In 2016, around 22.9% or 154.8 million children worldwide suffered from stunting at the age of under 5 years. Stunting is defined as the length or height below the standard. Stunting is measured by a z-score of height and age of more than 2 standard deviations which is below the World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards. Based on the results of observations on November 25, 2022 in Kemuning Lor Village, the community service team found that cadres and mothers could be said to be of productive age with an average of already having smartphones which were underutilized in monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers. In community service activities, an application was developed that is useful in reducing and monitoring the number of stunting cases in Kemuning Lor Village, Jember Regency. The implementation methods carried out in this community service activity are literature (literary study), location surveys, application design and outreach. As for the results of this community service activity, 90% of posyandu cadres feel helped by the baby nutrition monitoring application. In the future this application will be integrated from each region so that stunting cases in Jember Regency can be monitored through one application.

Yogyakarta is a province that has many features, both cultural and natural. One of the factors driving the economic growth of a region is the agricultural sector, which can be a promising opportunity, apart from being a producer of economic growth it can also have the opportunity to be a driver of growth in other development sectors in an area. One of them is the expansion of the agro-tourism business from Bolu hamlet, Seyegan sub-district, Yogyakarta, which will empower the younger generation, especially youth organizations, as managerial actors in tourism villages. Improving financial management skills for the community, especially in agro-tourism villages, is one of the solutions to existing problems. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that the community, especially youth organizations, will understand the concept and meaning of a cash book, namely a financial journal that contains notes on cash receipts and payments, and understand the benefits of a cash book, namely being able to know the financial condition of a business based on detailed and consistent recording. , as well as a reference to see which part of the business can be the biggest sales driver or discover what causes the biggest expenses. The result of this community service activity is to add insight to the community, especially youth organizations about the bookkeeping system, recording daily transactions so that the business being carried out can provide the expected benefits.

Instilling moral values through read aloud has the potential to be developed. This type of training serves to instill moral values contained in the culture of pendalungan and provide knowledge about read aloud. Especially if the knowledge of the culture of pendalungan can be introduced directly to children. Mitra is the Almuna Creative community owned by Dania Puspitasari. The proposing team intends to collaborate to carry out read aloud training through folklore from Pendalungan. As for what partners are currently facing are: (a) partner's lack of understanding about guidance to parents in choosing the right books for children, (b) partner's lack of understanding about the importance of reading aloud through folklore from pendalungan, and (c) partner's lack of understanding about the folklore of pendalungan. Thus, based on the observations and presentations that have been described, the problems and solutions offered by the PKM Team can be obtained in the read aloud training activities through folklore from Pendalungan. The activities carried out in this PKM are given through the lecture method with a participatory learning approach with an emphasis on the principle of learning by doing. Farm labor is one of the main livelihoods in Indonesia. Farmers' activities on agricultural land are never separated from the use of pesticides, although basically pesticides are not only harmful to plant pests but also pose a potential hazard to farm workers as pesticide users. Various types of pesticides circulating and used in Indonesia include the type of organophosphate. Jam because of its affordable price, organophosphates have good effectiveness in controlling plant pests. This ability is comparable to the dangers of organophosphates for health. Various studies have proven that organophosphate pesticides and other pesticides can cause both acute and chronic health problems. Health problems can range from mild to severe symptoms resulting in disability or death. Pesticides intoxication can actually be prevented. One of the prevention efforts that can be done is the use of good and correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Farmers actually know about the potential dangers of pesticides and the importance of using PPE when spraying pesticides. However, most farm workers do not use standard PPE and do not know how to use the correct PPE. They choose to use simple PPE that they make themselves, for example using t-shirts as head coverings and face masks instead of using hats, goggles and masks as face and head protection. These measures are, of course, non-standard and cannot provide perfect protection. The community service that is carried out has the target of farm workers who live in Gayasan Village, Jenggawah District, Jember Regency. This community service activity uses counseling methods and training on the proper and correct use of PPE, accompanied by the implementation of free health checks and medication for farm laborers and the surrounding community. Measurement of the level of knowledge is measured using a questionnaire and then compared between before and after counseling. The results obtained are an increase in the knowledge of farm workers about the dangers of pesticides and the use of good and standard PPE.

The golden snail is one of the pests that damage rice plants, this pest has the ability to reproduce quickly, causing the golden snail to become one of the main pests in lowland rice. But the golden snail can be used as a basic material for liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) because it contains protein, Azotobacter, Azospirillum, phosphate solubilizing microbes, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, enzymes and the hormone auxin. The effectiveness of the golden snail LOF has been tested on several agricultural crops, one of which is rice. In the Podo Tentrem Farmers Group, these pests are simply thrown away and have not been utilized properly. Whereas the potential of this golden snail can be very high if it is processed into organic fertilizer. Therefore, with this community service activity, it is hoped that it can improve competence, skills and increase the production output of the Podo Tentrem farmer group. This can be measured by the enthusiasm of the participants who were attended by 100% of the invitees, besides that the participants also knew the stages of work and succeeded in making Keong Mas LOF well. In addition, other assessment indicators are using quantitative data on pre-test and post-test scores. Before the counseling was carried out, the pretest value was 50 and after the knowledge training, it increased with an average post-test score of 76. These results can indicate that in theory and practice, on average, participants understand and can make golden snail LOF.

This socialization is carried out in line with the development of increasingly sophisticated digital and communication technology, by showing how easy anything is done nowadays. One of which is the circulation of narcotics and illegal drugs whose circulation is concealed and is common among teenagers. The purpose of this provision is to increase insight, knowledge, public awareness, and effective communication, especially for teenagers regarding the dangers on the use of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Addictive Substances (Drugs). The method of the provision is carried out through two stages (1) preparation, it is done by preparing selected materials as well as the presentation of the chosen materials by the team. (2) Having online socialization through zoom meeting from the team to the participants. This activity is also to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of BNN RI. The result of this provision activity is increasing public awareness, especially teenagers about the dangers of drugs. This can be seen from the discussion session, especially the use of argot in the drug community, which has become a valuable insight for participants.

Village-Owned Enterprises BUMDES are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly from the village, and the existence of BUMDES is intended to create jobs or improve public services for the community. One indicator of the success of BUMDES is where the administrators who are included in the management organizational structure have understood financial management which at the end of the period will produce correct financial reports. Financial recording is the initial stage in the activity of providing good and correct financial reports, it is necessary to record expenses and income so that all transactions can be known clearly and in detail. By having financial records, even simple ones, all financial flows can be recorded properly, such as the amount of capital that has been used, capital that has not been used, the amount of debt and so on. With the availability of good financial records, the BUMDes can see the development of their business so that the BUMDes management can make plans related to the condition of the BUMDes owned based on the financial records that have been made. The final result of all financial records is the availability of financial statements. The results of this activity are increasing partner insight, especially about financial records that can be used as the basis for detailed and clear BUMDES financial management, as well as increasing partner skills in application-based financial management in the application of recording daily transactions.
