Multi-agent control model for IT services on digital enterprise 数字化企业IT服务的多智能体控制模型

The article presents the problems of integrating IT services into the countour of management of digital economy objects. The problem of the metrization of the space for making managerial decisions about the efficiency of digital enterprise is described. The classification of IT service management metrics is described when forming an integrated indicator of management effectiveness. The article describes the definition of a multi-agent model for the management of the ICT infrastructure of a digital enterprise, the role of information agents in which the stakeholders perform with the use of appropriate IT services.

ASIC-resistant hash functions 抗asic哈希函数

At present, the use of application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) in electronic payment systems (EPS) based on cryptocurrencies gives a decisive advantage in mining. In the future, this can lead to the fact that the computing power of the network will be concentrated in the hands of a limited number of participants that contradicts the ideas of Bitcoin's creators about a distributed electronic payment system. This article describes one of the solutions to this problem, namely the use of ASIC-resistant hash functions in the proof-of-work system, which will help make EPS more distributed and, accordingly, more stable. The purpose of the study is to analyze ASIC-resistant hash functions. Modified algorithms of the proof-of-work mechanism are proposed.

Design and implementation of a programmable logic controller using PIC18F4580 基于PIC18F4580的可编程控制器的设计与实现

Use of electricity in industry opened a new age which is dominated by industrial automation. In the beginning, automation systems were based on electro-mechanical systems consisting of relays and contactors. Developments in semiconductor technology inevitably transformed the existing structure and cause electronic-controlled Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to prevail in the automation systems. PLCs consist of a microcontroller/microprocessor, relay or transistor for switching, isolating equipment such as opto-couplers and voltage converter/inverters. Industrial PLCs are quite expensive devices. In this study, design and implementation of a low-cost PLC using PIC18F4580 microcontroller are realized. Special software including a graphical user-interface is developed for programming the PLC and transferring code data to the device. Both ladder diagram and word instructions can be used for programming the PLC.

A statistical method of recognizing small-sized images of three-dimensional objects 一种识别三维物体的小尺寸图像的统计方法

In this paper a statistical approach to the recognition of small-sized images of three-dimensional objects is proposed. The problem of identifying the parameters of the statistical model for the recognition of vehicles on the terrain is formulated and solved. The basis for constructing the recognition system is a training sample. The resulting formula dependencies allow us to proceed to the solution of the problem of recognizing similar objects that are observed under different angles at other points different from those used in the identification phase.

Increase the accuracy of the DC motor control system with a linear-quadratic regulator 利用线性二次型调节器提高直流电动机控制系统的精度

In precision systems it is often used the principle of subordinate control, where the regulators usually used PID controllers. In a single system, a large number of them can be used, which ultimately leads to more complicated adjustment of the PID regulators, which means that the difficulty in providing the required parameters of the transient process quality increases. The solution to this problem is the use of a fundamentally different controller in the control system, namely, linear-quadratic regulator. But it has a drawback — it is a non-zero static error. In this paper, we propose one of the ways to solve this disadvantage, namely, the use of an integrator in the forward contour of the control system as an additional correcting unit made it possible to synthesize a linear-quadratic speed controller that provides high accuracy of speed control.

Design of a device for determining stroke volume by the impedance cardiography method 用阻抗心动图法测定脑卒中容量的装置设计

In this study we analyzed the existing methods of determining of stroke volume, equations for impedance cardiography (ICG) and developed a device of impedance cardiograph device for the evaluation of cardiac output and stroke volume. The ICG has several advantages compared with other methods as it is non-invasive, suitable for continuous measurement, simple to perform and provides accurate results. The difference between the values obtained using the direct Fick (standart parameter for evaluation) and ICG methods does not vary in any systematic way. The developed device is portable, communicate with PC via Bluetooth. The device is based on the AD5933 which is integrated impedance meter, tetrapolar electrode configuration is used.

The automating process of information security management 信息安全管理的自动化过程

This article is devoted to the review and analysis of existing methods for ensuring information security of automated systems for the banking sector. Strengths and weaknesses were investigated. In particular, the introduction system of information security management will help to fulfill a significant part of the requirements of the group standards for information security ISO/IEC 27000 part of PCI DSS requirements and standards of the Bank of Russia, as well as its regulations and guidelines, requirements for the establishment of a subsystem of registration and accounting systems for the protection of personal data and key systems (the requirements of FSTEC of Russia).

Device for non-invasive diagnosis of bronchopulmonary diseases based on microwave technologies 基于微波技术的支气管肺疾病无创诊断装置

Bronchial asthma is a chronical lung disease, involving people of all age groups. Thus, the problem of development and practical realization of new diagnostic methods and devices that can be used for people of all age groups and especially for young children is actual. In this paper the construction of the device for non-invasive diagnosis of bronchopulmonary diseases and detection of the localization of the changes in the bronchovascular system based on investigation on the properties of high frequency radiation propagation through patient chest is proposed. The results of experimental investigation on high-frequency signal propagation through the model of a human chest under the condition of inclusion of an different types of inhomogeneities — metal disk and ball with 0.9% NaCl solution, simulating the presence of disease, are presented.

Segmentation of telemetry frames during message packing in wireless sensor networks 无线传感器网络报文打包过程中遥测帧的分割

A model for evaluating wireless communication channel capacity with the noiseless coding of messages in the case of repeated transfer of damaged information packets is proposed. The optimum values of the information packet characteristics are calculated according to various ratios of the signal energy parameters and interference in the channels. An algorithm of telemetry frame segmentation into subframes is presented. The number of elements in the subframes is maximal approximated to the number of information elements in packets of optimal length. Here the multiplicity condition of telemetry frame length is considered in relation to the number of subframe elements. It is very important in a case of cyclic interrogation for measuring sensors.

Technical and economic model for evaluating measures to limit short-circuit currents 评估限制短路电流措施的技术和经济模型

Currently, the problem of high levels of short-circuit currents on buses of substations of 110 kV and above is urgent; therefore, it is necessary to develop measures to limit them. The reasons for that are the constant development of the electric grid infrastructure and the growth of generating capacities. Breaking capacity of a large amount of switching equipment does not correspond to the calculated levels of short-circuit currents. Replacement of existing circuit breakers is expensive, because of which it is advisable to consider alternative technical solutions, including the implementation of the stationary sectioning of the electric network, which in turn requires consideration of a number of criteria for influencing the power system mode. As a solution to this problem, the paper proposes a model for evaluating measures to limit short-circuit currents in the power system.
