Research of China's industrial sustainable development facing climate change 气候变化下中国工业可持续发展研究

Global climate change is having a profound impact on the human well-being and development, which has become a great concern and challenge for the world-wide governments. Industry, as the most important trade that consumes energy and resources, is our main direction to achieve the goals of reducing carbon intensity emission. This paper first analyzes the opportunities as well as challenges which the industry in China is faced up to as a consequence of climate change. Then, it mainly refers to our achievements in energy saving and emission reduction. On the basis, it points out that we should take the road of sustainable development by means of developing circular economy and promoting low Carbon technology to cope with climate change.
全球气候变化对人类福祉和发展产生了深刻的影响,已成为世界各国政府关注和面临的重大挑战。工业作为最重要的能源和资源消耗行业,是我们实现降低碳强度排放目标的主要方向。本文首先分析了气候变化给中国汽车行业带来的机遇和挑战。其次,主要是指我国在节能减排方面取得的成绩。在此基础上,指出应对气候变化应走可持续发展之路,发展循环经济,推广低碳技术。

Study on the effect of hydrolysis acidification for divisional influent ABR 水解酸化对分区进水ABR的影响研究

The experimentation adopted anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) which has four compartments, and the reactor with influent ratio of 4∶3∶2∶1. The effect of hydrolysis acidification was studied by divisional influent that compared with the single influent of the anaerobic baffled reactor. The results show that the effluent of divisional influent were more formic acid and acetic acid than single influent, and the divisional influent may improve the COD removal efficiency and increase the ability of hydrolysis acidification of ABR.
实验采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR),进水比为4∶3∶2∶1。通过对厌氧折流板反应器分进水与单进水的对比,研究了水解酸化效果。结果表明,分区进水出水的甲酸和乙酸含量均高于单进水,分区进水可提高ABR的COD去除率和水解酸化能力。

The design and parameter setting methods for M-type fuzzy controller m型模糊控制器的设计与参数整定方法

On the basis of analyzing the principle and characteristic of M-type fuzzy controller, this paper proposes the design procedure and methods of M-type fuzzy controller as well as control rules of M-type fuzzy controller. And it puts forward methods of weighting factor setting for M-type fuzzy controller according to the different control plants. It discusses that M parameter affects system performance in detail, and indicates that M1, M2 and M3 have function of wide, fine and precision adjusting system performance respectively, which is similar to proportion, integral and differential coefficient of PID controller. Dynamic system simulation proves the superiority of the M-type fuzzy control.

Numerical simulation on temperature field for arc spray rapid prototyping 电弧喷射快速成型温度场数值模拟

In a typical arc spray prototyping process, two metal wires was melt by electric arc at certain distance and sprayed to the mold surface with high speed compressed air from the jet. To prevent failures such as deformation and cracking, homogeneous temperature field distribution was required for every spray layer. This can be achieved by optimizing the processing parameters using numerical simulating of the temperature distribution. The 3-D temperature simulating technology in the rapid prototyping process using arc spray was introduced. A 3-D model for temperature distribution was established using finite element method. In this model, arc spray rapid prototyping is considered as a process in which every molten drop moves along the path and overlays one another. The movement of the heat source was defined by a function. The temperature evolution as a function of time and the temperature distribution gradient of the sprayed layer were simulated. A real-time measurement of the temperature field was also conducted using infrared thermal imaging system. Results show that the simulating fits well with the experimental data.

Research on kinematics and simulation of a three-DOF parallel manipulator 三自由度并联机械臂运动学与仿真研究

A three-DOF parallel manipulator was presented in this paper, which is constituted with two platforms and three legs. The position transformational matrix was deduced and the normal and inverse pose solutions to the manipulator were analyzed. Then the kinematic Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix were derived by the method of influence coefficient. The kinematics simulation of the mechanism was carried out and the result shows it has poor coupling on the directions of three movements, which is appropriate for leveling a platform.

Study on active time-saving control system 主动节时控制系统的研究

With the rapid development of economy, energy supply is more and more penurious, and fuel price is rising. In many parts of the world, it takes the time-electricity price system in which the ratio of peak and valley price is 4:1 or even higher. In order to make a valuable use of power resources, this paper introduces an advanced active time-saving control system, which makes the full use of time-price differential under the circumstances to achieve the intelligent control to energy valley and peak. Experiment shows that the system is simple, has reasonable structure, easy to install, has high energy saving rate and so on.

Parameters and process of electrochemical machining of blades 叶片电化学加工参数及工艺

Electrochemical processing is processing techniques combined electric spark machining with digital control machine technology. Electrolytic process generating method is used to cast the impeller blades and hub surface. It is effective method to improve the accuracy of the impeller to reduce flow resistance. The shape of the cathode tool is taper shank ball. According to the experimental data is used to determine the processing parameters. The five-axis CNC EDM machine is used to complete the turbine blades and hub of the surface processing. Machined surface roughness gets to the design requirements.

FPGA-based design on control circuit of electricity-powered toy car 基于fpga的电动玩具车控制电路设计

The design on control system of electricity-powered toy car is one of the main elements at every undergraduate competition on electronic design. Traditionally, the control circuit is MCU-based, while this paper conducts a research work on FPGA platform. FPGA-based circuit has both rich logic resources and a high speed of working frequency, therefore it can provide a more reliable performance for the toy car compared with the traditional control circuit.

Application of ecological retaining wall in slope engineering 生态挡土墙在边坡工程中的应用

The ecological construction, environmental protection and energy conservation of modern slope engineering are concerned. Through the analysis and comparison of traditional and new retaining wall in slope engineering, the author proposes that new technological retaining wall should have multifunction, and can reflect ecological ideas and green tendency. Then the technological characteristics and advantages of ecological retaining wall are explained and analyzed. Lastly the investigation of ecological retaining wall in applied engineering is supplied.

Study on oxidation and dissolution of tungsten carbide in water 碳化钨在水中氧化与溶解的研究

The conductance changes of tungsten carbide powder in water were investigated in order to study the extent of its oxidation and dissolution by Conductivity Meter. The conductances of different suspension were determined as the changes of concentration, temperature, immersion time and pH values with time were measured in this article. Simultaneously, different aqueous media impacting on oxidation and dissolution of tungsten carbide powder was also studied. The experimental data show that conductance changes results from the oxidation and dissolution of tungsten carbide in water. Owing to pH values in different suspension change significantly, There may be formed tungstate ions and dissociated the proton dissociation at the same time.
