effects of contact time, sorption temperature and initial XO concentration were discussed. Results of batch experiments showed that CMC-β-CDP exhibited some sorption capacities towards XO. The isotherm fitted Freundlich model for the sorption of XO on CMC-β-CDP. The sorption capacities of CMC-β-CDP, β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) towards XO in aqueous solutions were investigated. Results of contrast experiments showed that the sorption capacity of CMC-β-CDP for XO was higher than that of CMC and β-CDP.

Ecosystem Service Function Evaluation of Honghu Lake Wetland, China 洪湖湿地生态系统服务功能评价

Honghu Lake is the biggest lake of Hubei Province and the wetland resources are extremely rich. Based on Honghu Lake's features, this paper uses the theories and methods of resource economics and eco-economics to evaluate the ecosystem service function value of Honghu Lake from the aspects of resources function, environment function and social function. The conclusion shows that Honghu Lake's ecology service value is 2.8063 billion RMB Yuan. Among them, the biological resources value is 1.0734 billion RMB Yuan which accounts for 38% of the total value, and the value from storing and regulating flood is 1.0382 billion RMB Yuan, 37% of the total. The results indicate that the Honghu Lake wetland ecosystem service function value mainly lies in providing aquatic products and storing and regulating flood. Therefore, only when the Honghu Lake's ecological environment and the wetland ecosystem are restored and protected, the lake's sustainable development economy could be guaranteed.
洪湖是湖北省最大的湖泊,湿地资源极其丰富。本文根据洪湖的特点,运用资源经济学和生态经济学的理论和方法,从资源功能、环境功能和社会功能三个方面对洪湖的生态系统服务功能价值进行了评价。研究结果表明,洪湖生态服务价值为28.063亿元。其中,生物资源价值10.734亿元,占总量的38%;储洪调洪价值10.382亿元,占总量的37%。结果表明,洪湖湿地生态系统服务功能价值主要在于提供水产品和储洪调洪。因此,只有恢复和保护好洪湖的生态环境和湿地生态系统,才能保证洪湖经济的可持续发展。

The Comparative Study of Wuhan Population Prediction Models 武汉市人口预测模型的比较研究

This paper uses linear prediction model, the natural growth model and the exponential growth model to fitted Wuhan population quantity from 1978 to 2004, and then according to the determine corresponding parameters, predicted the population quantity from 2005 to 2007 and compared, the conclusion is that the results of natural growth model and the exponential growth model are better.

Application of WebGIS in Central Heating Monitoring System WebGIS在集中供热监控系统中的应用

In this paper structure modes and characters of WebGIS are introduced and the necessity of applying WebGIS in the central heating monitoring system is discussed. The structure design methods and functions of the central heating monitoring system based on WebGIS are presented. Heating network devices management, monitoring dispatching management and information issuing functions are included in this system. This system increases the information sharing and improves the efficiency of heating network. The scientific heating management and automation are realized. This system can also be applied in other fields.

Design of the Measurement Node of the Grain Quantity Monitoring System Based on the CAN-bus 基于can总线的粮食数量监控系统测量节点的设计

To need the requirement of measuring the grain quantity in the barn, the pressure sensors are mounted on the ground and the wall of the barn, and the grain quantity can be calculated by using these measurement values. To realize the data transmitting reliability and real time, the design proposal of the measurement node of the CAN-bus by using the chips of AT89C51 and the SJA1000 is put forward, and the design of software and the hardware of the node is given. To verify the effectivity and the reliability of the measurement node, some experiments are done, the results shown that, the measurement error is no more than 3% under the conspicuous level is equal to 0.05, the grain quantity can be measure by this system completely.

Its database design and realization is put forward. The pollution analysis in the system is evaluated and the research is summarized.

Pivoting Algorithm for Large Scale Linear Programming with Upper and Lower Bounds 具有上界和下界的大规模线性规划的旋转算法

The linear programming (simplified LP) problems in practice are always large scale. Large scale LP demands algorithms with high computing efficiency to satisfy practical needs. Pivoting algorithm for LP can cope with equality constraints, free variables, and constraints with upper and lower bounds efficiently. Especially during the course of computing, the algorithm need not add any auxiliary variables, which can keep the essential form of LP and eliminate the superfluous calculations caused by auxiliary variables. The paper presents the algorithmic steps of pivoting algorithm for LP with upper and lower bounds and demonstrates the process of the algorithm by a simple example.

New Corrosion Resistance Bar in Sandwich Wall 夹芯墙新型防腐蚀棒

Sandwich masonry wall is an energy-saving composite wall with good mechanical properties and durability. But the adhesion strength to its tie bar affects its permanence. In order to simple the traditional production processes, a new method was proposed. First, a new theory of anti-corrosion using amino and carboxyl groups to change the distribution of steel surface was introduced. The theory was used to produce a high strength environmentally friendly steel agent layer which can guarantee the durability of the entire wall. The high strength materials can reduce the weight of whole walls with low cost. In order to meet the strength and the stiffness requirements, the appropriate tie bars were selected by the experimental analysis. The results show that the new method can overcome the bond strength of the issue. It has a high performance, good insulation, and good corrosion resistance. It effectively prevents the corrosion of steel. The is a simple and effective approach for the harbor construction and maintenance, bridge construction and maintenance, public works, infrastructure construction, temporary buildings, and so on.

An Improved RSA Signature Algorithm Based on Complex Numeric Operation Function 基于复数运算函数的改进RSA签名算法

Digital signature can be realized by using RSA algorithm. RSA is widely used in public-key cryptosystem. But running this algorithm needs lots of time and memory. This paper proposes a RSA signature algorithm to fit for the devices with low computational power. The new signature algorithm is based on complex numeric operation function. This paper expounds the fundamental principles of RSA algorithm. The realization of RSA algorithm includes the generation of RSA cryptographic key and the encryption and decryption of data. By using RSA algorithm, we can use the private key of the sender to sign the plaintext and the public key of the receiver to encrypt. For the receiver, he can use his private key to decrypt and the public key of the sender to verify the signature.
