Demonstration of visible light text data transmission system using LED lamp 演示使用LED灯的可见光文本数据传输系统

This paper proposes a study of the visible light communication system. These systems are the novel A technology that can modulate the TEXT data along with the light sources and send the modulated signal form the transmitter to the receiver by using the light with a frequency range of 400 - 800nm. The aim of this paper is to transmit the serial TEXT data pass through the 5W LED lamp illuminating to a photodiode of the receiver. The received signal was amplified and transmitted to the computer. The results of the proposed method are shown the baud rate of data transmitted by the system was 115200 and the maximum of the distance between the transmitter and receiver was 5.4 meters.

Research trend and future perspective of plasma-assisted health care technology 血浆辅助医疗技术的研究趋势及未来展望

The fusion technology combining electrical engineering, chemistry, and biology attract lots of attentions nowadays not only because of its scientific significance but also of its wide range of applications and commercialization. A recently rising technology among them is plasma-assisted health care technology which merges biology, electronics, and plasma chemistry in atmospheric pressure. The research trend and future perspectives of plasma-assisted health care technology are summarized for sterilization, wound healing, and cancer cell treatment.

Recursive decomposition as a method for integrating heterogeneous data sources 递归分解是集成异构数据源的一种方法

In this article, proposes a model of data integration in which should be supported a unified view of heterogeneous data sources, management of integrity constraints, managing the execution of operations of data manipulation and query, reconciliation of data from different sources, the ability to extend and customize the new data sources. The proposed approach to integration is based on the recursive decomposition of data sources where each source data is divided sequentially into atomic data items, wherein for each level of the recursive nesting data and their descriptions are represented uniformly. Such model enables the integration of different data sources at any level by setting arbitrary links between elements of the scheme, integrity constraints and allowed operations.

Acoustic classification and tracking of multiple targets using wireless sensor networks 基于无线传感器网络的多目标声分类与跟踪

This paper presents an acoustic classification and multi-sensor tracking algorithm with WSNs for multiple targets. The goal for this study is to classify the targets and identify the traces of moving multiple targets with their acoustic characteristics and received signal strength indicator. The paper describes a distinctive method to select features from the raw acoustic signal which contains both time and frequency domain information. For trace identification, the method for labeling unidentified traces with appropriate target is introduced. By using the suggested algorithm, the classifier shows more accurate and faster responding performance than the classifiers which use only frequency domain input. Experimental results show the satisfactory performance of the proposed algorithm.

Numerical singularity analysis of a tire model for real-time traversability simulation 轮胎可穿越性实时仿真模型的数值奇异性分析

A military unmanned ground vehicle (MUGV) is operated without human onboard for short-range surveillance and reconnaissance on the battlefield. This MUGV has to control driving speed by estimating road roughness on the driving path. To predict the limit stable speed, driving speed estimation using a vehicle dynamic analysis was proposed. A single prediction process of the proposed method needs a full driving simulation along the given path. So, a highly efficient dynamic model and simulation technique are required for a real-time analysis. Since a tire force is dominant factor that affects vehicle behavior, a precise tire model is one of the most important elements in vehicle dynamic simulation. The real-time traversability simulation demands highly efficient and stable numerical model, but the longitudinal slip sometimes causes a numerical singularity problem from its definition. This problem makes it hard to integrate ODEs when using not only explicit integration method but also implicit integration method. This paper shows the reason for this problem on numerical point of view, and an improvement idea is proposed.

Posture estimation from Kinect image using RVM regression analysis 基于RVM回归分析的Kinect图像姿态估计

Kinect is always used as a device to estimate posture. However, there are difficult to estimate the posture in the case of using a Kinect only. Therefore, we propose a method to estimate more accurately posture by synthesizing the posture obtained by Kinect and estimated by the regression analysis. In the regression analysis, we associate the HOG features and joint parameters that consists of 20 coordinate points. Posture data used for learning of the regression model is used difficult posture be obtained with Kinect. Similarity in brightness between frames at around each joint of the skeleton obtained by regression analysis and Kinect is calculated. Then we synthesize the posture by calculating a weighted average. In addition, RVM regression model is used to improve the accuracy of representing the posture by the proposed method.

Development of 3D printed biomimetic scaffold for tissue engineering 3D打印组织工程仿生支架的研制

One of the major challenges in tissue engineering is to mimic nanoarchitecture of native collagen fibrils in human body, as well as to fabricate three-dimensional outer shape to be regenerated. Here, we introduced a novel three-dimensional (3D) fabrication method for biomimetic scaffold by combining 3D printing and electrospinning process with using biocompatible polymers. Electrospun nanofiber construct has been believed to be a promising candidate for the simulation of natural extracellular matrix (ECM) structure. The random and aligned nanofiber mats were prepared for mimicking the nanofibril ECM structure respectively in cartilage and skeletal muscle. Then, they were packed by the 3D printing process. Microscopic pore morphology and macroscopic framework could be finely tuned by 3D printing process. By culturing chondrocyte and C2C12 myoblasts on the developed scaffolds, the each scaffold showed its feasibility for the application to tissue engineering. The hybrid scaffolds containing 3D microscale framework and nanofiber mats entailed both features of mechanical support and nanofibrous topographical guide, and thus could potentially meet the requirements for practical use of tissue engineering scaffolds.

H∞ control based on LPV for load torque compensation of PMSM 基于LPV的永磁同步电机负载转矩补偿H∞控制

This paper proposes H∞ control based on linear parameter varying (LPV) systems for load torque compensation of the permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs). The proposed method consists of torque modulation, commutation scheme and LPV H∞ controller. The dynamics of PMSMs was represented as the LPV systems depend on varying parameters. By the LPV modeling, we designed H∞ controller. Stability is proven by Lyapunov theorem. Finally, simulations are performed to show that the proposed method has a good performance of load torque compensation.

Design of an MRI-compatible modularized needle driver for In-bore MRI-guided prostate interventions 用于内孔mri引导前列腺干预的mri兼容模块化针头驱动器的设计

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides high-quality three dimensional visualization of prostate tissue, therefore MRI-guided prostate biopsy has been introduced to enhance cancer detection and treatment. However, closed-bore MRI has not been widely adopted for prostate interventions due to physical limitation of in-bore access and workspace. In this paper, we propose an MRI-compatible robotic manipulator which is able to perform both prostate biopsy and brachytherapy intervention in a closed-bore MRI scanner. The proposed manipulator mainly consists of a base robot and a needle driver. The needle driver can operate a conventional biopsy gun. The needle driver is draped separately from the base robot for sterilization, thus it can be detached from the base robot for needle replacing through a quick-release mechanism. Mechanical design and kinematic analysis of the robotic manipulator are delineated according to the constraints of the MRI environment and the clinical workflow.

Vehicle detection and classification in the Scala sensor by using binary classification 车辆检测与分类在Scala传感器中采用二值分类

In this paper, we present approach for the detection and classification of multiple vehicles using a vehicle mounted laser scanner. The sensor, which is placed in front of the vehicle, is Scala 1403 and its characteristic is that it scans data twice -upper and lower direction- in one period. Consequently, it is difficult to detect and classify vehicles continuously. For solving this problem, another method for classification is needed. In this paper, binary classification is proposed for classification of Scala sensor. It can show better classification result than by using SVM (support vector machine) in case of occlusions. Experimental results carried out with laser range data illustrate the robustness of our approach.
