Recently, most meter reading system are only applied to the LAN and not convenient in the real-time monitoring instrument for users. In addition, abnormal phenomenon of meter, such as drops and leakage, can't be found in time. It not only brings economic losses to the user, but also is a waste of resources. This article describes the research of remote intelligent meter reading software, which takes advantage of Bessel curve to display dynamically real time data and supports monitor operation of instrument. The software solves the limitation problem of LAN monitoring, and promotes the information construction of the community and advances the development of smart city in a sense.

Aiming at the propulsion disturbance problem brought by the discontinuity of the rotation angular acceleration in the freedom flight course of space robot at microgravity condition, a flight trajectory which conforms to cubic curvature polynomials and cubic torsion polynomials in carrier coordinate of robot in 3D space in the trajectory planning stage. The robot's rotation angular velocity, angular acceleration and angular jerk can be continuous if the robot flies along the robot trajectory. According to the kinematics transform between the carrier coordinate system and the global coordinate system, the flight trajectory in the global coordinate system is a nonlinear transcendental equation set with quadratic integral. Separate polynomial parameters and other parameters separately, using partial differential Jacobi matrix to express the local linear relationship of the gradients of polynomial parameters and the gradients of other parameters, and Newton-Rap son iterative is used to draw near the real solution. At last, all approximate values are got. Thus it is concluded that the functions of the curvature polynomial, the torsion polynomial and the expression of trajectory in the global coordinate. The simulation experiment shows that the trajectory planning method can ensure that the angular velocity of robot is high order continuous at the same time, and effectively avoiding the control disturbance and burden of control system caused by the mutations of command speed, acceleration and jerk.

Feature significance plays an important role in the classification tasks. The performance of a classifier would be degraded due to the existence of the irrelevant features, which are often inevitable in the real applications. In order to distinguish the impacts implicated in the features and improve the performances of the classification methods, this paper presents a hybrid learning approach, entitled evolutionary extreme learning machine based weighted nearest-neighbor equality algorithm (EE-WNNE). In such method, the measure of the significance levels of the features are induced by the weights on the related links associated with the individual input nodes in the evolutionary extreme learning machine (E-ELM) algorithm. These feature weights are utilized to implement a weighted nearest-neighbor equality method to perform the subsequent classification tasks. Systematic experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach generally outperform many state-of-the-art classification techniques.

The internet of things (IoT) technology has great potential in obtaining, analyzing, processing, controlling and feeding back the information of entity properties (location, status, behavior, characteristic, etc.), which will play an active role in promoting the development of smart grid. In this paper, we apply the IoT technology in the smart grid field. A kind of system architecture of smart grid is built according to the IoT system architecture. The system architecture of smart grid is divided into three layers -- the perception layer, the communication layer and the application layer. The application of IoT technology in every layer of the system architecture of the smart grid is analyzed and discussed in detail. Finally, the application prospect and problems which should be solved are forecast. It is found that the IoT technology will make smart grid more efficient, more intelligent, more secure and more convenient.

Dynamic vehicle detection is an important module for Autonomous Land Vehicle (ALV) navigation in outdoor environments. In this paper, we present a novel dynamic vehicle detection algorithm based on the likelihood field model for an ALV equipped with a Velodyne LIDAR. An improved 2D virtual scan is utilized to detect the dynamic objects with the scan differencing operation. For every dynamic object, a vehicle is fitted with the likelihood field model, and the motion evidence and motion consistence of the fitted vehicle are exploited to classify the dynamic object into the vehicle or not. The performance of the algorithm is validated on the data collected by our ALV in various environments.

This paper mainly analysis the control surfaces installed on a spin-stabilized projectile with the purpose of range extension. In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the control surfaces, a full six degree-of-free nonlinear model was built to predict the dynamic behavior of the controlled projectile in atmospheric flight. Compared with the conventional ballistic, the calculation results show that the range extension of a spin-stabilized projectile with control surfaces can be obtained effectively. Parametric analysis about control deflection angle is carried out through deploying the control surfaces at different stages in the atmospheric flight, and another analysis is presented to show the influence to the projectile angle of attack with different ways to deploy the control surfaces. The control surfaces are found to be highly capable for range extension, and the maximum range can be gained during the control surfaces deflection angle deploying at the summit point of the flight trajectory.

The visible light communication technology is a new kind of wireless communication technology with broad application prospects. Therefore, this system carries out a study on visible light transmission control system on the basis of steady-state visual evocation and designs a new way for steady-state visual evoked potential to control the home terminal. The system adopts single chip microcomputer and LED lights to design the visual stimulator, and on LABVIEW platform it uses the power spectrum for estimation and real-time extraction of the vectors of evoked potential and produce the control commands of brain-computer interface, which transmit through the visible light emission module to the free space, and then receive and decode the visible light in the home network terminal, and finally achieve the control of the family terminal.

A new test method for stability of digital camera system based on camera station optimization was presented. To enhance the geometric network of camera station for the camera system structural instability compensated, and coordinate measurement repeatability was verified and analyzed with experiment. Experimental results indicated that the 9-point network testing method used based on camera station optimization could meet the requirements for stability testing of a digital camera system, and its coordinate measurement repeatability was higher.

For the environment of data stream, an effective algorithm DSM-Miner for mining maximal frequent patterns is proposed. It uses Transactions Sliding Window to specify the number of transactions in each treatment process, and distinguishes and treats the old and new transactions by the way of decaying, meanwhile it takes advantage of the proposed Sliding Window Maximum frequent pattern Tree SWM-Tree to maintain the information of patterns. In the mining process of maximal frequent patterns, the algorithm uses the corresponding node of MFP-Tree as the root of an enumeration tree and uses this enumeration tree as a search space. In addition, the algorithm also adopts appropriate pruning operations, calculation pattern of bit items group and "depth-first" search strategies and ideas. Experimental results show that DSM-Miner algorithm has better space and time performance.
