The benefit models of new energy vehicles on industry value chain 新能源汽车在产业价值链上的效益模式

Facing the challenge of environment crisis and energy crisis, it is important strategy choice for China to develop new energy vehicle. This paper analyzes the value chain format of new energy vehicle, and emphasize that the strategies to build the benefit models are exact value chain positioning, optimizing resource integration and consumer-oriented channels.

Structure design and magnetic circuit optimizing simulation of vane MRF damper 叶片磁流变阻尼器结构设计及磁路优化仿真

Based on conventional vane hydraulic damper, a new vane magnetorheological fluid damper (MRFD) is designed according to “fail-safe” principle. Limited by structure and space, the magnetic circuit design and optimization is the difficulty in alteration, as well as the cornerstone of MRFD performance. In the process of MRFD design, three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis of magnetic field is applied based on ANSYS, and find that the magnetic core becomes the bottleneck of magnetic circuit. Windings installed in a constrained volume are optimized by simulation method so that the magnetic induction of MRF in damping gap is obviously improved. Simulation result indicates that the MRF leaking from non-preset gap may be controlled, which can enlarge the damping adjustable range of designed MRFD and enhance its reliability that the special vehicles require.

The forecast of ship speedability based on model test 基于模型试验的船舶航速预测

This paper presents a group of the experimental results of resistance of the model ship. The experiment regarded the towing tank of Zhejiang Ocean University as its background, and make full use of the advanced resistance test technology and system. Next the experiment started with the fixed model and the test data are detail analyzed, thus getting the speedability details of the ship model. Furthermore this paper also compare the results of our experiment with that of No.708 Researching Institue and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. By comparison, it fully proves that the towing tank experiment technology level of Zhejiang Ocean University for large-scale ship models is advanced and has a bright future development in marine trades.

The study of driver's starting intentions 驾驶员起动意图的研究

A driver's intention may be affected by a number of sources such as the driver's current control actions, their visual scanning behavior, and the traffic environment. In this paper, research interest is focused on the driver's starting intentions of a passenger car equipped with Automatic Mechanical Transmission (AMT) or Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). It is found that basically, the driver's kinesthetic sense is the acceleration, but not the speed. Therefore, a dynamic model for the driveline is proposed according to engine test data and vehicle general parameters in order to analyze the influence of the pedal opening, the first and the second derivatives on the starting intentions. The orthogonal test design is applied to treat the variables and their combinations for the driver decision making in the launching. It is demonstrated by the numerical results that sequences of the factors have different effects on starting intentions, but the effects of interaction of the factors can be ignored.

Study on change law of the inner texture of the square truncated cone in NC incremental forming 数控增量成形中方形截锥内织构变化规律的研究

The square truncated cone is processed by NC incremental forming in order to analyze the change law of metal texture. The experiment results show that a uniform thickness of the deformed region is maintained and in good accordance with that obtained by the sine law. The metal deformation law is searched by metallurgical analysis. The crystalline grain is stretched severely on the vertical section of the square truncated cone. The crystalline grain size is constant on the horizontal section of the square truncated cone. The metal shear deformation occurs in the square truncated cone. It is drawn that the NC incremental forming is a shear forming. The experiment is made to verify it.

Research and experiment on Affinity Propagation clustering algorithm 亲和传播聚类算法的研究与实验

This paper introduces Affinity Propagation (AP) clustering algorithm, which is intensively researched by some scholars owing to its advantage of fast speed and no need of setting the initial clusters manually. Mainly analyzed the characteristics of Affinity Propagation clustering algorithm at first, and then compared several principle similarity calculating methods based on Euclidean distance and Mahalanobis distance and etc. Experiment on AP clustering algorithm were done with the parts of the UCI data sets, thus the effectiveness of this algorithm was verified. Finally, the experimental results were analyzed in general.

Fully-mechanized coalface periodic weighting analysis based on the SOS micro-seismic monitoring system 基于SOS微震监测系统的综采工作面周期加权分析

In order to effectively prevent the roof caving accidents occurs of the old roof weighting, the SOS microseism monitoring and measuring system was applied to the full time monitoring and measuring on the working face since the beginning of coalface mining start. Statistical analysis of micro earthquake events, incident frequency and event total energy periodic changes, thus deduce the old roof fracture periodicity. The results showed that coalface periodic weighting and event total energy periodic changing existence corresponding relationship. Before the strong micro-seismic activity occurred, there would be a weak seismic activity period and the weak seismic activity would play the role of energy accumulation to the strong seismic occurred. Releasing of the total energy in periodic weighting fluctuates in a certain range fluctuations, but the instability of fluctuation changes enhanced.

The research of stability performance of 4WD vehicles basing on electric wheels torque control 基于电动轮转矩控制的四轮驱动汽车稳定性研究

For the drive torque can be controlled independently in a four in-wheel-motor drive vehicle, in order to improve vehicle handling and stability, based on the yaw control strategy, the new control strategy has been proposed that the driving torque of inner and outer wheels were changed in the same range at the same time while turning. A four-wheel- driving vehicle model is built in Adams/View, and conducted a joint simulation with Simulink. The results show that during the angle step input response, increased the inner torque is much better than reduce the inner torque or same inner and outer torque. In contrast to same inner and outer drive torque, increasing the inside of drive torque, the maximum overshoot of yaw rate is reduced of 5.73%, the smallest overshoot of yaw rate is decreased 1.88%, the convergence time is cut down 10.59%. It shows that the use of electric wheel technology with appropriate control strategy can greatly improve the car's handling and stability.

Study and field application on broken-down tecnology of acoustic and negative pressure 声负压击穿技术的研究与现场应用

Due to the damage and sanding of the formation, the oil productivity is severely affected. The applicability of the conventional flowing technology with gassy water is very limited. The effect of broken-down is not very satisfying. In order to solve this problem above mentioned, this paper proposed the Acoustic Assistant drainage and Broken-down Technology. This technology combines the Acoustic Assistant drainage with the flowing technology with gassy water together. Through the common function of acoustic vibration and flowing with gassy water, the sweeping areas are enlarged, at the same time, the back-drainage of the formation is strengthened, which makes the ultimate effect of broken-down is improved. This technology has been widely applied in the GUDAO oilfield, SHENGLI, the effect is obviously better than that of the conventional flowing technology with gassy water. It has a good effect on new wells, the wells with long time shut-in and the wells with low productivity.

In order to solve this problem above mentioned, this paper proposed the Acoustic Assistant drainage and Broken-down Technology. This technology combines the Acoustic Assistant drainage with the flowing technology with gassy water together. Through the common function of acoustic vibration and flowing with gassy water, the sweeping areas are enlarged, at the same time, the back-drainage of the formation is strengthened, which makes the ultimate effect of broken-down is improved. This technology has been widely applied in the GUDAO oilfield, SHENGLI, the effect is obviously better than that of the conventional flowing technology with gassy water. Application of pinch technology for energy conservation in pharmaceutical factory 掐点技术在制药厂节能中的应用

In this work the application of pinch technology in a batch pharmaceutical process is presented. Pinch method is a systematic technique for design, optimization and retrofit of energy recovery system. The analysis results show the effectiveness of pinch technology for saving energy consumption in the pharmaceutical factory.
