Analysis of bed-building discharge in the middle and lower Ba River 巴河中下游造床流量分析

By using the H.ň.Mаккавеев Method, Return Period Method, Bankfull Discharge Method and the Effective Sediment Transport Discharge Method to the hydrological data of Ba River, the bed-building discharge has been calculated and made as flow conditions of river model experiment. Finally, it was applied to the model experiment about Ba River and the results was compared with the one of balance riverbed from the normal river model experiment made by Northwest Water Conservancy Science Research Institute in 2001. The result shows that 6 years working life of the reservoir of Ba-river No.B rubber dam being regime channel is agreed with that of the prototype. It indicates furthermore that the bed-building discharge used in this river model experiment is correct, and the H.ň.Mаккавеев Method, Return Period Method, the LuoMinxun formula of Bankfull Discharge Method has a better applicability to calculate bed-building discharge for Ba River.

Kinematic constraint conditions and dynamic equations of spatial flexible parallel manipulator 空间柔性并联机械臂的运动约束条件及动力学方程

The primary goal of this research is dynamics modeling and analysis of spatial parallel manipulator with flexible links. A new model of spatial finite element beam model is proposed. The kinematic constraint conditions of the moving platform and the branches of the spatial flexible parallel manipulator are derived. The dynamic model of the moving platform is developed based on the Newton-Euler principle. Then, using the kinematic constraint equations and dynamic model of the moving platform, the overall system dynamic equations of the parallel manipulator are obtained through assembling the dynamic equations of elements. Finally, the numerical simulation of a 3-RRS parallel manipulator was presented and compared with the results of SAMCEF software simulation. The results showed that the effectiveness and correctness of the dynamic models proposed in this paper.
本文主要研究具有柔性连杆的空间并联机械臂的动力学建模与分析。提出了一种新的空间有限元梁模型。推导了空间柔性并联机器人运动平台和分支机构的运动学约束条件。基于牛顿-欧拉原理建立了移动平台的动力学模型。然后,利用运动平台的运动学约束方程和动力学模型,通过对各单元的动力学方程进行装配,得到并联机器人的整体系统动力学方程。最后,对3-RRS并联机器人进行了数值仿真,并与SAMCEF软件仿真结果进行了比较。结果表明了本文所建立的动力学模型的有效性和正确性。

Tests of ionic soil stabilizer reinforcing expansive soil 离子土壤稳定剂加固膨胀土试验

Ionic soil stabilizer was used to reinforce expansive soil and improve its working performance. 4 groups of stabilized soil with different mixture proportion were designed to investigate the effects of improvement. The expansibility and strength of stabilized soils were studied through a series of tests. The chemical composition, cation exchange capacity, microstructure and BET surface area were tested and analyzed as well. It was found that the total swelling and shrinking percentage and the plasticity index decreased significantly. The compressive strength of stabilized soil and its stability in water were effectively improved. It was also found that the cation exchange capacity and BET surface area of swelling soil decreased by mixing ISS into it. The microstructure of swelling soil was changed from layered structure to grainy one by adding a certain dosage of ISS and lime into it.

SiCp/Cu composites prepared by the dual-directional extrusion process of floating die 采用浮动模双向挤压法制备SiCp/Cu复合材料

SiCp/Cu composites were fabricated by the dual-directional extrusion process of the floating die. The microstructure, wear behavior and conductivity of SiCp/Cu composites were studied by optical microscope, abrasion test and current conductivity instrument. The results show that the SiCp/Cu composites with SiC particle distributed uniformly can be obtained, and the conductivity of composites decreased with the increasing of concentration of SiC particles, the wear resistance behavior of SiCp/Cu composites is evidently better than Cu with the increasing of concentration of SiC particles, the wearing mechanism of composites is a synthetically combined function of micro-cutting wearing and surface peeling off and grain wearing.

Mechanism of assessing moisture in transformer insulation by return voltage method 用回电压法测定变压器绝缘含水率的机理

Water of oil paper insulation in transformer will accelerate its insulation ageing, which is the key factor for its failures. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate water content of solid insulation for guaranteeing a safety and reliable operation of power transformers. The microstructure of insulation molecules can be varied by water, which affects the conductivity and polarization properties. Return voltage measurement based on dielectric response theory can detect variation of dielectric properties of insulation material. The paper analyze dielectric response properties of oil-paper transformer in detail, and describes the relationship between water content and polarization characteristic quantities, finally, reveals the mechanism of diagnosing moisture content of solid insulation in transformer using return voltage measurement. The moisture content have a great influence on polarization characteristic quantities, especially, the relaxation time is an important characteristic quantities for assessing solid insulation condition.

Formation of soluble microbial products (SMP) in an anaerobic sludge system 厌氧污泥系统中可溶性微生物产物(SMP)的形成

A bench-scale experiment has been carried out to investigate the formation of soluble microbial products in an anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) treating buffered synthetic glucose substrate (about 500mg COD/L) under mesophilic temperatures. Generally, SMP production increased with decreasing temperature. A higher SMP to soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) ratio was found at high temperature because of complete volatile fatty acid degradation. SMP accounted for amount to 0.85 of the SCOD in the effluent of the ABR. The performance of each compartment under organic load shock was different. In general, the fluctuation of SMP concentration in acidogenesis zone was bigger than in methanogenic zone which probably due to more SMPs are produced during acidogenesis than during methanogenesis. The other reason probally was the microorganisms in the rear compartment extremely deficient in nutrients and the SMP was partially consumed as a secondary metabolite.

Preliminary analysis of the effectiveness of desalting leaching using spring irrigation for use of brackish water for under-film drip irrigation of cotton 棉花膜下滴灌微咸水春灌脱盐浸出效果初步分析

In the plain irrigation districts in the Tarim Basin, Xinjiang where water resources are scarce, irrigation using brackish water is of great significance. The biggest problem with brackish water irrigation is salt accumulation in soil. The focus of concern of people is that, after 1-year application of brackish water irrigation, whether it is necessary to leach salt using winter irrigation or spring irrigation before sowing of the next year. This paper comprised data of easily dissolvable salt of 0∼60cm in soil which monitored from monitoring area S1 before and after spring irrigation in 2010 in Tarim Township of Yuli County, Xinjiang and salt tolerance indexes during germination, seedling and budding, flowering and boll generating, and boll opening periods of cotton (which are 7.1 g/kg,6.9g/kg,8.2g/kg and 9.2g/kg). The result shows that: in monitoring area S1, we can desalt leaching using spring irrigation once every other year to maintain the germination and growth requirements. The soil desalting ratio of monitoring area S1 before and after spring irrigation is 11.9%∼84.2%. Then we can conclude that the effectiveness of desalting leaching using spring irrigation in monitoring areas S1 were significant.

Study of working properties of pile with branch plates based on Abaqus 基于Abaqus的支板桩工作特性研究

Based on the Abaqus software, the working properties of pile with branch plates were studied. To solve this problem and considering the no-linear contact between pile and soil, elastic-plastic of soil, initial stress state. The results show that the axial force of pile body had mutations at upper and lower of the branch plates, when the pile with branch plates bearing capacity to the limit, the lower slope of branch plate bore great contact pressure, the upper slope of branch plate and soil produced a separate, the plastic strain occurred in the bottom of the branch plate and the pile body.

To solve this problem and considering the no-linear contact between pile and soil, elastic-plastic of soil, initial stress state. The simulation analysis of LPG engine combustion process by fire 液化石油气发动机燃烧过程的仿真分析

Based on the AVL fire software, this article conduct three-dimensional analog computation on combustion process of LPG engine which converted by single cylinder gasoline engine. According to the reckoning calculations, it analyzed homogeneous mixture lean burn conditions, the generation process of emissions and affecting factors of LPG engine. The analysis of analog computation results provided reference for the perfection of the combustion process of LPG engine.
本文基于AVL消防软件,对由单缸汽油机改造而成的LPG发动机的燃烧过程进行了三维模拟计算。根据估算计算,分析了LPG发动机均质混合气稀薄燃烧工况、排放产生过程及影响因素。模拟计算结果的分析为完善LPG发动机燃烧过程提供了参考。

Automatic locked control system of vehicle drunken driving based on PIC16F877A 基于PIC16F877A的车辆酒后驾驶自动锁定控制系统

Aiming at causing frequency traffic accidents by the drunken driving, the paper puts forward an automatic locked control system of vehicle drunken driving as a smart solution to prevent the phenomenon. And designs a automatic locked control system based on PIC16F877A. The system hardware modules and software system are elaborated in detailed. At last through the experiment, it verifies that the automatic control system has reached requirement.
针对酒后驾驶导致交通事故频发的问题,本文提出了一种车辆酒后驾驶自动锁定控制系统,作为预防这一现象的智能解决方案。并设计了一种基于PIC16F877A单片机的自动锁定控制系统。详细阐述了系统的硬件模块和软件系统。最后通过实验验证,该自动控制系统达到了要求。
