This study shifts from basic concepts such as "health" and "communication", research paradigms, and research fields to discuss the disciplinary development of health communication, and reflects on the construction of China's health communication discipline system. Research suggests that the academic community needs to consider the changes from a holistic health perspective to a generative health perspective, information transmission to relationship construction, and physical communities to digital communities, in order to deeply integrate the context of China's problems and unite multidisciplinary forces to promote the innovation and improvement of the disciplinary system, academic system, and discourse system of health communication.

This study is based on the history of news production practice and theoretical development, analyzing the social context of the rise and mainstream of the rule of objectivity in modern journalism, presenting doubts and reflections on the rule of objectivity in the news industry and academia, and exploring its possible path of evolution in the digital media ecosystem. This study believes that "intervention" and its representative "culture of action" have the technological cultural foundation that becomes the core value of news professionalism in the digital era; As a result, the digital news industry not only has emotional color, but also has an open ideology; The paradox of objectivity lies in the inability of news organizations with knowledge authority as their lifeline to achieve true objectivity, while the paradox of intervention lies in the fact that the intervention actions of news users driven by instinct are ultimately only serving their own instincts. This study further proposes that the development of digital journalism theory must continuously examine the relationship between technology and human nature, and establish a new conceptual system to explain news actions.

In 2022, with the deepening of the practice of metaverse and Web3.0, the process of deep media transformation in society is advancing. The media industry is sinking from a functional industry to a social infrastructure, and research on media economy has also undergone a transformation. This study summarizes the main achievements of media economy research in China in 2022 and finds that the overall research shows a trend of paradigm breakthroughs, theoretical innovation, and broadening of horizons. Specifically, at the paradigm level, scholars' media views and media industry epistemology are iteratively upgraded; At the theoretical level, the research not only extends the theoretical understanding of the media market mechanism and production and consumption mechanism, innovates the evaluation model of media management, but also rethinks the current applicability of the "audience commodity theory"; At the perspective level, scholars are paying attention to new encryption technologies represented by blockchain and digital assets, as well as new media formats represented by games and the metaverse. On the other hand, they are rethinking the characteristics of new users and conducting research around the bounded rationality and labor control of user groups.

This study explains the connotation and evolution process of "news objectivity", and reflects on the concept of news objectivity itself and its practice in the news industry. The core connotation of news objectivity, which is the separation of facts and viewpoints, freedom from bias, and respect for news facts, originated from the period when commercial newspapers replaced partisan newspapers in the United States and was officially established as a moral concept and professional code in the 1920s. Since the birth of news objectivity, it has faced different challenges in various periods. The evolution history of news objectivity is also the history of its self interpretation and self defense. The objectivity of news is not perfect, but at least until better choices emerge, it still has important value as a pillar supporting the legitimacy of the news industry and guiding operational norms for news practice activities.
