Problems that often arise in the family/ household are quite complex. One of them is economic problems or financial problems, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic requiring careful financial management by making a priority scale where prioritizing expenditures based on needs compared to spending based on desires in order to avoid debt and receivables. The method in implementing PKM is carried out in three stages, namely 1) The preparation stage includes community situation analysis, identification of problems, determining PKM work objectives, determining the theme and schedule for PKM implementation, division of PKM tasks, 2) Implementation stage including presentation of material delivery with the lecture method, question and answer session, mentoring session for making financial management to participants, 3) Evaluation stage. This PKM activity was carried out by implementing the Covid-19 Health protocol which was attended by 20 participants, which were dominated by women who were married or had families. The goal is that these housewives are able to record every income and are able to track daily expenses that have been issued in one month by way of prioritizing financial management. The conclusion from this PKM was that the 20 participants who attended had never done financial management, not because they were unable or unwilling but there had never been any socialization about financial management and the lack of basic knowledge about financial management so that economic problems in finance were always repeated. Therefore, PKM activities regarding financial management are still very important to be carried out with the main target being women / housewives as literacy efforts in financial management so that they are able to distinguish between productive expenditures and consumptive expenditures as financial managers in the family.

Housewives have an important role to play in supporting government programs in preventing the spread of COVID-19 at the household level. Community service activities aim to provide understanding to partners so that they have knowledge and concern about preventing the spread of COVID-19 through the application of the 5M health protocol, increasing creativity in efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through education on how to make hand sanitizers from natural ingredients of betel leaf (Piper betle Linn) which are mostly found in Sukorejo Village. The method used in this activity is counseling by providing material through lectures and distributing hand sanitizer finished products. The implementation of this service activity in the form of dissemination of the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 involves active participation from partners starting from the activity planning process, preparation of activity schedules to education on how to make and distribute hand sanitizers. This activity generated ideas for partners who are mostly housewives to empower themselves in supporting government programs to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by practicing how to make natural hand sanitizers from betel leaf. Thus, the expected output from this activity is an increase in IRT knowledge in preventing the spread of COVID-19, how to manufacture, packaging hand sanitizers, and participants to obtain sample products which can increase interest in producing similar products and commitment to implementing health protocols in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Branch of Muhammadiyah Tegalboto Kidul is a forum for Muhammadiyah da'wah activities within the scope of the village level. Muhammadiyah's space for movement is not only in religious activities, but in social, economic and other fields. The activity program of the Muhammadiyah branch of Tegal Boto Kidul which has been running so far is only in the routine study of recitation and social movements such as compensation for the needy. Activities related to economic development in branch members in particular and the surrounding community have generally not been carried out much. The purpose of this community service is to provide education to the community as a solution to limited land owned but still able to carry out fish farming and vegetable and fruit farming activities. This service aims to optimize the narrow land with a fish farming system in small media, does not require large areas, is cheap, is easily available media and technology that can be carried out by all groups of society at large. This service is expected to be a solution to the problem of limited land for fish cultivation, especially in cities, the problem of decreasing the availability of aquaculture and the problem of the need for fish animal protein in the community. Indonesia is one of the developing countries where economic growth in Indonesia is growing rapidly both materially and non-materially, this need can be in the form of procurement of goods / services. The challenge faced by micro, small and medium agro-industry players (MSMEs) is to maintain growth in local and global markets. With the Covid-19 pandemic this has also affected trade in Indonesia, namely the shifting behavior of trading patterns has changed, which was originally carried out directly (offline), now it is required to be indirect (online) so that the business continues. In realizing the success of achieving the vision in the economic sector at a broader level with the development of technology, especially in the procurement of goods / services quickly, precisely, transparently and efficiently in reaching customers. In Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 concerning Government Procurement of Goods / Services, it is intended to facilitate MSMEs in carrying out marketing of goods / services through the E-Purchasing mechanism with the E-catalog system, to support government procurement in the era of the Internet of Things (IoT) to be aligned. with the changing times with the aim of making the organization more responsive, transparent and accessible so that checks and balances occur.
