Linda Abramovitz (Bay Area) and Tricia Benson (Atlanta) accepted the new charters for their local chapters from Kathy Ruccione, Chairperson of the Local Chapters Committee. An organizational year was approved by the Board for three new local chapters-Washington, D.C., Ohio, and Dallas/Fort Worth. An application manual for any groups who wish to start a local chapter is available from Kathy Ruccione. Shirley Stagner made several motions to amend the Bylaws.
