Generally, it is still a challenge to determine the basis function center of the Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN). In order to address this problem, an improved RBFNN prediction method based on Density Peak Clustering (DPC) is proposed in this paper. In this approach, we first use cosine similarity to compute distances between different points. Then, by considering both of the density peak and distance factors, the errors neighbor method is introduced to automatically identify the data center value and the clustering number, which will serve as the initial parameters of RBFNN and the hidden layer nodes number of the RBFNN, respectively. Finally, we use gradient descent method to optimize the RBFNN’s structure and its various parameters to establish the monthly rainfall forecasting model. Compared with several other models, e.g., Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN), the results show that the proposed model has gained higher prediction accuracy and stability.

Based on the reform of power system, this paper establishes an indicator system for the evaluation of input and output efficiency of distribution network based on the integration of distribution and financing, and builds the evaluation model of the input and output efficiency based on the fuzzy membership degree, extract the data of the pilot units, conduct model trial calculations, optimize the model, and assist the performance appraisal of each unit, ensuring the efficiency of grid investment efficiency, strengthening precision investment, realizing investment must be effective, and inefficiency requires accountability.

In order to help emergency disposal participants understand the process model, a multi-language description text generation method is proposed. The linguistic information of model elements is extracted and translated first. Then, RPST algorithm is used to generate the process structure tree of process model. Next, multi-language sentence templates are generated based on the information of process structure type, the number of branches and the execution conditions, then the annotated process structure tree is built. Finally, multi-language description text is generated from the annotated process structure tree. Experiment demonstrates that our approach is available and the generated text is readable.

Speed-regulation characteristic of PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) in marine electric propulsion system is studied in this paper. Governing method based on vector control is analyzed according to the mathematical model in two-phase rotating coordinate system. After that, a noble PID control strategy which raises dual closed-loop i.e. speed loop and stator current loop is proposed based on fuzzy control theory. Speed deviation and its rate are taken as inputs for adjustment of the PID controller. The strategy proposed in this paper improves the response of system, static and dynamic characteristics of PMSM servo system as well as anti-jamming capability. Finally, simulation results from Simulink show the correctness and realizability of our system.

In order to improve the performance and efficiency of the drive system, the skeletal muscle driving mechanism was studied in this paper by using animal skeletal muscle as bionic object. Based on the deep analysis of the microstructure and sliding mechanism of skeletal muscle, the hierarchical structure and drive mode of skeletal muscle were simplified, the digital hydraulic drive model of analog skeletal muscle was established, and the principle of skeletal driving based on digital hydraulic technology was analyzed. Consequently, a method of analog skeletal muscle drive system based on digital hydraulic was proposed, and the required flow and energy efficiency were analyzed and simulated. The results show that the digital hydraulic drive system of analog skeletal muscle can reduce the system flow and improve the energy efficiency compared with the traditional hydraulic system.

In this paper, the fuzzy equivalent relation kernel is constructed and represented via fuzzy information, and applied to car evaluation based on the kernel clustering algorithm. First, the fuzzy equivalent relation kernel clustering algorithm is introduced. Second, the fuzzy information in car evaluation problem is used to determine the membership functions to represent the fuzzy equivalent relation kernel. Finally, the clustering algorithm based on the fuzzy equivalent relation kernel is applied to the car evaluation. Numerical results indicate the validation of the proposed algorithm.

this article intend to measure the impact of labor input on crop yield and price in China, based on the complex economic background, such as China agricultural price increasing. All the data in this article is from National Agricultural Product Cost Data Compilation (1990-2016), including 13 agricultural products. The authors have tested the time series stability of labor cost in unit weight of agricultural product, cost price, producer price; and we analyze the relationship between labor price and producer price. The results show that there is the stationary relation between labor cost in unit weight of agricultural product and cost price, but also it is stationary between the agricultural cost price and producer price or agricultural purchase price. Based on the results, through derivation, the author found that the agricultural producer price and the labor price are directly relative. Thus would provide a new method for government to estimate agricultural purchase price, in the same time, the authors give some suggestion on the relevant policies of agricultural producer price determining and the labor price policy, such as the salary management, etc..

Traditional database services have been unable to handle the data surge in terms of system scalability and price-performance ratio. Distributed database services are proposed to support the rapid development of enterprise services and are suitable for various applications in big data scenarios. Load balancing prediction method, an important part of distributed database services, is used to predict the current situation of distributed system resources occupancy. However, the traditional load balancing prediction algorithm has shortcomings in the accuracy of real-time prediction and dealing with sudden loading. This paper proposes a distributed database load balancing prediction method based on convolutional neural network, which further realizes better real-time load balancing prediction and effective adjustment of sudden loading. The simulation results show that the load balancing prediction method proposed in this paper can effectively utilize the performance of each node to predict the usage of distributed database resources and effectively adjust the sudden loading, which can avoid the waste of computing resources and ensure the computational efficiency.

The age of IOT, the robustness of basic network has been a hot issue in industry and academia. To improve the security of THE basic network, researchers have proposed solutions from different perspectives, such as firewall based on management policy, intrusion detection system, and vulnerability scanner. However, the existing solutions cannot meet the requirements of attack intention prediction. In this paper, a construction and prediction algorithm based on the network attack path is proposed to mitigate the threats of attackers. The proposed algorithm adopts analysis integration results generated by the device of network security deployment to predict the objects of probabilistic attack targets. Based on the prediction results, the attack path is demonstrated, which provides assistant decision-making suggestions for network users. To evaluate the effectiveness, the prototype of the proposed algorithm is implemented and deployed into the actual sensor network. The experimental results indicate the vulnerability of network is accurately analyzed via the proposed algorithm.

After describing the security issues that RFID authentication technology encounters at large, this paper proposes a RFID mutual authentication technology to resolve fake attacks, heavy attacks and other security issues and describes the Authentication Technology. The method refers to tags privacy level between tag and reader to achieve mutual authentication, which cannot only enhance the privacy protection of the label carrier and protect the identity privacy of the reader holder, but has effectiveness in some degree.
