Machines and equipment or work processes that make noise. Evaluation of noise intensity is carried out by making a noise map that describes the noise distribution pattern from 278 measurement points and then processed with surfer software, which then becomes basic information to protect workers from the risk of hearing loss. After measuring and analyzing the data, the noise level ranged from the lowest of 41.0 dBA, to the highest of 101.9 dBA. From the noise map, it can be seen that the main sources of noise are in the workshop area, corn intake & dryer area, generator area & bagging off area. Noise control efforts have been carried out by engineering controls, administrative controls in the form of work rotation, Standard Operating Procedures, training, safety signs and the use of ear protective equipment for workers in the form of earplugs and earmuffs.

Acrophobia and Nyctophobia are the most common phobias suffered by people in this world. A phobia is an excessive anxiety or fear of something. Acrophobia is a phobia or fear of being at heights and nyctophobia is an extreme phobia or fear of the night or the dark that can trigger signs of excessive anxiety and hopelessness. This research attempts to know the level phobia a person on child while given exposure virtually. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a significant effect through the use of the new technology, namely virtual reality on changes in physiological responses and different heart rates before and before getting exposure / exposure virtually. The purpose of this research is to investigate a phobia early on in children with the help of vr 3d headset box. The result of this research obtained 4 of 5 children suffering from acrophobia and nyctophobia.

E-Commerce has had a major impact on social and economic growth in society. However, E-Commerce system is not always profitable for UMKM actors themselves, there are several factors that cause UMKM quality assessments to decline from tight competitiveness. Many consumers consider buying products from the many existing E-Commerce systems. For this reason, this goal is to implement a decision support system in determining E-Commerce using the TOPSIS method with AHP method. Of course, in implementing a decision support system, it is necessary to have assessment criteria and a number of alternatives that will be used as a reference to determine E-Commerce for UMKM by calculating the TOPSIS method which will produce the final result of the value of each E-Commerce in the form of ranking. From research conducted on 38 UMKM in Tuban Regency, the results of E-Commerce Shopee are 60.5%, Tokopedia 15.8%, Blibli 10.5%, Lazada 7.9% and Bukalapak 5.3%. The data will be grouped from each alternative to find the average value based on predetermined criteria and calculated using the TOPSIS method AHP method, it can be concluded that the E-Commerce that is widely used by UMKM in the Tuban Regency area is Shopee > Tokopedia > Bukalapak > Lazada > Blibli. while with AHP resulted in the order of Tokopedia > Shopee > Bukalapak > Blibli > Lazada.

Multiple intelligences or commonly called multiple intelligences are various skills and talents that students have to solve various problems in learning. The problem in this research is how is the process of developing applications for determining multiple intelligences for junior high school students using the method web-based Likert scale?, how is the feasibility of the application for determining multiple intelligences for junior high school students using the web-based Likert scale method?, and how is the effectiveness of using the application for determining multiple intelligences for junior high school students using the web-based Likert scale method?. In the development of this web-based application system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the Likert scale method. With a population of 21 students of SMP Negeri 2 Sayung Demak and a sample of 21 students of class VIII F. Based on the User Acceptance Test for students, it produced a number of results covering several aspects, namely in terms of usability, in terms of convenience and in terms of appearance, it produced an average percentage of 84%. These results are included in the criteria for strongly agree.

Water is often taken with the help of a pump to remove water from the well to be filled into the reservoir.However, often during the dry season, many pumping machines are damaged because the pump is on but thewater in the well (source) is empty and no one knows it, so the pump engine does not turn off, therefore it cancause the pump to fail. be damaged. This study designed a system that can monitor the flow of water using theBlynk application. Monitoring is carried out using a smartphone with a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontrollerconnected to the internet network. The sensor used is a water flow sensor to detect the flow of water. The Blynkapplication is used by the user as a data display for the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller which is integratedinto the internet network. The results of the research water flow sensor has worked well on the water pump.After testing the distance, the distance is detected indefinitely provided that the microcontroller and the blynkapplication are connected to the internet network, and do not experience internet network trouble.

Abstrack - PT. Pijar Sukma is a furniture industry company, located in Jepara, Central Java. PT. Pijar Sukma is having problems that customer order requests cannot be fulfilled according to production targets. So companies need tools that can measure performance. This research uses the performance prism method which involves stakeholders so that they can form the sides of the prism, namely satisfaction, contribution, strategy, process, and capability. From these methods used to compile key performance indicators (KPIs), 30 KPIs were produced based on satisfaction and contributions in the design that had been prepared, there were 10 strategic KPIs, 10 process KPIs, and 10 capability KPIs that were weighted through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method, then scored using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. OMAX to provide an actual value with a score of 1-10 on each KPI and the traffic light system as a color assignment, namely green means very good / the target is maximally appropriate, yellow is quite good / the target has not reached the maximum, and red means bad / the target has not been maximized . The results of the processing and calculation show that the company's performance index value of 2.836 is categorized as red with an actual value of 3.00, meaning the company has achieved the performance measurement plan but has not reached the set target so that the company can maintain good performance and make changes to poor performance by improving performance in red. The need for information through a monitoring system on BTS tower equipment is very necessary, including monitoring lightning strike protection. To find out whether there is a strike on the BTS, usually, technicians have to come to the BTS location to see the impact of the strike in the form of damage to the arrester, or other damage and even seek information from residents around the BTS location. The location of the BTS location is far from the head office, of course this is not effective.This research is the development of a counter lighting system designed to monitor and detect lightning strikes from a distance. By using Arduino Uno, ethernet shield, current sensor and android smart phone. The information displayed on the android smart phone is the location of the BTS tower, the time and magnitude of the strike current. The lighting protection monitoring tool based on android operation using the PZEM-004T module is a system designed and utilized to read the presence of lightning strikes which include the current flowing in the BTS tower grounding system.The test results show that the lighting protection monitoring tool using the PZEM-004T module can measure and display the current value and when a strike occurs, in real time and stored in the database. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the results of the design of the lighting protection monitoring tool have a deviation (error) of 9,64% and a current of 12,5%.

Every company wants the best and maximum results in every production process. To achieve the best results in the production process/company activities, it is necessary to have support from every aspect of the company such as employees, supporting facilities, etc. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is support from the company in the form of salary increases. In the process of determining/considering an increase in employee salaries in the company, there are several obstacles or problems that will be encountered/faced by the company, including time efficiency, calculating employee performance, and the number of employee data files that must be processed. The profile matching method is a method for solving a problem so as to rank the best candidates from predetermined criteria. Al quran merupakan kitab suci umat muslim di seluruh dunia. Di dalam Al Quran, Terkandung seluruh pedoman dan aturan bagaimana seluruh umat muslim bertindak dan berperilaku di muka bumi ini sesuai ajaran Allah SWT. Semua umat muslim di wajibkan membaca Al Quran dan untuk memahami isinya dan mengamalkannya di kehidupan sehari hari. Namun, Dikarenakan Al Quran berbahasa arab, mayoritas dari umat muslim, di indonesia khususnya hanya sebatas membaca saja tanpa memahami isinya dan cenderung malas untuk membaca terjemahan dari Al Quran tersebut sehingga ilmu agama dan pengetahuan mengenai keislaman masyarakat masih kurang. Maka Desain Aplikasi Untuk Mempelajari dan Memahami Isi Kandungan Al Quran Berbasis Android yang disingkat sebagai QUDEMY ( Qur’an Academy) bisa menjadi solusi bagi umat muslim yang malas membaca Al Qur’an dan terjemahannya namun ingin mempelajari dan memahami isi dari Al Qur’an. Desain Aplikasi berbasis android ini menyediakan modul – modul materi sesuai tema yang ingin dipelajari. Dari modul tersebut, pengguna akan dijabarkan materi pembelajaran dan ayat atau surat yang berkaitan tentang materi dari modul pembelajaran tersebut. Dengan cara seperti ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan umat muslim sebagai pengguna untuk mencari pemahaman tentang apa yang ingin diketahui mengenai ilmu agama berdasarkan penjabaran dari ayat atau surat di dalam Al Quran.

The development of the world of information technology or commonly known as IT is indeed extraordinary rapid that is in harmony with human needs one of which is helping medical staff to analyze the disease one of which is Hepatitis. Hepatitis is inflammation that occurs in the human liver and its types are Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. Application is a program developed to carry out certain functions for certain users who aim to achieve certain goals. On this occasion the authors developed the Hepatitis Disease Early Detection Application Using an Android-Based Forward Chaining Inference Machine to display the classification of Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C. The results obtained in this study are the Early Detection Application of Hepatitis Using the Android-Based Forward Chaining Inference Machine successfully designed to provide support in the form of convenience for doctors regarding the description of hepatitis that is Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and tested using Black Box testing with the results are feasible to use, the White Box test with the results of edges, nodes, predicate nodes and independent pathways is 22 and UAT testing with 92% results from 5 respondents.
