Intelligent Model of Bidding Audit based on Text Mining 基于文本挖掘的招标审计智能模型

In order to supervise the bidding activities efficiently and to put forward the accurate standard audit opinions, this paper constructs a model of bidding auxiliary audit intelligent algorithm based on the text mining in Python language. The length and frequency of key words are normalized and optimized. The optimized model shows good characteristics in consistency between prediction and reality, and it can help auditors to identify fraud effectively in bidding process with the quantitative and scientific methods, which is meaningful to improve quality and efficiency of audit in bidding.
为了高效地监督招投标活动,提出准确规范的审计意见,本文用Python语言构建了一个基于文本挖掘的招投标辅助审计智能算法模型。对关键词的长度和频率进行归一化和优化。优化后的模型具有较好的预测与现实一致性,可以帮助审计人员定量、科学地识别投标过程中的欺诈行为,对提高投标审计的质量和效率具有重要意义。

Research on Wireless Sensor Networks Localization Algorithm 无线传感器网络定位算法研究

Wireless sensor network is a new technology with sensation ability, the computing power and the wireless communication ability. On the basis of analysis of the existing positioning algorithm of wireless sensor network, this paper proposes a new algorithm based on RSSI positioning, and introduces a space formula stratified. The experimental results show that this algorithm can cope with tracking function better. Then the paper establishes anchor node network model, which achieves all the anchor stores in the layout, furthermore, determines the location of the node under test information on the basis of anchor of the network layout. Through the analysis of the error correction of blind nodes, this thesis proposes a new error checking method based on RSSI localization algorithm under test. Results show that the algorithm can reduce the calculation error in order to achieve good accuracy, with better reliability and applicability.

Clustering Analysis Based Modeling Method of Bridge State Anomaly Distribution 基于聚类分析的桥梁状态异常分布建模方法

Based on the measured data of bridges, this paper uses the clustering method of data-driven methods to analyze the abnormal state of bridges from the perspective of data. Two commonly used clustering algorithms are summarized here: Kmeans clustering algorithm and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. The theory and concrete operation steps of the respective methods are systematically discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the respective algorithms are compared.

A Parallel JTAG-based Debugging and Selection Scheme for Multi-core Digital Signal Processors 一种基于并行jtag的多核数字信号处理器调试与选择方案

With the rapid development of the SoC integration technology, multi-core digital signal processors (DSPs) are becoming increasingly demanded in recent years. Then, running and debugging the parallel programs on multi-core DSPs are becoming more and more complicated as well. So, the efficient debugging method for the parallel programs has become a key factor to determining the development period for a parallel software. Therefore, it is significant to study the debugging scheme based on JTAG protocol for multi-core DSPs. In this paper, aiming at the debugging problem for multi-core DSPs, a parallel JTAG-based debugging and selection scheme has been proposed, which is also compatible with the Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface. The experimental results show that this scheme has advantages in the multi-core debugging framework optimization and communication mechanism optimization, greatly reducing the parallel program development period and improving the resource utilization.

The signal reception mode of ultra wideband (UWB) system is similar to the traditional signal transmission and reception mode. However, the system is extremely sensitive to the noise error, which has different impacts on the clock error in different systems and has a great impact on the clock frequency offset. Therefore the error analysis of three transceiver modes are carried out: one-way time flight method (OW-TOF), two-way time flight method (TW-TOF), two-way bilateral time flight method (SDS-TWR). The simulation results show that the mode which has the smallest ranging error is the SDS-TWR, and the mode of largest one is OWTOF. But the SDS-TWR system is the most complex system of them, while The OW-TOF is the simplest one. The TWTOF is very sensitive to clock skew. When the clock frequency offset is small, the error approaches the SDS-TOF mode. In order to further reduce the error, the direct Kalman filter (KF) and the Unscented Kalman filter (UKF) are applied, finally the optimal method is selected for the actual test processes, and the effect is good.

This paper presents a method for the realization of hidden Wi-Fi auto-connect system based on android ROM-Level. Under this system, two Android devices can establish a Wi-Fi connection at a specific time, and do not display a Wi-Fi icon when the connection is successfully established. Among them, write the program of BroadcastReceiver in the Android framework layer to realize the control and management of Wi-Fi module, modify Android native calculator program to achieve user configuration function, and modify system application of SystemUI to realize the function of shielding Wi-Fi icon. Since the code is written based on the ROM-Level and the entire process is user-insensitive, the system maintains a high security and can provide new application scenarios.

Denoising Processing of Heart Sound Signal Based on Wavelet Transform 基于小波变换的心音信号去噪处理

When the heart sounds reach the chest wall surface through mediated tissue, it is prone to generate noise, which can reduce the accuracy of pathological diagnosis. A new denoising method for heart sound signal based on wavelet transform is proposed. First of all, the information signal is transformed by multi-scale wavelet. The wavelet coefficients of each scale indicate a distribution sequence of probability according to the corresponding wavelet entropy threshold to find the maximum entropy of wavelet on certain interval, and the interval is recognized as the leading range of noise. And then, a fixed threshold denoising method is used to adaptively enhance the judgment about absolute value with larger attenuation wavelet coefficients, which can reduce the high frequency sound signal loss and improve the heart sound signal to noise ratio. The denoising simulation experiment is carried out to test the performance. The result shows that the proposed method can improve the output signal to noise ratio of heart sound signal, reducing the influence of noise on the extraction of heart sound signal, and therefore, the noise elimination algorithm has stronger anti-interference ability and superior performance.

Research on Automatic Anti - skidding Technology of Vehicle Ice-snow Area 冰雪地区车辆自动防滑技术研究

This paper introduces the research status of the new technology of vehicle anti-skid technology at home and abroad, and designs a new type of snow-ice automatic snow chain on the 4x2 truck. The anti-skid device meets the longitudinal anti-skid requirements and drives attachment conditions of the vehicle when climbing on the ice and snow road with a great resistance to lateral forces of less than maximum lateral force of 32kN and a strong anti-skid ability.
