The possibility of creation tissue-engineered structures with a structured internal nanocarbon scaffold in an organic matrix for repairing tissues of the cardiovascular system 在有机基质中使用结构内部纳米碳支架来修复心血管系统组织的可能性

An analytical review of tissue-engineered implants for the cardiovascular system tissues regeneration was carried out. A comparison of laser methods for manufacturing cellular scaffolds was made. On the basis of theoretical studies, the possibility of creating a nanocarbon scaffold under the action of laser radiation has been proved. This scaffold is used to reinforce scaffolds based on protein matrix.

The investigation of three types of comb-drive actuator for MEMS inclinometer MEMS测斜仪中三种梳状驱动器的研究

To improve the sensitivity of the MEMS comb — drive inclinometer three shapes of the comb-drive: ordinary, triangular and curve were investigated. We used typical folded beam for displacement of rotor part. By calculating the results in ANSYS, the change of capacitance in curve shape comb-drive is more than in the other shapes. And the quality factor of curve shape actuator is higher than in other shape actuator. The curve shape comb-drive is more suitable for getting higher sensitivity for comb-drive MEMS inclinometer.

Approaches for adaptive optimization of routes in a distributed software-defined infrastructure of a virtual data center 虚拟数据中心分布式软件定义基础设施路由自适应优化方法

In this investigation, we presented a description of the intelligent system for optimization traffic of the cloud applications which processing Big data in network environment. A feature of the developed system is the use of modern virtualization technologies and machine learning methods for managing traffic flows when organizing access to cloud applications and services. The developed solution is based on the hybrid approach. We combining computing powers of CPUs and graphics cards (GPUs) in the analysis and processing of Big data in real time. It allows solving task of placement for network elements and dataset of cloud application in virtual data center. Also we formalize the optimization problem to determine the minimum time for the find minimal cost path for data transfer between storages nodes. This problem is formalized in the form of graph model and it is NP complete. In order to find a suboptimal solution for polynomial time, it is proposed to use the genetic algorithms and neural network approaches.

Radiation field of cylindrical phased antenna array model on anisotropic impedance metasurface 各向异性阻抗超表面上圆柱形相控阵模型的辐射场

In the paper, the problem of excitation of cylindrical anisotropic impedance metasurface (MS) with input piecewise homogeneous bigyrotropic covering is formulated and solved. Influence of the covering is introduced with the two-sided impedance boundary conditions Asymptotic representation of total radiation far fields of the sources is found with eigen function method. Cylindrical phased antenna array model made of ribbons of exiting current on impedance MS with input covering is considered. Radiation patterns of the antenna array are obtained for linear co-polarizations and cross-polarizations. It is shown, that radiation patterns and polarization characteristics of the antenna array are determined in explicit form by tensor of impedance of cylindrical MS. Metasurface can be used to form and control radiation polarization of phased antenna array.

The study of the influence of field emitter design parameters on emission properties using TCAD simulation 利用TCAD仿真研究了场发射体设计参数对发射特性的影响

The study of the influence of field emitter design parameters on electric field and current-voltage characteristics using Sentaurus TCAD simulation was carried out. Electric field distribution and current-voltage characteristics were calculated for single vertically placed carbon nanotubes (CNT) and CNT-bundle. Silicon columnar structures with horizontally placed CNT were also analysed. For vertically placed CNTs it was shown that increase in aspect ratio by reducing the CNT diameter leads to significant increase in emission current. For columnar structures it was shown that maximum electric field near the horizontally placed CNTs much less than the field near the vertically placed CNTs with similar anode-cathode voltages. Emission current is negligible at CNT work function φ>2eV.

Static load characteristics consideration for determination of transmission line power capacity 确定输电线路功率容量时考虑的静态负载特性

The paper refers to the development of computer model, which allows to iteratively calculate the maximum power capacity of the three-phase overhead or cable power line. The model considers two factors, which coexistence is known for complicating estimations of the power, consumed by the load, namely: impedance of the grid voltage source and static load characteristics (VI or VAR curves). The modelling of the load as current source, which current is a function of the voltage magnitude at the power line output, allowed to consider static (V-I) characteristics of the load. The model was implemented in the Simulink environment, which iterative nature of calculations allows to converge the grid output and load input voltages and currents after the transient, and therefore to consider parameters of the steady-state operation as sought-for solution.

Investigation of causes of dry-type transformer on-load tap-changer insulation 干式变压器有载分接开关绝缘原因分析

The article represents the analysis of the causes of damage on the on-load tap-changer of a dry-type transformer installed at a 35 kV substation under ground fault in a network with isolated neutral. In order to analyze these processes, the well-known technique of modeling transients in a transformer [1, 2] is supplemented with account of the interturn and interwinding capacitances of the transformer determined from the picture of the electrostatic field.

Obtaining IMSI by software-defined radio (RTL-SDR) 软件定义无线电(RTL-SDR)获取IMSI

RTL-SDR is the cheapest and the most widespread software-defined radio devices which has the ability to receive GSM downlink signal. Soldering together clock generators of two such receivers with the help of Multi-RTL utility gives an opportunity to receive uplink traffic too. Obtaining personal data, namely IMSI of the user is carried out by modification of Multi-RTL so that it could work in real time and extraction of location update request and identity response from the traffic.

Mobile bootloader with security features 具有安全功能的移动引导程序

Modern mobile operating systems store a lot of excessive information that can be used against its owner or organization, like a call history or various system logs. This article describes a universal way of preventing any mobile operating system or application from saving its data in device's internal storage without reducing their functionality. The goal of this work is creation of a software that solves the described problem and works on the bootloading stage. A general algorithm of the designed software, along with its main solutions and requirements, is presented in this paper. Hardware requirement, software testing results and general applications of this software are also listed in this paper.

Vibration damping in a motor drive shaft system operating under active power flow oscillation 有功潮流振荡下电机传动轴系统的减振

This paper discusses the methods of analysis of the active power oscillations occurred in a motor drive propulsion shafting system under variation of the rotational speed and load condition. The oscillation in the supplied active power generates the system vibration and increases the drive motor loading. It has been shown that the installation of the vibration dampers significantly improves the system performance and decreases the influence of the active power oscillation particular at resonance frequencies. The paper considers two model of the system — equipped with magnetorheological dampers and without. The simulation results shown that efficient vibration damping can be achieved using the appropriate control of the magnetorheological damper properties.
