Potential Role of Astragaloside IV in the Treatment of Fungal Keratitis 黄芪甲苷治疗真菌性角膜炎的潜在作用

Fungal keratitis (FK) is a worldwide visual impairment disease. The pathogenesis of fungal keratitis involves fungi, corneal cells, inflammatory cell infiltration, collagen degradation, inflammatory cytokines and their interactions. Accumulated evidence indicated that Astragaloside IV (AS-IV) possesses a broad range of pharmacological properties, such as efficacy in anti-inflam-mation, alleviating fibrosis, and immunomodulatory effects. This paper sum-marizes new findings regarding AS-IV in immune and inflammatory diseases and analyzes the perspective application of Astragaloside IV in fungal keratitis.
真菌性角膜炎是一种世界性的视觉损害疾病。真菌性角膜炎的发病机制涉及真菌、角膜细胞、炎性细胞浸润、胶原降解、炎性细胞因子及其相互作用。越来越多的证据表明黄芪甲苷(Astragaloside IV, as -IV)具有广泛的药理特性,如抗炎、减轻纤维化和免疫调节作用。本文综述了AS-IV在免疫性疾病和炎症性疾病中的新发现,并分析了黄芪甲苷在真菌性角膜炎中的应用前景。
