Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pengaruh Brand Image dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Scarlett Whitening pada Konsumen Generasi Z dan Milenial di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening, pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening, dan pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner, publikasi nasional dan internasional, artikel, dan penelitian terkait sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang terdiri dari 100 (seratus) responden. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Namun Kualitas Produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Disarankan agar Scarlett Whitening lebih memperhatikan komposisi produk berdasarkan jenis kulit tertentu untuk memberikan manfaat tambahan kepada konsumen saat menggunakan produk Scarlett Whitening. Melihat kejadian terkini di Indonesia, kekerasan terhadap anak masih banyak terjadi di Palembang. Banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya tindak kekerasan tersebut, namun kedua faktor tersebut disebabkan oleh seorang anak melakukan tindak kekerasan terhadap anak lainnya. Perilaku kekerasan ini disebabkan oleh agresi masa kanak-kanak yang terjadi karena berbagai alasan. Salah satunya adalah efek harian. Untuk itu, penelitian merekomendasikan agar orang tua terlibat dalam mengontrol perilaku bermain anak. Pemerintah juga berencana untuk mengatur olahraga sekunder, yang sering dilakukan anak-anak sepulang sekolah, untuk mengurangi kekerasan di kalangan anak secara efektif. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan sebelumnya dan memberikan informasi tentang dampak game online terhadap tingkat kekerasan terhadap anak dan remaja di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan koleksi sekunder deskriptif. Itu juga mengumpulkan temuan penelitian terkait kasus dan mengevaluasinya dengan cara yang berorientasi pada penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan perlindungan anak yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah kurang terlaksana secara optimal dan membutuhkan partisipasi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, bukan hanya peran pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. SAI Indonesia cabang Jakarta dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan reward terhadap kinerja pegawai pada cabang tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah karyawan PT. SAI Indonesia cabang Jakarta sebanyak 62 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denagn menggunakan purposive sampeling dari 62 karyawan PT. SAI Jakarta yang ada di cabang Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi berganda sebesar 0,735 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya hubungan antara variabel bebas (budaya organisasi dan kompensasi) secara bersamaan atau simultan dengan variabel terikat (kinerja karyawan) adalah kuat yakni nilai korelasi gandanya adalah antara 0,60 dan 0,80. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi yaitu. 0,54 atau 54%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan penghargaan menyumbang 54% variabel kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 46% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan uji F terlihat bahwa nilai F hitung > F tabel (49,916 > 1,670), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi. dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama (secara simultan). terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT.SAI Indonesia cabang Jakarta dengan nilai signifikansi. adalah 0,000, lebih kecil dari 0,05.

The election of village heads based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 112 of 2014 concerning Village Head Elections includes the preparation stage for Village Head Elections, the establishment of village head elections, campaigns, and implementation n of village head elections. Election of village heads, voting, counting of votes, and determination of elected village heads. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 112 of 2014 concerning Village Head Elections in Pangkalan Lampan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study used a qualitative research design with descriptive methods and an inductive approach. There are 2 (two) data sources in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reducthrough on, data display, and conclusions, on/verification. The problem with the election of the village head of Pangkalan Lampam, Pangkalan Lampam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, there were problems at the preparation stage, the determination stage, and the campaign for village head candidates, as well as the village implementation stage. Head election. The committee resolved this problem by referring to the existing provisions as well as coordination and deliberation with various related parties. In the upcoming Pilkades, outreach to residents needs to be expanded so that the community can know clearly and comprehensively about their rights and obligations as members of the Pangkalan Lampam Village community in the context of the Pilkades. Invite or report to the villagers to participate in exercising their right to vote so that there will not be too many abstentions from the village head in the future.

Masalah difokuskan pada implementasi kebijakan Pembangunan Destinasi Pariwisata Daerah Kabupaten Pangandaran. Untukmenyelesaikanpermasalahandalam penelitian inidigunakan teori dari (Grindle, 1980). Data sekunder dan data primer dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa belum efektifnya implementasi kebijakan pembangunan destinasi pariwisata daerah Kabupaten Pangandaran dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang ada dalam konten kebijakan (Content Policy).

ABSTRAKPenyederhanaan Birokrasi sebagai langkah strategis dalam Program Penataan dan Penguatan Organisasi diharapkan mampu mengubah wajah lama birokrasi, namun sampai saat ini belum memberikan perubahan yang signifikan. Sistem kerja masih bersifat berjenjang, pejabat fungsional masih menunggu intruksi dan arahan, serta masih adanya penempatan pejabat fungsional yang tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi dan keahlian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, mengkaji, menganalisis dan memahami secara mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasi Program Penataan dan Penguatan Organisasi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Ciamis sehingga penelitian ini mampu bermanfaat secara teoritis maupun praktis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari studi pustaka dan studi lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sebagai alat analisis, digunakan model implementasi kebijakan dari Daniel Mazmanian & Paul A. Sabatier. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya karakteristik masalah yang akan dipecahkan memiliki tingkat permasalahan yang kompleks, adanya keterbatasan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM Aparatur, serta belum optimalnya dukungan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam mendukung sistem kerja. Penyebaran Covid-19, menuntut pemerintah untuk merumuskan berbagai program kebijakan guna percepatan penanganan pandemi Covid-19. salah satu program pemerintah dalam percepatan penanganan Covid-19 yaitu melalui pelaksanaan program vaksinasi nasional, dengan target capaian pada akhir tahun 2021 sebanyak 75% populasi sudah mendapatkan vaksinasi. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya, capaian vaksinasi di Indonesia dirasakan masih kurang efektif, hal ini ditandai dengan belum meratanya capaian vaksinasi di daerah. Vaksinasi di Kabupaten Tanggamus sampai dengan akhir tahun 2021 masih belum sesuai harapan, dimana vaksinasi dosis 1 baru tercapai 72,00% sementara dosis 2 baru 34,93%. Beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan dan keterlambatan distribusi vaksin Covid-19, penyebaran gerai vaksinasi dan tenaga vaksinator yang belum merata, kurangnya sinergi antar instansi dalam pelaksanaan program vaksinasi hingga masih adanya ketakutan masyarakat akan dampak lanjutan pasca vaksinasi. Mendasari hal tersebut, Bupati Tanggamus telah menerbitkan Surat Edaran Bupati Nomor: 360/4924/25/2001 tentang Vaksinasi Terpadu Dalam Rangka Percepatan Vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Hal ini guna mendorong percepatan pelaksanaan program vaksinasi nasional untuk membangun kekebalan komunitas (herd immunity) sebagai salah satu dalam memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Adapun untuk mendukung implementasi kebijakan tersebut, perlu penguatan sinergi antar instansi dalam percepatan program vaksinasi melalui tahapan pengorganisasian, interpretasi dan penerapan. The ongoing spread of Covid-19 requires the government to formulate various policy programs. Based on this, the Regent of Tanggamus has issued a Circular Letter of the Regent Number: 360/4924/25/2001. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apakah yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kejahatan jalanan di wilayah Polres Sorong Papua Barat dan untuk menganalisis implementasi program penanggulangan kejahatan jalanan di Polres Sorong Papua Barat . Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa-apa yang saat ini berlaku. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara obesrvasi dan studi dokumen . Hasil penelitian menjelaskan Bentuk kegiatan implementasi dari program dengan upaya penangulangan kejahatan Program penanggulangan kejahatan jalanan merupakan unsur pencegahan sarana non penal dalam upaya penanggulangan kejahatan jalanan tidak hanya dengan sarana penal yang bersifat represif ,melainkan juga dilakukan dengan sarana non penal yang bersifat preventif . Program penggulangan kejahatan jalanan dilaksanakan dengan mengutamakan tindakan Preventif, yang meliputi kegiatan pengamanan terbuka dan tertutup dan Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalamp pelaksanaan implementasi program penanggulangan kejahatan jalanan yaitu : 1) Faktor Intern, meliputi a) Kurangnya jumlah personil pelaksana, b) kurangnya prasarana penunjang program penanggulangan kejahatan jalanan. Setiap Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) wajib menerapkan nilai ANEKA demi terciptanya pelayanan prima dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Pelayanan Publik merupakan kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pelayanan peminjaman aula merupakan salah satu contoh pelayanan publik dalam dunia pendidikan. Untuk mengoptimalkan layanan peminjaman aula di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, penulis membuat inovasi berupa website untuk memudahkan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum website dijalankan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai sebesar dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar yang berarti website layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, 72.7% pengguna merasa puas dengan adanya website layanan peminjaman aula. Value of ANEKA is needed by every state civil apparatus in order to create an excellent service in carrying out its duties and functions. Public Service is an activity in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations. The hall loan service is one example of public services in the world of education. Untuk mengoptimalkan layanan peminjaman aula di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, penulis membuat inovasi berupa website untuk memudahkan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum website dijalankan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai sebesar dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar yang berarti website layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, 72.7% pengguna merasa puas dengan adanya website layanan peminjaman aula. Value of ANEKA is needed by every state civil apparatus in order to create an excellent service in carrying out its duties and functions. Public Service is an activity in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations. The hall loan service is one example of public services in the world of education. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Online Shopee terhadap minat beli konsumen. Populasi dari penelitian ini jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti karena ada beberapa UMKM yang kurang terjangkau oleh peneliti dan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu melalui rumus lemeshow, ditentukan bahwa jumlah sampel minimal sebanyak 96. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan pedekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pegumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Dalam penelitian ini uji penelitian yang digunakan adalah validitas, reabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis deskriptif, regresi linear sederhana, uji-t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil koesioner telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya juga telah di uji, berupa asumsi normalitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik uji normalitas,regresi sederhana. Dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang di ajukan di terima karena menujukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif dan signifikan. Ini berarti bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. The population of this study is not known with certainty because there are several MSMEs that are less affordable by researchers and in determining the sample, namely through the Lemeshow formula, it is determined that the minimum sample size is 96. This type of research used a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. . In this study, the research tests used were validity, reliability, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability have also been tested, in the form of the assumption of normality. Data analysis technique using normality test technique, simple regression. By using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed the positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.
