A New Active RFID Tag Based on Three-axis Acceleration Sensor 一种基于三轴加速度传感器的新型有源RFID标签

This paper proposed a new active RFID tag based on three-axis acceleration sensor. This device can not only store ID and other information, but also process the three-axis acceleration data and extract feature information of moving objects. After being analyzing and processing by the NRF24LE1E chip with RF module, the acceleration data collected by the LIS3DH three-axis acceleration sensor in the three-dimensional space can be sent to the related devices though the antenna module to complete the data collection and feature extraction. This new active RFID tag can be used in the falling detection system, especially in large application places such as nursing homes.

Continuous Improvement of College English Teaching Based on Quantitative Analysis of Course Objective Achievement 基于课程目标实现量分析的大学英语教学的持续改进

The introduction of Outcomes-based Education (OBE) in College English teaching can help to carry out student-oriented education. The OBE teaching method is guided by students' learning outcomes, and it can feedback the continuous improvement. Based on the OBE teaching concept, this paper presents a continuous improvement method for college English teaching based on quantitative analysis of course objective achievement. Based on this method, the teaching effect of College English can be evaluated quantitatively, and weaknesses in teaching can be found to implement a closed-loop of continuous improvement. The methods presented in this paper can improve the quantitative evaluation methods of College English teaching quality and provide strong support for the continuous improvement of College English teaching. The comprehensive design of mechanical course is a practical training to entirely examine students' mechanical knowledge. With the wide application of computer and Internet technology, this paper puts forward the teaching reform measures of mechanical course design to adapt to the new situation. In the teaching, we should strengthen the teaching implementation, introduce the computer-aided software course design, establish the “Yuketang” real-time discussion and question answering, and update the performance evaluation mode, which has a good effect.

Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Working Environment in Remote Control Excavator 遥控挖掘机工作环境的三维重建

Remote control excavator solves the personal safety problem of operators in dangerous conditions, but the video surveillance of remote control excavators can't sense the stereo distance of the target. To solve the problem, the binocular vision method is used to reconstruct the 3D operating scene of the excavator, and help the drivers to effectively sense the spatial position of the target and bucket to improve the efficiency of remote control operation. Firstly, the noise generated by binocular camera during data collection was removed by guided filtering. And then, left and right images were matched by features based on Sum of Absolute Differences (SAD). Then, the generated disparity value was optimized according to the Winner Takes All(WTA) strategy. Finally, the disparity map of the working scene was obtained and the 3D reconstruction of the scene was completed. The experimental results show that the binocular 3D reconstruction system used in this paper can realize the 3D reconstruction of different scenes indoors and outdoors through the cooperation of software and hardware.

Research and Development of Intelligent Infusion Alarm Device Based on Weight Sensing 基于重量传感的智能输液报警装置的研究与开发

An intelligent infusion alarm device developed based on weight sensing is rising in response to the deficiencies and hazards of the current infusion device. This paper introduces the development of this alarm device in four aspects, including hardware design, software design, fixed end interface design and smartphone app interface design. This intelligent infusion alarm device is able to monitor the weight changes of infusion bottle constantly through a weight sensor and related mechanism, enabling real-time check on the circumstances of infusion. Thus, it assures patients safety in infusion while allowing their family members be off for medicine, medical report, etc. at the time the patients don't need to be taken care.

A Sparse Local Preserving Projection Method Based On Graph Embedding 一种基于图嵌入的稀疏局部保持投影方法

Dimensionality reduction plays an important role in pattern classification. In this paper, a robust unsupervised dimensionality reduction method termed robust sparse locality preserving projection with adaptive graph embedding is proposed. Specifically, the proposed method integrates the adaptive graph learning and projection learning into a framework, which can capture the intrinsic locality structure of data and in turn promotes the method to achieve the global optimal projection. To capture the global information of data, a variant PCA term is introduced, which can decrease the information loss during dimensionality reduction. Importantly, a row-sparsity constraint is imposed on the projection to select the most important features for dimensionality reduction, so as to improve the robustness of the proposed method to noises. Extensive experiments are performed on three representative face databases and an object database, which sufficiently validates the superiority of the proposed method in comparison with some state-of-the-art-methods.

Research on Test Data Compression Method Based on Transformation 基于变换的试验数据压缩方法研究

This paper designs an implementation of a transformation-based test data compression design. We uses Cellular Automata (CA) was used as a random matrix to split and transform the test set. This method decomposes the original test set into the main component set and the residual set. The main component set is composed of the most suitable part selected from the matrix composed of Cellular Automata. The residual set is obtained by decompressing the data passed in by the tester. When implementing a test, the test set is obtained through the exclusive XOR of the principal component set and the residual set, and is finally applied to the circuit under test. This method encodes and compresses the residual set, and the generation of the principal component set requires a little hardware cost. Compared with encoding and compressing the test set directly, this method can significantly increase the compression rate of encoding and compression, and the hardware overhead is also acceptable.

Although the second-generation DNA sequencing technology has high throughput and high accuracy, it can't cross the repeat region when the data volume is large due to its read length, which makes the analysis difficult. The third generation DNA sequencing technology can produce longer sequences, although it can make up for some of the weakness of the second generation sequencing, with the increase of sequence length, the error rate also increases. In this case, researchers usually combine the two methods, using short reads to correct long reads, so as to improve the accuracy of the sequence without losing the length of the sequence as much as possible. This paper proposes an error correction algorithm based on piecewise profile Hidden Markov Model (pHMM), which does not deal with the matching part, and uses HMM to correct the unmatched part or the part with more noise. The experiment results on E.coli and Yeast data sets show that the running time is reduced about 3 times compared with the Hercules algorithm.

Research on Library Big Data Service Based on Blockchain Technology 基于区块链技术的图书馆大数据服务研究

With the continuous development of China's economic construction, various new technologies have been created in this new era, and the operation methods of all sectors of society have also undergone earth-shaking changes on the original basis. At the same time, staff in each field need to think from multiple angles when performing work tasks, and actively use more innovative science and technology to fundamentally improve the original work efficiency. Among them, the library can provide everyone with an environment for learning cultural knowledge and effectively increase the cultural literacy of all citizens. This is extremely important for promoting social development. However, there are a large number of books in the library, and a large number of readers visit the library every day. This has also led to the decline of service effectiveness if the work in the library field continues to use the past work methods. The use of blockchain technology can solve various work problems that existed in the past, so that all work can provide readers with a better reading experience in the process of execution, so that readers can find their favorite content in many books. To this end, the relevant staff should be deeply aware of the important responsibilities they shoulder, innovate their work methods in a timely manner, and organically integrate their valuable work experience and brand-new blockchain technology. In this way, data information can be used to provide staff with more valuable information and make library services more humane.
