Synthesis of bis Azo Disperse Dyes derived from 2-Amino-4(4′-nitro phenyl)thiazolehaving tertiary-Amines as Coupling Component, their Characterization andEvolution of Dyeing Characteristics 以叔胺为偶联组分的2-氨基-4(4′-硝基苯基)噻唑为原料的双偶氮分散染料的合成、表征及染色特性的演变

2-Amino-4(4′-nitro phenyl)-1,3-thiazole was used to couple with diazotized 2-amino-5(4′-nitro phenyl)- 1,3,4-thiadiazole to gave mono azo disperse dye with good yield. This mono azo disperse dye was further diazotized and coupled with different tertiary amines which were couplers that yielded bis azo disperse dyes (AJ1-AJ15). The synthesized dyes were analyzed via elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR spectral analysis. All the synthesized dyes were applied on polyester fiber by using HTHP method and their dyeing performance and their fastness characteristics were studied.
用2-氨基-4(4′-硝基苯基)-1,3-噻唑与重氮化的2-氨基-5(4′-硝基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑偶联得到单偶氮分散染料,收率高。该单偶氮分散染料进一步重氮化,并与不同叔胺偶联得到偶氮分散染料(AJ1-AJ15)。对合成的染料进行了元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱分析。将合成的染料用HTHP法涂在涤纶纤维上,并对其染色性能和牢度特性进行了研究。

Study of Antimicrobial Activity of Some Synthesized Pyrimidine-Triazole Derivatives 一些合成的嘧啶-三唑类衍生物的抗菌活性研究

Some novel derivatives of 2,2′-(4,4′-(((4-(3-oxomorpholino)phenyl)-azanediyl)-bis(methylene))bis(1H- 1,2,3-triazole-4,1-diyl))bis(N-(4-phenyl-pyrimidin-2-yl)acetamide) have been synthesized from 4-(4- aminophenyl)morpholin-3-one molecule by multistep process. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were established by different spectroscopic techniques such as 1H NMR, infrared and mass. The antimicrobial activity of these pyrimidine-triazole derivatives were also investigated against selected bacterial and fungal strains in two different organic solvents (N,N-dimethyl formamide and dimethyl sulphoxide).
