The role of phytoplankton in regulating the flow of physico-chemical processes in ecosystems, including hydrobionts, which participates in the formation of biological products, the circulation of substances in the life of reservoirs, the creation of their energy source, is very large. Regardless of the purpose of use, quantitative and qualitative study of phytoplankton is always the main issue in the study of newly created reservoirs. This is considered natural and legal. Because phytoplankton ecosystems are very sensitive to abiotic factors and anthropogenic influences to many physical, chemical and biological factors present in the environment. Therefore, phytoplankton is considered the basis of trophic relationships in the hydroecosystem.

Experimental study of the bactericidal function of a bio-film for products fruit and vegetables 果蔬生物膜杀菌功能的实验研究

The objective of this experimental study was to verify whether synthetic antibacterial films were capable of manifest a bactericidal power that distinguishes them from the untreated reference films inserted, simulating the real situation that occurs in a common fruit and vegetable product, present on the market field of this protective device may lead to a future use in contact with food of the type of fruit and vegetables and other products. In the research, therefore, methods and methods were used in a planned way, with recordings of both process followed by the results that led to the development of new models to be able subsequently put on the market in the following years. As regards the results obtained by the Millenium company, while the codification of knowledge e their diffusion are part of the usual practice in universities and research institutes (although restrictions exist for knowledge arising from contract or partnership work), in the commercial sphere the results will be protected by secrecy or other means of protection of the intellectual property. However, it is expected that the process and the results will be recorded for use by other researchers and company employees.

Quality and sustainability in dehydration processes 脱水过程的质量和可持续性

The general objective of this project was the identification of applicable pretreatments on fruit and vegetable products in order to reduce the loss of nutritional components during the dehydration process and, at the same time, to reduce the residence time of the product during the process itself. Through the study carried out, it was possible to define a prototype of a smart dehydrator. In the future, this prototype will have to be further implemented in order to make it usable on an industrial level. Specific objectives of this experimentation are the monitoring and consequent optimization of the hot air flow dehydration process, considering organic carrots as products (cv. Romance and Carvejo). In order to achieve the intended purpose, the effects of some pre-treatments (thermal, dipping and vacuum impregnations techniques) aimed at reducing the dehydration time and improving the final quality of the plant matrices subjected to the process were investigated. The analytical techniques used for the analysis were: the peroxidase enzymatic activity assay (POD), the colorimetric analysis, the determination of the total phenol content, the extraction and quantification of carotenoids, the analysis of the rehydration and determination of the dry matter content. The monitoring of chemical-physical changes of the products (e.g. moisture content, water activity, soluble solids, titratable acidity, phenolic content, carotenoid content, consistency and color changes) was conducted taking into account the operational parameters that influence dehydration (temperature, air speed and relative humidity). In addition, four mathematical models were employed to describe the kinetics of dehydration. The effect of presowing gamma irradiation on the activity of antioxidant system of wheat seeds exposed to salt stress was studied. The treatment of wheat seeds with various dozes of gamma irradiation significant reduction in processes initiated by salt stress. A positive effect of small dozes gamma irradiation on the amount of malon dialdehyde, catalase, superoxide dismutase in salt stress exposed wheat seedlings was revealed.

Characterization of the mycobiota of some cultivated plants in Azerbaijan according to species composition and diseases caused by pathogenic species 亚塞拜然栽培植物真菌区系的种类组成及病原菌引起的疾病

In the conducted studies, the mycobiota of various (vegetables, melons and fruits) plants cultivated in Azerbaijan were studied according to their species composition. It became clear that 216 species were distributed on the studied plants. 95.4% of recorded fungi belong to true fungi ( Mycota or Fungi ) and 4.6% to fungus-like organisms ( Chromista ). 17 types of recorded fungi belonged to epiphytic mycobiota, 35 to true biotrophs, and the rest were related to facultatives, which are prone to pathogenicity to one degree or another. Evaluation of micromycetes isolated from oil-contaminated soils for lipolytic activity 石油污染土壤中分离的微菌的溶脂活性评价

In the conducted studies, 116 strains of micromycetes were isolated from the soil contaminated with oil to different degrees in the Republic of Azerbaijan 41,4% of which belonged to Aspergillus, Pencillium and Mucor . Screening of all isolated strains for lipolytic activity revealed that 67,2% of them had lipolytic activity, and the level of activity is characterized by different indicators, even at the level of the same genus. As a result of the screening, 3 strains with the highest activity were selected, and the medium was optimized for them to synthesize the enzymes with lipolytic activity maximally.

In the article, the results of the evaluation of 20 potato collection samples of different geographical origins are reflected according to some physiological indicators - the leaf surface area, photosynthetic potential, the specific surface density of the leaves, the amount of the chlorophyll in the leaves, total dry and wet biomass. It was determined that the collection samples are divided into fast-growing (89-91 days), medium-fast-growing (92-94 days) and medium-growing (95-97 days) groups according to their ripeness, and into high-yielding (466.0-619.7 cwt/ha), medium-yielding (273.3-424.0 cwt/ha) and low-yielding (224.3-252.0 cwt/ha) sort samples according to their productivity. It was shown that Panomera (32.1 thousand m 2 /ha, 2407 thousand m 2. day/ha and in 332.0 mg/100g wet mass, respectively), Elfe (33.9; 2776 and 280.5), Telman (35.8; 2969 and 250.0), Bellarosa (43.2; 3453 and 354.1), Farida (50.7; 4003 and 357.9) sort samples differ according to the leaf surface area, the photosynthetic potential of the plant, and the amount of the chlorophyll in the leaves, and Sifra (5.96 mg/cm 2 ), Fabula (6.09 mg/cm 2 ), Red-scarlet (6.87 mg/cm 2 ), Julinka (8.12 mg/cm 2 ) and Viviana (8.65 mg/cm 2 ) sort samples differ according to the specific surface density of the leaves. It is recommended that these samples be used as primary donors for future selection which will be conducted according to the productivity and adaptability.

Effect of ferric iron oxide nanoparticles on ascorbate peroxidase activity in durum and bread wheat seedlings 氧化铁纳米颗粒对硬粒小麦和面包小麦幼苗抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性的影响

Under stress conditions, the content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in plant cells increases, therefore, the intensity of free-radical oxidative processes increases. In response to an increase in ROS, the components of the antioxidant system (AOS) of plant protection are activated. In this regard, the article considers the change in the activity of one of the high-molecular components of plant protection AOS - ascorbate peroxidase (APO) in two-week-old seedlings of durum and bread wheat varieties under the influence of ferric oxide nanoparticles (NPs). In the seedlings of the tested durum wheat varieties, NPs led either to a slight or sharp increase in the activity of the enzyme (Kyrmyzy bughda and Karagylchyg-2), respectively, or to a decrease (Yagut), or practically did not cause any changes (Karabagh) in the APO activity. In the case of bread wheat varieties, under the influence of NPs, an increase in the activity of the enzyme was observed in seedlings of varieties (Daghdash and Kobustan), while in seedlings of varieties (Sheki-1 and Mirbashir-128), a decrease in APO activity was observed. Thus, the obtained results can serve as the basis for the selection of wheat varieties in order to obtain varieties more resistant to abiotic stressors.

The article deals the issues of formation, recapitulation (differentiation), morphological changes of myogenic cells in lizard embryos. It has been established that the formation of somites is observed in the oviduct of females. Segmentation of the presomitic mesoderm into numerous metameric units (somites), observed in the cranio-caudal direction, along the anterior-posterior axis. During the formation of somatic muscles of trunk and limbs, 11 stages of myogenic recapitulation are distinguished. All stages of myogenic recapitulation are completed during embryogenesis. Inside the myotome myogenic progenitor cells proliferate and give rise A-type MPCs, apoptotic cells, and myoblasts. During autonomous myoblast migration by chemotaxis, apoptotic cells death

Influence of Ti, Zn and Fe oxide nanoparticles on seed germination capability, photosynthetic pigment content and activity of photosystem II Triticum aestivum L. Ti、Zn和Fe纳米氧化物对小麦种子萌发能力、光合色素含量及光合系统活性的影响

The effect of nanoparticles of Ti,Fe and Zn oxides on the germination energy, germination capability, growth and development, the content of photosynthetic pigments, the activity of photosystems was studied. . The objects of the research were bread wheat ( Triticum aestivum L) seedlings. The seeds of the experimental plants were treated with powders of nanoparticles of Fe 2 O 3 , ZnO,, and TiO 2 , then sown in Petri dishes and in the pots with soil. TiO2, ZnO, and Fe2O3 nanoparticles had a positive effect on seed germination, wheat seedling growth, photosynthetic pigment biosynthesis, and photosystem 2( PSII) activity.
