Comparison of reference current generation techniques for shunt active power filter 并联型有源电力滤波器参考电流产生技术的比较

In this paper a comparison is made between three different control strategies for reference current generation in three-phase three-wire shunt active power filter. Two approaches are being used for this purpose; one is time domain and the other is frequency domain. The three techniques considered are Instantaneous Reactive Power Theory, Synchronous Reference Frame theory and Discrete Fourier Transform. These methods are deeply analyzed under various non-linear load conditions. The performance of these techniques is evaluated by measuring Total Harmonic Distortion of the source current before and after compensation. The results are evaluated and compared using MATLAB/Simulink.
本文对三相三线并联有源电力滤波器中参考电流产生的三种不同控制策略进行了比较。为此目的正在采用两种办法;一个是时域,一个是频域。考虑的三种技术是瞬时无功理论,同步参照系理论和离散傅立叶变换。在各种非线性载荷条件下对这些方法进行了深入分析。通过测量补偿前后源电流的总谐波失真来评价这些技术的性能。利用MATLAB/Simulink对结果进行了评价和比较。

Performance enhancement of wide-band radar signals, using a new adaptive CAMP algorithm in compressive sensing 基于压缩感知自适应CAMP算法的宽带雷达信号性能增强

High resolution radar signals demands the use of high speed signal processor. Due to the sparse nature of radar signals, Compressive sensing (CS) enables the wide-band radar signals to be sampled at a low sampling rate, rather than a high sampling rate. This is attained through the use of a sparse sensing matrix. Complex approximate message passing (CAMP) algorithm is vastly used in reconstructing radar signals, because of its low complexity for real-time recovery and suitable for hardware integration. However, the CAMP algorithm achieves low detection performance at low Signal to Noise Ratios (SNRs). This paper proposes a new adaptive CAMP algorithm based on signal threshold, in order to solve the aforementioned shortcoming. Through simulation, the new adaptive CAMP is compared against the classical CAMP and the digital matched filter (DMF) algorithm using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves. The receivers operating characteristic curves (ROC) show that the new adaptive CAMP improves the probability of detection at lower SNRs.

The development of fault detection system based on LabVIEW 基于LabVIEW的故障检测系统的开发

This article has designed a set of remote control and fault detection system based on neural network model, according to the requirement for failure automatic detection of multifunctional massage-chair. On the one hand, the PC remotely controls IPC using Web and analyzes data; On the other hand, the IPC wirelessly transmits collecting data and feedback code to the PC using DataSocket technology. The detection thresholds are obtained through training initial data using PLS-BP&PLS-RBF network. And the detection parameters are calculated through analyzing the new data. When the detection parameters exceed the threshold, the indicator will be triggered to alarm. The system detects the state of massage-chair and determines the position of fault occurring which has achieved the purpose of intelligent auto­detection.
本文根据多功能按摩椅故障自动检测的要求,设计了一套基于神经网络模型的远程控制与故障检测系统。一方面,PC机通过Web远程控制IPC并进行数据分析;另一方面,IPC利用DataSocket技术将采集数据和反馈码无线传输到PC机。采用PLS-BP&PLS-RBF网络对初始数据进行训练,得到检测阈值。并通过对新数据的分析,计算出检测参数。当检测参数超过阈值时,会触发指示灯产生告警。该系统检测按摩椅的状态,确定故障发生的位置,达到智能自动检测的目的。

Nonlinear control of single-phase shunt active power filters with theoretical analysis via singular perturbation 基于奇异摄动的单相并联有源电力滤波器非线性控制理论分析

This work addresses the problem of controlling single-phase shunt active power filter (APF) in presence of nonlinear loads. The aim of control is twofold: (i) compensation of the current harmonics and the reactive power absorbed by the nonlinear load; (ii) guaranteeing a regulated DC bus voltage of the converter. The considered problem is dealt with using a singular perturbation approach that involves two loops in cascade. An inner-loop is designed, using the nonlinear proportional integral controller, to cope with the compensation issue and an outer-loop is designed to regulate the DC bus voltage of the converter. In this paper the nonlinear proportional integral controller is developed using the singular perturbation technique where two timescale motions are artificially induced in the closed-loop system. A detailed analysis of the stability control system is presented and the controller performances are illustrated by simulation in Matlab/Simulink environment.

Analysis and design of a-Si:H TFTs based charge pump circuit with only capacitive load 仅容性负载下基于a-Si:H TFTs的电荷泵电路分析与设计

This paper deals with the suggestion of a charge pump based on hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin-film transistors with purely capacitive load. Based on a Dickson charge pump configuration, the proposed circuit uses diode- connected amorphous silicon transistors as switches and amorphous silicon transistors connected as capacitors for pumping capacitors. Using thin-film transistors as capacitors may be a significant factor in minimizing the circuit area and thus the start-up time. Design considerations of charge pump key parameters are presented. Investigations include output voltage, clock frequency, transistors sizing, rise time and ripple voltage. Results show that with significant optimization, the proposed circuit can be used to deliver high gate drive voltages for amorphous silicon drivers.

The article is devoted to technique of providing specified operating modes of the power system using a solar battery as an element of Smart Technology. To organize the operation of alternative power sources, it is necessary to create stable schemes of operation coordinated with the available electrical systems. To do this, we use the Simulink visual modeling environment, which is part of the MatLAB package.

Site priority evaluations in cellular networks using data analysis 使用数据分析的蜂窝网络站点优先级评估

Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are facing with various network design challenges while evaluating the location of cell sites in large geographical areas. For this, network-planning experts need to consider many dimensions in order to come up with the most appropriate scoring list when building new network sites. In this paper, we utilize a simple additive weighting methodology for assessing the performance of cellular sites in order to explore the possible deployment of base stations in large geographical areas according to the their cost scores. We utilize data from a real life measurement and show score distribution of each cell site in a large geographical service area of a major MNO in Turkey

Modeling methods for electric loads in a real power grid 实际电网中电力负荷的建模方法

The electrical load has significant impact on the operation of power system. In the past decades, the component based method and the measurement based method were developed to build the load models. However, with the features of the randomness, variation and high order non-linearity, it is difficult to test the accuracy of the built load models. A load modeling method verification strategy is proposed in this paper. The component based load modeling method is performed based on the investigation of the electrical load composition to aggregated the parameters of the load model, while, the measurement based load modeling method uses dynamic measurement to estimate the parameters of the load model. They build the load model via different ways. In this condition, if the parameters obtained by different methods are similar, the effectiveness of the load modeling methods can be verified. These two load modeling methods are carried out in China North West power grid. The results demonstrate that the parameters of the load model obtained by different methods are close with each other. Hence, the component based method and the measurement based method are both effective in the modeling for the real electrical load.

Analysis and modelling of FC-TCR based on static VAR compensator 基于静态无功补偿器的FC-TCR分析与建模

In this paper, an approach for modelling of static VAR compensators with the Fixed-Capacitor and Thyristor Controlled Reactor (FC-TCR) is proposed. The FC-TCR technique is an important part of static compensator systems (SVCs). Static VAR Compensators (SVCs) are devices that can control power factor quickly and safely. The main circuit, the working principle, the developed mathematical model of FC- TCR and some simulation results are given.

Electrical energy networks have become one of the world's most complex and comprehensive systems. Any change in the system like excess generation or loss of load affects the whole energy network. On the other hand, the use of renewable energy sources as green energy is rapidly spreading to the world. As the installed power capacity of these sources increases, its integration into the existing electricity grid has become a major problem. In this paper, Turkey's renewable energy potential is summarized and the challenges related to the integration problem have been considered in terms of Turkey electric energy network. Finally, some basic solution proposals are suggested.
