Resumen: Este trabajo de investigación se enmarca, de un modo interdisciplinar, entre los estudios del cuerpo, la tecnología y los discursos audiovisuales. Se centra en el análisis del videoclip musical como formato/género. Dentro de él, los trabajos sobre corporeidad se han centrado tradicionalmente en la representación del cuerpo humano como elemento expuesto a la mirada, como objeto de consumo visual integrante de una puesta en escena, pero rara vez como un elemento en el complejo entramado que componen realización, tecnología y sonido, como parte de los productos mainstream En ese sentido, existen, aun no siendo comunes, una serie de técnicas y recursos audiovisuales que son puestos en práctica en numerosos vídeos musicales para componer fórmulas de síncresis músico-visual. En defi nitiva, en el artículo se analiza un corpus de videoclips a través del análisis textual, para tratar de localizar las técnicas de realización y de representación espacio-temporal, que permiten la audiovisualización de la presencia corporal de los miembros del grupo, con el objetivo de incrementar una identifi cación y fruición espectatorial: imitación y analogía, audiovisualización de parámetros musicales, texto escrito y juegos con el espacio son algunos de estos recursos del cuerpo audiovisualizado en el videoclip. Abstract: Th is research work is developed within a interdisciplinary framework among the studies of the body, technology and audiovisual discourses. It focuses on the analysis of the music video as format and genre. In this genre, works on corporeality have traditionally focused on the representation of the human body as an element ex-posed to the gaze, as an object of visual consumption that is part of a staging, but rarely as an element in the complex framework that make up fi lmmaking, technology and sound, as part of mainstream products. In this sense, there are, although not common, a series of audiovisual techniques and resources that are put into practice in numerous music videos to compose formulas for music-visual syncrisis. In sum, the article ana-lyzes a corpus of music video through textual analysis, trying to identify the techniques of realization and spatial-temporal representation, which allow the audiovisual presen-tation of the body presence of the members of the group, with the aim of increasing identification and enjoyment in the spectators: imitation and analogy, audiovisual visu-alization of musical parameters, texts and games with space are some of these resources of the audio-visualized body in the contemporary music video.

: This article studies the criminal definition of arson and the problem of its verification in the criminal courts of Valparaíso from 1868 to 1906. I argue that incor-porating arson into the Chilean criminal law entailed difficulties both because of its definition and the difficulties for collecting and analyzing evidence. Fires, according this research are daily events that progressively and case by case bases, reveal charac-teristic processes of the society in which they occur. This article intends to contribute to a scarce historiographical discussion in Chile and not to the current methodology on judicial verification of arson, therefore it is based on two types of sources. On the one hand, the judicial summaries for criminal arson recovered in the criminal judicial file of Valparaíso. And on the other, the official documents corresponding to the criminal definition of arson are used with their theoretical supports. Finally, the article allows us to observe the specific difficulties that the definition of arson entailed and, above all, the problems of the systematization of judicial proving procedures.

The author maintains that while anti-liberalism represents the reactionary facet or dimension of Góngora’s thought, Catholic fascism represents the propositional facet or political dimension of his thought. Furthermore, this article seeks to verify the presence of these components throughout Góngora’s in-tellectual life.

Autonomy, public commitment, critical force, trans-disciplinarity and openness to other knowledge constitute the notions that organize the problematic vision of this article on today’s university. Argumentative logic structures these matters sequentially, analyzing the difficulties and challenges that contemporary universities face today within a market context, of weakening of its public role and of the diversity of knowledge struggling for recognition. These referential notions are discussed as central components of a broad normative framework for today’s universities. These are elements that would contribute to facing the university challenges in a vulnerable and financially besieged continent, of trans-nationalization, weakening management of its natural resources, technological dependence, weak democracies, multiple inequalities and increasing processes of discontent and social demands.
