This paper compares the environment influence with resource consumption of the particleboard, MDF and Plywood using LCA method. By analyzing the list of pollution output and resource consumption, classification of pollution, standardization and weighting sum of pollution and resource, the environment influence burden (EIB) and resource consumption indicate (RCI) are calculated. The trend of EIB shows that plywood is the most polluted of all, while MDF is the least polluted. And the trend of RCI shows unit volume MDF consumes more resource than the others, while particleboard consumes the least. Therefore, to reduce environment pollution in plywood production and resource consumption in the MDF production, cleaner production must be carried out.

This study carried on quantitative analysis of the sources of pollution and pollution load by Equi-Standard Pollution Load Evaluation in Shengzhong Reservoir. The Nutrient Salt of Nitrogen and Phosphor come from non-point pollution sources in the aquatic farming areas and the reservoir. Therefore, the key to control the eutrophication is to reduce the input loads from the non-point sources.According to the current ecological environment of Shengzhong reservoir, The countermeasures against eutrophication as follows: (1) Control input of nutritional; (2)Adopt the method combining the prevention and the treatment;(3)Strengthen hydrological regulation in reservoir; (4) Implement of the measures for water pollution protection and control ;(5) control the sources of pollution and reduce the pollution load;(6) Enforcen management.

Submerged hollow fiber Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) was applied to treat harbor oily wastewater after coagulation-sedimentation process. When the influent COD was 327 mg L-1, average effluent COD from the MBR was 135 mg L-1, with the average removal efficiency of 60%. The COD removal capacity of MBR deteriorated with the increase of influent salt content, thus, the influent salt content should be limited below 8000 mg L-1 in terms of total dissolved solid (TDS). In addition, ammonia nitrogen was reduced from 20 mg L-1 to 1.2 mg L-1 by the MBR, with the remarkable average removal efficiency of 92%. Oil content was reduced from 4.3~8.0 mg L-1 to 1.4~4.1 mg L-1 , with the average removal efficiency of 57.9%. This study also suggested that the drop of particle size, mainly caused by the overgrowth of filamentous microorganisms and disintegration of floes due to hydraulic attrition, had direct responsibility to the increasing of specific resistance to filtration (SRF) and forming of cake layer, and finally contributed to more and more serious membrane fouling.

[Objective]: To purified and studied the characterization of alkaline lipase. [Methods]: Lipases were isolated from Serratia sp.SL-11 bacterial fermentation broth by centrifugation, ultrafiltration, ion exchange, gel filtration. [Results]: Their specific activity was 6690.1U/mg protein and 5770.50U/mg protein, the purification fold was 35.08 and 40.67, the molecular weight was 319KD and 377KD, respectively. The purity of the purified lipases was confirmed by the presence of a single band on SDS-PAGE. The optimum pH and temperature of SLP-1 is 9.0 and 50°C respectively. The optimum pH and temperature of SLP-2 is 9.0 and 47°C. [Conclusion]: The two enzymes have a strong thermal stability, and have some of the alkali-resistant. They are suitable for industrial application.

N-butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) was wildly used to increase the flexibility or plasticity of the material to which they are added, normally rigid plastic and as additives in paint and adhesives. Its estrogenic activity has been more and more concerned recently. So many studies have been done in vivo and vitro. But the mechanism is still unclear. In this paper, the effects of BBP on mice uterine wet weight, modulation of ER (estrogen receptors) mRNA level and their relation were studied. Both the uterus wet weight and the expression of the ERα (α subtype) increased compared with the control. It showed that uterus wet weight reach to the highest level in the 2.5ml/kgbw BBP dosing group while the expression of ERα were of significant difference in 0.25/kg-bw BBP dosing group compared with the controls. It suggested that semi-quantitative RT-PCR may more sensitive than Uterotrophic assays. The ERβ here may exhibit an inhibitory action on ERα mediated gene expression and the actions of ERβ also protect the uterus wet weight from increasing. But the ERβ expression mechanisms need further examination for BBP estrogenic activity. It indicated that the molecular level may be more sensitive for the estrogen activity detecting.

The effects on sterilization and preservation of chilled pork by electron beam irradiation were studied in this article. The mathematics model was established by response surface analysis, which beam energy(X1) and dose(X2) as factors and colony form unit(Y) as responses. The results showed that the model of electron beam irradiation on sterilization of chilled pork can be expressed Y=3.78-0.24X1-0.13X2 -0.16X1X2-0.18X12+0.15X22(R2=0.9755). At the same time, the interaction between electron beam energy and absorbed doses has been found, and the significance sequence of factors was absorbed dose>;interaction>;electron beam energy. The initial total number of colony would drop 2 logarithm units when absorbed doses were in range from 3.23kGy to 4.0kGy and electron beam energy was in range from 2.3MeV to 3.8MeV. When the samples were stored at 4°C, the shelf life of irradiated samples was 18d. The results also showed that electron beam irradiation has effects on sterilization and preservation of chilled pork, and the application of electron beam irradiation was confirmed very useful for meat industry.

The water quality parameters, including temperature, pH, turbidity, DO, TN, TP and COD, were investigated in August, September and October, 2010. Based on the investigations, the distribution of water quality in Neijiang Lake was analyzed, and the nutrition conditions were assessed. Moreover, the influencing factors were further discussed. The results showed that the distributions of the water quality parameters were changeful both in space and in time, and the influencing factors were multiple, including tide, input of pollutants and so on. In these three months, Neijiang Lake's water quality was always in the eutrophication status, and in October it was the worst.

Polyacrylamide is one flocculant for waste water treatment which have been used widely. In laboratory, we prepared a cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) emulsion with acrylamide (AM) and acryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DAC) through dispersion polymerization in aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate. The influencing factors on the polymerization reaction were studied, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The characterization of CPAM emulsion was measured by IR, DSC and Particle size tester. The results indicated that The copolymerization was successful.

Numerical simulation was carried out on the High Temperature Air Combustion in an industrial furnace with a multi-jet burner. The effect of inlet oxygen concentration of the preheated air on the combustion characteristics was investigated. The standard k-ε model was used to calculate the flow field and β function PDF was used to simulate the gas combustion. The radiation was simulated by a Discrete Ordinates method. NO was simulated by thermal NO model. The furnace was a rectangular chamber of 800 mm × 800 mm × 1400 mm. A circular fuel jet of a diameter of 10 mm is at the center of the wall. 5 circular air jets equably distributed around the fuel jet with different straddle angles. The results showed that inlet oxygen concentration of preheat air had a considerable influence on the local temperature, oxygen and NO distribution, resulting in a stable flame, an enlarged low-oxygen zone, an equable temperature distribution and a suppressed local high temperature, which led to the lower product of local NO. When the inlet oxygen concentration is 10%, the local NO concentration is lowered 2 factors than that under a 21% inlet oxygen concentration. The final NO emission is no more than 20 × 10-6 at an inlet oxygen concentration of 10%.
