Along with fusion of mobile communication technologies and computer technology, mobile learning was produced as a new type of learning technique and method. Mobile Learning has become another very important complement to the traditional ways of learning after digital-learning. The development of the third generation mobile communication technology 3G provides a more adequate technical basis for mobile learning. How full and effective use of the third generation mobile communication technology to assist any kind of teaching and learning become an important research part of mobile learning. This article describes the 3G-based mobile learning project, where mobile device is used for educational activities. The main perspective in this article is in teacher training. We present strategies how mobile technology was used in teacher training and exerted the advantages of 3G mobile phones. The goal of these innovative pilot projects is to create flexible teaching solutions, which will enable the accessing of information with all kinds of devices, and to support learning in a variety of situations.

Three dimensional shear flow field for synchronous rotor under different initial relative positions and conditions was established in mixing process of synchronous rotor internal mixer on the basis of rheological theory of rubber mixing rheological theory, as well the shear strength was analyzed by presenting a dispersive index. The simulation results show that the strong shearing sections are concentrated in the zone between the top of wing and mixing chamber wall and the zone between long wing and short wing. The dispersive index is increased with the shearing action, directly proportional to the rotate speed. The axial distribution law of shearing is foundationally the same under different initial relative positions, but the shearing strength is different for that. The experimental results are fit to the simulation results. The dispersion degrees of carbon black are different by ±1 level for two rotors placed in different initial relative positions.

Due to long-term exposure to chlorine ion erosion, the steel corrosion of concrete engineering in marine environment has become the major cause of resistance deterioration. The paper summarizes the reinforcement corrosion mechanism under the condition of the corrosion of the chloride ion and analyzes the chloride ion penetration model. Connecting the steel corrosion rate and the chloride ion environment around the reinforced concrete and based on the FEM, the paper sets up the analysis process of the life of the reinforced concrete structures. And according to this method, the life of a reinforced concrete beam has been successfully predicted under the condition of the chloride ion penetration.

As an important water resource, groundwater quality is connected with people life and economical sustainable development. Shallow groundwater is subject to the anthropogenic influence because of shallow burial depth. In 19 monitoring indexes 15indexes reach the Chinese standard and the over standard programs are total hardness, nitrate nitrogen, total dissolved solids and nitrite nitrogen. The quality of shallow groundwater is evaluated with the comprehensive evaluation method, in 22 townships, 2 townships are excellent, 6 townships are good and the rest are fairly.

We have defined some kinds of generalized convex function in paper [1]. which generalize some of the present convex functions. In the framework of these new concepts, a Mond-Weir type dual for a class of fractional programming problem is considered. Appropriate duality results are formulated. The results obtained not only provide a measurement of sensitivity for given problems to perturbations, but also can be apply to the questions occur in resource allocation, stock cutting problem in paper industry, agricultural planning and portfolio selection etc.

Continuing the work of [1], this paper considers mainly the approximation to the n-th derivatives of functions, and develops an effective algorithm with its convergence and error estimate by the method of numerical integration. As an application, the algorithm is used to evaluate the integration of highly oscillatory functions and proves efficient.

In this paper, the notion of endomorphisms of sub-BCI-algebras are introduced and investigated. New properties of sub-BCI-algebras are present. The adjoint semi group of sub-BCI-algebra are given. Some more properties of left and right mappings of sub-BCI-algebras are also investigated with special focus on the left map. The order relations of sub-BCI-algebras are discussed.

This paper presents the development of a web-based system customized to serve the need of a community, named Taman Keramat Permai (TKP) in Malaysia. The system is designed to replace a paper-based process that gradually become unmanageable due to the increasing large volume of data. Features of the new system include online recording of forms, database query functions, electronic authorization, update, manage and monitor the progress data and activities included in TKP. We describe the design principles and introduce a functional component diagram for the system. The system is implemented on Windows platform using open-source software such as PHP4, MySQL, and Apache. Performance of the developed system is assessed practically and an efficient, and user friendly operation is demonstrated.

The Modified (G'/G) method is used to solve the Generalized Klein-Gordon equation, by means of this method, three types of exact traveling wave solutions are obtained, including the hyperbolic functions, trigonometric and rational function solutions. Some of them are found for the first time. If take special parameters values in the hyperbolic functions which we obtained, we can get existed solitary wave solutions.

The option pricing model with constant volatility in illiquid markets has been expanded by introducing two uncertain volatility models in this paper volatility. To conquer some insufficient existed in some literature, for example the time step should be small enough to satisfy the stability, the implicit difference equation has been established and numerical solution of the modified model with uncertain volatility has been discussed. Numerical results show that the method is nice and the accurate results can be gained with less computation.
