Bayesian regression analysis has great importance in recent years, especially in the Regularization method, Such as ridge, Lasso, adaptive lasso, elastic net methods, where choosing the prior distribution of the interested parameter is the main idea in the Bayesian regression analysis. By penalizing the Bayesian regression model, the variance of the estimators are reduced notable and the bias is getting smaller. The tradeoff between the bias and variance of the penalized Bayesian regression estimator consequently produce more interpretable model with more prediction accuracy. In this paper, we proposed new hierarchical model for the Bayesian quantile regression by employing the scale mixture of normals mixing with truncated gamma distribution that stated by (Li and Lin, 2010) as Laplace prior distribution. Therefore, new Gibbs sampling algorithms are introduced. A comparison has made with classical quantile regression model and with lasso quantile regression model by conducting simulations studies. Our model is comparable and gives better results.

There have been strong links between chaotic theory and cryptographic theory for the last three decades. The characterization of behaviors of the Chaotic system, such as: highly responsive to initial states, mixing attributes, deterministic existence, and often unable to predict long-term returns, allows researchers improve the security of cryptography systems. As a result, there are growing numbers of experiments that have been proposed using chaotic-based random number generators. Furthermore, These proposed generators suffer from minimal key space and those centered on a 1D chaotic map have limited capacity to produce entropy due to their limited number of exponents of Lyapunov (s). Random binary sequence generator producing sequence of bits has been proposed in this paper. The proposed system model consists of two parts that use mouse device data constructively as the basis for the theory of non-determinism and chaos. The chaos theory includes three forms with the mouse cursor coordinates while moving as the initial seeds in this proposed system (1D logistic chaotic system, 2D Hénon system and 3D chaotic system) and combines the values produced in the algorithm. With 1D, 2D Hénon, 3D chaotic maps, the mouse cursor coordinates are treated as an initial random number with post processing to increase the randomness and security of the keys. In the suggested research, there is high key space and a very long time. It is also evident that the developed keys have successful statistical features that require purely random binary sequences that are optimal for use in essential cryptography systems provided by evaluating the results of 16 NIST hardness tests (National Institute of Standards and Technology).

Inarguably, in several developing and in-transition countries, human are threatened by the occurrence of rabies in domestic dogs and it is posing a major concern. However, the infection of rabies in domestic livestock could definitely have economic consequences. This study aimed to determine the occurrence of rabies among dogs in Kelantan by the use of Direct Fluorescent Antibody Test (DFAT) to determine presence of rabies infection in dogs. The detected rabies cases were 12.5% (1 out of 8 samples). The finding might be inconclusive due to small sample size. It was generally difficult to obtain a satisfactory large number representing high sample size. The positive control used in this research work is made up of inactivated rabies vaccine (Rabisin®) whose antigenic determinant is the viral glycoprotein. It was sufficient to be used although the use of live rabies virus for inoculation in brain tissue smear would be a better option for positive control. The finding from the florescence microscopy examination reveals a good brilliant green fluoresce of high grade (+4) for the positive control. The results of the samples show all negative at conjugate dilution 1:100.

Periodontitis, a complex chronic inflammatory disease caused by subgingival infection, is among the most prevalent microbial diseases in humans which characterized by periodontal damage, alveolar bone resorption, pain, and eventual tooth loss. Epstein–Barr Virus (EBV) has widely infected >90% adults in the world and is associated with many human diseases, so that this study aimed to investigate the association between EBV and periodontitis. Patients and samples: Subgingival paper point samples were collected from 100 patients with periodontitis and 30 healthy people. All samples undergo direct DNA extraction to amplified EBVs DNA using PCR technique. The results indicated a high percentage of EBV infections (18%) in patient suffering from periodontitis while there was no EBV infection were detected in healthy persons. A high percentage of EBV was detected in female (56%) in comparison with male (44%). The results improved the association between EBV and periodontitis suggesting that EBV may serve as a pathogenic factor leading to periodontitis among patients.

This study included isolation and identification of Malassezia spp. from patients of Pityriasis Versicolor (PV) diagnosis by the dermatological consultant at Al-Diwaniyah Teaching Hospital for the period from 1/10/2019 to 5/3/2020, and detection of the virulence enzymes of these species and their sensitivity to some antifungal agents. 87 specimens were collected (38 females 43.7%, and 49 males 56.3%). 73 specimens (84%) were positive while 14 specimens (16%) were negative to direct and indirect examination. The results of isolation and identification of Malassezia spp. based on direct examination of specimens with KOH10%, indirect methods of growing specimens on SDA medium, and biochemical tests showed that the most occurrence isolates is M. furfur with 30 isolates (34.4%) followed by M. globosa with 22 isolates (25.2%), then M. slooffiae with 16 isolates (18.3%), and M. pachydermatis with 5 isolates (5.7%), while 14 specimens (16.0%) that did not give positive growth. The results also showed the ability of some species to produce protease enzyme, the rates of transparent halo diameters around the colonies on the skimmed milk medium ranged from (9.66-11.66) mm, and M. pachydermatis showed the highest ability to produce lipase enzyme with a precipitation diameter (24 mm), followed by M. furfur (20.33 mm), M. globosa (15 mm), then M. slooffiae (13.3 mm), also M. pachydermatis showed the highest ability to produce hemolysin enzyme with a degradation zone diameter. (18.33 mm), followed by M. furfur (17.33 mm), M. slooffiae (13 mm), and M. globosa (11 mm). The antifungal sensitivity of Malassezia spp. was tested using eight tablet, the results showed that the Ketoconazole is the most effective in inhibiting the growth of the fungal species compared to other antifungals agents, as the average diameter of the inhibition zone was (46.66 mm) for M. globosa, which is the highest rate of inhibition compared with other species, followed by M. furfur (45.33 mm), M. slooffiae (43.66 mm), M. pachydermatis (38.66 mm), followed by the antifungal Fluconazole with an inhibition diameter (35.66 mm) for M. furfur, followed by M. slooffiae (33.33 mm), M. pachydermatis (33 mm) and M. globosa (20 mm), while Nystatin showed no effect on the growth of Malassezia spp.
