Negative refractive index in natural, non-magnetic media 负折射率在自然,非磁性介质

We report that a negative refractive index (NRI) can be generated in a relativistically moving medium by breaking translational symmetry. The threshold for NRI behaviour is the medium's Čerenkov speed (εµ)–1/2.

Flatband slow light photonic crystal waveguide in both TE and TM polarizations 平带慢光光子晶体波导在TE和TM极化

The flatband slow light properties of a honey- comb photonic crystal waveguide in both TE and TM polarizations is discussed. With struture tuning, the waveguide may have obviously different group velocities for TE and TM modes, which makes it have the characteristics of polarizer.

The study for optical properties of a flexible semiconductor microlaser 柔性半导体微激光器光学特性的研究

A new scheme for fabricating flexible semiconductor microlasers was put forward, and its optical property was investigated. The results showed that the PCs in this laser could lead the radiation emission to the needing frequency.

We study exact entanglement dynamics of a couple of two-level atoms interacting with independent structured reservoirs. Besides analyzing bipartite entanglement qualitatively, we derive quantitative criteria for entanglement sudden death and birth phenomena.

Research of measuring residual stress in laser cladding with anisotropic material based on reverse deduce 基于反向推导的各向异性材料激光熔覆残余应力测量方法研究

New method of residual stress measurement is established and expressions are inferred based on reverse deduce. Test results show that residual stress in the upper layer presents as tensile stress, while presents as compressive stress in the transition zone between laser cladding and substrate.

This paper elucidated how to evaluate wavefront property by precisely diagnose far field distribution. A Ф350mm far field diagnostic device was designed to be applied on the 9th beam of Shenguang-II. The performance in 2007 indicated that 70% of total energy was focused in a 5 times of the diffraction limit diameter circle, while 95% of total energy was focused in a 13 times of the diffraction limit diameter circle.

Research on two-dimension scanning with laser based on CPLD 基于CPLD的激光二维扫描研究

By using good-direction, strong power and density of laser, designing optic pathes, scanning fast to objections. Two-dimension scanning technology is emphasized in the article. By use of CPLD and aptitude control technology, some objects' diameter and camber cann be tested, such as glass tubes, rods, wires and tube productions and so on, things' non-contract online detection technology is implemented well.
