In this paper we discuss the differences of development level of regional economy in Jiangsu province by means of spatial statistical methods. The empirical results show that the development of regional economy in Jiangsu province presents spatial agglomeration. The spatial characteristic of region can't be ignored while studying disparity of regional economy.

Electronic properties are calculated and simulited by using density functional theory based on the nonequilibrium Green's function when a zigzag single-wall carbon nanotube (SCNTs) is twisted. We found that the twist of the single-wall carbon nanotube decreases their transmission function in certain energy ranges but some peaks are higher than unit despite twisting strongly affects the electronic structure of SCNT. The transmission peaks reduces gradually with twisting angle increasing. In addition, SCNT develops a Fermi-level which initially scales linearly with twisting angle and then reaches a constant value, the energy band gaps decrease with the twisting angles. All results indicate that SCNTs have lower electronic transport performance when the twisting angle increases, especially for large twisting angles.

According to the COD (crack opening displacement) criterion of elasticity-plasticity fracture mechanics, we can decide whether the structures including crack are safe or not. However, the theory basis of the COD criterion, which is Dugdale model, is not agree with the fact crackle. In order to research the displacement field around the fact crack tip, tracking the location of crack tip is very important. So, a new computer tracking method is provided to track the crack tip and measure the movement curve of the crack peak. Because the crack opens slowly, the similary between the front and back images of crack tip propagation is high. The computer tracking method based on the optimum image correlation algorithm is feasible. By the tracking experiment of the samples of thin paper and lumber block including the premade crack under the action of gradual loadings, the crack tip is successfully tracked. And the moving curve of the crack tip is also obtained. In this way, the computer tracking method provides a new dynamic experiment means to quantitatively analyze the stress-strain fields around the crack tip according to the images of displacement fields around the crack peak at the next work.

The paper establishes the prediction model of dissolved oxygen by using nonlinear approximation ability of RBF neural network, which is based on the analysis of infection factors of dissolved oxygen in aquaculture ponds, and introduces adaptive genetic algorithm to optimize the RBF neural network and make it faster convergence, because the conventional RBF neural network model often leads to longer training time and falls into local minimum easily. This paper applies the external environment factors controlled of aquaculture pond as a model input, which includes water temperature (T), water flux (Q), acidity (PH) and the oxygen machine speed (V). Experiment results have shown that the prediction accuracy of the proposed method of dissolved oxygen is higher than the conventional recursive RBF algorithm, prediction accuracy is significantly improved. The method furnishes the foundation for the monitoring system development of the intelligent aquaculture environment and factory aquaculture, and has actual production guidance.

Firstly, the nonlinear system is transformed into a new system, which is viewed as a Parallel system composed of nominal system and its disturb system in induced by coupling, secondly, DSC are designed according to each system in ordered to synthesize the expectation control law, finally, ultimate control law is induced by the principle of least squares and Taylor series.
