Preparation, Characterization and Photocatalysis Properties of Visible Spectral Response Photocatalyst CoPcS/TiO2/K2Ti4O9 可见光响应光催化剂CoPcS/TiO2/K2Ti4O9的制备、表征及光催化性能

Photocatalyst CoPcS/TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method. Composite CoPcS/TiO2/K2Ti4O9 was prepared by dipping. It was incandesced at various temperatures and modification effect was compared. The results showed that optical absorption of sample incandesce at 423K occurred significant red-shift. Light absorption width extended from ultraviolet region to visible region, especially there was an intensive absorption between 600 nm and 680 nm. X-ray diffraction spectrogram showed that TiO2 in sample still maintained anatase crystal form. Under the illumination of visible light, photocatalysis degradation experiment was taken with Orange II as simulated pollutants. Decoloration rate of Orange II was much improved. The rate can reach 85% in 300 minutes.

Design of Power Quality Disturbances Monitoring Device Based on Linear Prediction Mechanism 基于线性预测机制的电能质量扰动监测装置设计

In this paper, using DSP chip TMS320VC5510 as the hardware development platform, the device monitors power quality disturbance signals according to linear prediction mechanism. This article focuses on the overall implementations of hardware and software design process. Simulation results show linear prediction mechanism is appropriate to monitor the disturbance signal, the device has good practical value and application prospect.
本文采用DSP芯片TMS320VC5510作为硬件开发平台,根据线性预测机制对电能质量扰动信号进行监测。本文主要介绍了硬件和软件的总体实现过程。仿真结果表明,线性预测机制适用于扰动信号的监测,该装置具有良好的实用价值和应用前景。

The Research of University Financial Performance Evaluation Based on PCA and PSO MLP Network 基于PCA和PSO MLP网络的高校财务绩效评价研究

The evaluation of university financial performance evaluation is a complex system. Domestic and foreign scholars generally agreed that the evaluation of university financial performance is a difficult task. In this paper, a new evaluation model with principal component analysis (PCA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) neural network is founded based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of university financial performance evaluation. A neural network model to the problem is trained by particle swarm optimization technique, which is a new adaptive algorithm based on a social-psychological metaphor, using principal component analysis to extract availability information and to solve a principal component. After empirical research with MATLAB7.0, we find that both the convergence speed and the evaluation accuracy are enhanced in comparison with the traditional neural network model.
高校财务绩效评价是一个复杂的系统。国内外学者普遍认为,高校财务绩效评价是一项艰巨的任务。本文在高校财务绩效综合评价指标体系的基础上,结合主成分分析(PCA)和粒子群优化(PSO)神经网络,建立了一种新的评价模型。粒子群优化算法是一种基于社会心理隐喻的自适应算法,利用主成分分析提取可用性信息并求解主成分。通过MATLAB7.0的实证研究,我们发现,与传统的神经网络模型相比,该模型的收敛速度和评估精度都有所提高。

Tech-innovation Connect with Venture Investment 科技创新与风险投资

According to system venture methodology and finance theory, Author provides a mode of venture investment and tech-innovation development, analyzes the mechanism and method of venture investment advancement. For venture capital (VC) sustainable development purpose, regarding the characters of tech-innovation industry, a mutualism model is built as an organic entirety of venture investment and tech-innovation. Then the model is used to venture investment management and tech-innovation industry development, obtaining a solution with practical directive function. At last, leads to the need for the development of VC. On this basis, using systems theory and the comparative study of methods for the development characters of China's VC industry conducted an analysis.

Engine Condition Monitoring Based on Grey AR Combination Model 基于灰色AR组合模型的发动机状态监测

Aiming at the problems of the wear condition monitoring, grey theory and auto-regressive combination forecasting model was put forward, and the combination model was build. The rough trend of the wear particle content change can be reflected through grey theory, and the detail of the change can be reflected through auto-regressive model. By testing and comparing a set of Ferro graphic data, the result shows that the combination model has a better forecasting result.
针对磨损状态监测中存在的问题,提出了灰色理论和自回归组合预测模型,并建立了组合预测模型。通过灰色理论可以反映磨损颗粒含量变化的大致趋势,通过自回归模型可以反映变化的细节。通过对一组Ferro图形数据的检验和比较,结果表明该组合模型具有较好的预测效果。

Study on Land Use Change in Process of Urbanization of Wuhan Based on RS 基于RS的武汉城市化进程中土地利用变化研究

With the development of economy, the social economy condition of Wuhan city has changed a lot. Land use change is the most remarkable among the changes which has deep influence on economy development, ecology change, and land sustainable development, et al, especially on the urbanization, more direct and remarkable. This article mainly analyzes Wuhan’s land use change condition in the progress of urbanization. With the remote sensing examination technology; we gain data of land use in 1996 and 2002, and then analyze and research the changes areas by means of RS and get the dynamic situation of land use in Wuhan during the two years. Finally, combining relevant data, we study the driving factors of land use change and deeply analyze the role of RS in the progress of urbanization.

The Kinematics Analysis and Simulation of Stacking Robot 堆垛机器人运动学分析与仿真

High-speed and heavy-load stacking robot technology is a common key technique in nonferrous metallurgy areas. Specific layer stacking robot of aluminum ingot continuous casting production line, which has four-DOF, is designed in this paper. The kinematics model is built and studied in detail by D-H method. The transformation matrix method is utilized to solve the kinematics equation of robot. Mutual motion relations between each joint variables and the executive device of robot is got. The kinematics simulation of the robot is carried out via the ADAMS-software. The results of simulation verify the theoretical analysis and lay the foundation for following static and dynamic characteristics analysis of the robot.
高速重载堆垛机器人技术是有色冶金领域常见的关键技术。本文设计了铝锭连铸生产线专用四自由度叠层机器人。采用D-H法建立了运动学模型,并对其进行了详细的研究。采用变换矩阵法求解机器人的运动学方程。得到了各关节变量与机器人执行机构之间的相互运动关系。通过adams软件对机器人进行运动学仿真。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性,为后续机器人的静态和动态特性分析奠定了基础。

Several Views on the Study of Evaluation of Marine Ecosystem Health in China 对中国海洋生态系统健康评价研究的几点看法

Ecosystem health evaluation is the bridge in which the knowledge human learned can be applied to management and decision-making, and it is also the basis of ecological protection, ecological recovering and ecosystem management. The offshore area is the area where there is a strong interaction between land and ocean, and it is affected by human activities greatly. The evaluation, prediction and research of offshore area ecosystem health can provide ocean ecological management with scientific basis. In this paper, the concept and connotation of health of ocean Ecosystem is analyzed systematically and several problems existing in the present ecological healthy evaluation are pointed out. The healthy status of marine ecosystem and its environmental challenge are also indicated. What’s more, the emphasis of the study of marine ocean ecosystem health in the future has been suggested.

Private Offering Fund - A New Way for Small and Medium–sized Enterprises to Financing 私募基金——中小企业融资的新途径

In recent two decades, because of its unique superiority, private offering fund has won a rapid development around the world, and become an important source of the fund of small and medium–size enterprises, especially for those in financial crisis. This paper analysises the necessity and feasibility of the current private financing of SMEs for the status quo of China's SME development and financing situation, which is based on the basic connotation and the characteristics of private offering fund, which provides SMEs with innovative financing ideas and some related recommendations for the problems occurring during the development of private offering fund in China.

In order to solve the problems caused by using traditional materials in the experiments, such as complicated operation process, poor control, low testing accuracy, inconvenience of recording test data, lack of timely data processing and so on, the control of the tensile test must be improved. This paper in details analyzes the operational principle of the tensile test machine, on which a tensile test machine control program is proposed based on MCGS. By selecting the appropriate sensor and using PCI_1716 data acquisition card, a tensile testing machine control system's hardware platform is founded. The control system software based on MCGS, can monitor the process of tensile testing, display and record real-time testing data. Practice has proved that the tensile testing machine control system has many advantages of high accuracy, good real-time, stability, easy operation etc, which can meet the needs of practical applications.
为了解决在实验中使用传统材料所带来的操作流程复杂、控制性差、试验精度低、试验数据记录不方便、数据处理不及时等问题,必须提高对拉伸试验的控制。本文详细分析了拉伸试验机的工作原理,在此基础上提出了一种基于MCGS的拉伸试验机控制程序。通过选择合适的传感器,采用PCI_1716数据采集卡,搭建了拉力试验机控制系统的硬件平台。该控制系统软件基于MCGS,能够对拉伸试验过程进行监控,实时显示和记录试验数据。实践证明,该拉力试验机控制系统具有精度高、实时性好、稳定性好、操作方便等优点,能够满足实际应用的需要。
