Analysis of waveforms recorded at the site is made with the interferences such as excitation current, etc. excluded, on the basis of analysis of Extra-high Voltage(EHV) main transformer resonance mechanism and via inputting all previous resonance data by using the accuracy and reliability of electromagnetic transient simulation verification and monitoring methods, corresponding figure topology analysis function is configured according to monitoring result and is used to analyze the cause and condition of resonance. Resonance monitoring methods are put forward in combination of Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) and peaking pulse time interval and are used to judge the occurrence and mode of resonance. According to the components and harmonic content of monitored main harmonics, the resonance class of main transformer is defined automatically, multi-stage resonance prewarning, slight resonance reliable signaling and warning of background, direct action on series compensation control and protection system after heavy resonance exceeding limits are achieved, and the safety of capacitor is protected with resonance removed at the same time, on the basis of parameter setting, based on commissioning and decommissioning methods for series compensation and the output magnitude of wind generation set at load side by using root-mean-square algorithm. At the same time, automatic series compensation recommissioning and permanent lockout function of many times of heavy resonances are added at fixed time sections, automatic commissioning and switching of series compensation are realized, the occurrence of secondary resonance is avoided, and the safe and steady operation of EHV main transformer resonance is guaranteed effectively.

In order to effectively detect the mechanical condition of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Empirical Mode Transform (EMD) is proposed to analyze the vibration signal, then Intrinsic Mode Function is obtained. Feature matrix and similarity matrix are defined based on the power spectral density function and vector space model, forming the criterion of GIS mechanical failure. Two common GIS failure like screws loosening and particle vibration are built, which has proved its effectiveness and precise. This method would be of significance to find out potential faults and fault positioning of GIS in early stage.

In this paper, high sampling rate oscilloscope is used for measuring the carrier waveform distortion of CW(Continuous Waves) and modulation signal that passed RF PA(Power Amplifier). The comparison indicates the relationship between them. By generating power sweep CW input to PA, relative output waveform in time domain is captured. Then time domain model of PA output is got when input is quadrature modulation signal. On the view of the mathematical expression, the time-domain model is consistent with the existing concepts such as AM-AM, AM-PM and multi-harmonics. In addition, in order to describe the AM-AM effect of PA output signal at fundamental frequency, this paper also proposed a modified fitting function. Frequency spectrum of PA output is measured. Measurement and simulation based on time-domain model in this paper fits well. It verifies the behavior model based on time-domain measurement.

Among the very high frequency antenna measurement methods used in radio astronomical observation, phase measurement technology is one of vital importance in the process of data acceptance and disposal, for it has great priority in antenna pattern and accuracy in tracking radio source at different region. Particularly, affected by the natural environment, cable phase error is produced, thus the traditional measurement method that depends on different environmental experience value to correct phase error is complex and inaccurate. According to the principle of low frequency antenna array phase measurement, this paper suggests a better method, which uses AD8302 to transfer the two calibration source signal phase difference of the receiver and transfer feeder to the corresponding direct voltage, then realizes single channel AD sampling with 12 bits quantization accuracy, finally does the error analysis and correction to achieve phase error correction. Through testing the precision of phase error of the cable given by the system under measuring conditions of low frequency (2MHz), high frequency (300MHz), etc. We can prove the system has a very high reliability, thus could be widely used in related antenna array error correction and cable error measurement.

In order to improve the efficiency of frequency response function (FRF)-based model updating, Kriging model is introduced into optimization procedure, where Kriging model replaces the finite element model (FEM) for iteration. The objective function is established based on the error of FRF data at selected frequency points. Kriging model is constructed based on sampling points generated by design of experiment. The model updating of GARTEUR structure is performed as a numerical case study, the FRF of FEM is successfully updated to match the experimental FRF. It can demonstrate the effectiveness of the application of Kriging model in FRF based model updating.

Mining important persons is significant to computer network and security, especially researches on email network centralization nowadays. Traditional PageRank algorithm is sensitive to the network disturbance because it distributes PR values evenly. This paper proposes a method which decomposes email network into different layers based on the core number, eliminates the interferential nodes from outer layers to decrease impact of interferential nodes and complexity of following procedure. Besides, it improves PageRank algorithm so as to partially solve the bias problem on nodes' weighting, rank the nodes quantitatively to find the important nodes. The experiments indicate that it improves the accuracy and reduces the computational complexity in mining important nodes from email network.

Schema matching, aiming at finding the semantic correspondence of concepts between different data sources, has become a hot research area in data integration, data exchange and other areas. Over the past few years, numerous effective schema matching methods have been proposed. In the latest years, researchers have proposed a number of matching methods, which make it possible to identify and discover the semantic correspondence between the data. But schema matching have some challenges in the form of definition, utilization, and combination of element similarity measures, especially in multiple schema matching. In this paper, we study multi-schema matching problem, and convert this issue to indirect matching problem using reference ontology. We find and locate the core word, present composite schema matching methods, and generate matching result. Our experimental results demonstrate the high performance with a well precision and recall.

In order to solve the problem of battlefield targets grouping, based on the research on targets key properties, this paper puts forward a method about using stable center of gravity algorithm based on entropy weight. The K-means clustering algorithms advantages and defects are introduced, and the paper makes improvement to the algorithm for its defects. For the difficulty of Selecting of the initial clustering centers, we put forward the solution of using experience knowledge which means we select the corresponding initial clustering centers according to the specific application scenario. And the research objects of this article are battlefield units. We propose to select the carrier, planes and other important units as the initial clustering centers and establish objects grouping model based on priori knowledge. Later in the experimental section, there is a comparison between the methodwe proposed and the traditional K-means algorithm, and we make a summary which proves the effectiveness of the method proposed.

Tension and gauge control interact each other intensively in tandem cold rolling process, making control ineffective and unstable. In order to improve the thickness of the strip and tension control accuracy, control system of tandem cold rolling is equipped with the decoupling control of tension and gauge. Applying the method of Neural Network Simple Adaptive Control based on Genetic Algorithm, we design the Neural Network Simple Adaptive Control multi-variable decoupling control system of tension and gauge, The three layer neural network with genetic algorithm is used to decouple the tension and gauge system of cold rolling mill.
