The centering EDM machine can be completed online centering hole processing. Traveling by the high speed line feed mechanism, low speed line feed mechanism, rotating body, lifting body, auto body for baseball, Swing components, such as buffer baffle. The advantage of this approach is: a small device, processing consistency, and efficient processing, process automation, and effective in the elimination round billet rolling wear puncher into a capillary formed by the iron handle. In order to design the machine, the CAD/CAE technology, basing on the conception of global structure, dwelling on selecting motor, 3D modeling with solidworks, dynamic simulation with cosmosmotion, and analysis the key parts using finite element method were presented.

Because of exiting inefficient and incomplete functional problems in traditional straightness error evaluation, Error measure and evaluation system based on virtual instrument was designed. Two endpoint link line, least-squares algorithm and minimum zone algorithm methods for evaluation straightness error were programmed by means of LabVIEW8.5, the corresponding data processing algorithms and program charts were given. Through experiments the validity of this software was proved, This software can realize visual evaluation.

Currently, commercial gasoline direct injection engines mainly use wall-guided combustion system to prepare stratified mixture. In this system, the fuel droplets injected from one cylinder side usually tend to wall wet on the piston crown and the other side of the cylinder, which causing an increases of the HC emission. The liquid phase LPG has a lower boiling point and a higher vapor pressure than gasoline. When it is injected with the pressure more than 5MPa, flashing will occur, which speeds up the mixture formation and reduces wall wet. In this paper the mixture formation of direct injection LPG engine at part load and full load were investigated by numerical simulation. The results showed that, compared with gasoline spray using a swirl injector at part load, the LPG spray employing a single-hole injector burst fast once injected, and spray tip penetration was reduced. This resulted that rich mixture was still not guided to the spark plug area, even near the end of compression stroke. Therefore, it is necessary to advance the fuel injection timing of 5∼10°CA for LPG than gasoline at part load using single-hole injector at the same injection pressure. However, at high load, the injection advance could remain the same as that of gasoline.

In this paper, the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the printed circuit board (PCB) is discussed and the system design method of EMC is put forward. First, the electromagnetic interference (EMI) of the PCB is analyzed and the design process of EMC is raised. Then, we use the Ansoft Designer based on method of moments (MoM) to simulate the PCB and obtain the near field plots. According to the plots, we can optimize the layout design and improve the EMC. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the presented design method.

Focusing on resolving the defects of control engineering compiler, such as monolingual support, or the high redundance and large amounts of multi-language support compiler, the paper proposed an approach to compile 5 standard languages of IEC61131-3, which reduced the complexity of the compiler and increased the reuse of codes. By means of analyzing the IEC61131-3, the standard language model was constructed. Combining with the study on characteristics of different implementation stages of compiler principle, the paper demostrated the reusability of compiler module with different languages, and designed the optimized compiler architecture.

The sample corrosion shape and appearance are compared between vehicle accelerated corrosion test and laboratory accelerated corrosion test. An equivalent relationship between laboratory accelerated corrosion and actual service condition is obtained on the basis of the research of distribution characteristics for two corrosion damage. The calculation indicates that this relationship of typical component: y = 32.86 e0.5x (where, y is time of laboratory accelerated corrosion, x is time of actual service condition), thereby laying a foundation for anti-corrosion design and coating selection.

Aiming at the achievement of sustainable development of drinking water source areas in Tibet, the key elements of the ecological compensation for drinking water source areas are discussed by means of theoretical analysis, investigation and model calculation, which include the subject and object, the standards, the patterns and the capital sources. And corresponding ecological compensation mechanism accord with the actual situation of Tibet urban drinking water sources areas is established. This study, which specially pays more attention to how to promote the marketization and the diversification of compensation channels, provides new perspective and scientific reference for the construction and management of drinking water source areas in Tibet.

It is necessary to calculate temperature field accurately in asphalt pavement with different climatic informations to prevent excessive rutting or fatigue cracks in asphalt pavements. It's also essential to design the suitable pavement structures and to choose grades of asphalt binder rightly. Based on the thermology theory, the mathematical equation of heat exchange in the asphalt pavement for two different seasons and the two-dimensional analytical model of unstable state temperature field in the asphalt pavement were established with explicit derivation. In order to understand the preliminary effect of different regions and climates on temperature fields in the asphalt pavement, the experimental validations were carried out. Meanwhile, the comparison between analytical results and the in-site data proofs the validation of analytical model. It shows that the simulation result is consistent with the experimental data well.

A flexible computer aided test system of three-dimensional cutting force is introduced in this paper. Based on USB serial communication protocol, the computer data acquisition hardware platform of three-dimensional machining force measurement and analysis system is built. The measurement and analysis software system is developed under Microsoft visual studio development environment, which includes several function software packages, such as turning force testing software package, milling force testing software package, grinding force testing software package, drilling force testing software package. With these software packages, machining force of different processing types could be monitored online and processed offline both in time domain and in frequency domain. The machining force regression models could be established by using single factor analysis method. The three-dimensional milling force testing experiments results show that the flexible testing and analysis system could meet the three-dimensional cutting test of different processes, and the regression models coincide with the cutting force variation law. Meanwhile the testing system is very flexible, which could adapt to different process and different force sensors and also could meet any general current or voltage signal test.

The important content of ecological geochemical in Zhangqiu area is soil elements of source and origin. The vertical distribution characteristics about soil elements reflect the content difference between surface and deep soil and provide the important basis for the genetic study of elements. This paper used the survey results of the local ecological geochemical, systematically summarizes the element content changes in the vertical profile, then explore the soil element migration regularity and source in this area. The research shows that the relationship is closed between element content and into soil cane in Zhangqiu area. But because of the farming and pollution, S, Se, Hg, N, P element are significant effects under supergene geochemistry activation.
