The method of the synthesis of unsaturated aromatic oxiranosilanes by interaction of trialkyl- (aryl)-hydridesilanes with aromatic oxiranes of the acetylene series in the presence of catalyst (platinumhydrochloric acid) in a medium of absolute benzene (yield up to 82-85%) was developed and their properties studied. It was showed that the addition reaction proceeded on a triple bond according to Farmer's rule with the formation of trans-adducts and the maintenance of the oxirane ring. The composition and structure of the obtained unsaturated aromatic oxiranosilanes were confirmed by IR and PMR spectra. It revealed that the obtained unsaturated aromatic oxiranosilanes were highly reactive compounds and can undergo the reaction with nucleophilic and electrophilic reagents

The paper gives a brief analysis of experimental work on the production of sorbents from various biological wastes in one process. The obtained sorbents are used without additional activation. In connection with such experimental material, the theoretical aspects of various processes in the channels and on the surface of the sorbent are considered. The processes of solvation of metal particles in an aqueous medium are considered in the framework of the quantum theory of inhomogeneous condensed media with a redistribution of the electron density of the system. The processes of adsorption on the walls and in the channels of the sorbent are considered taking into account the effects of spatial dispersion of the system.

The paper presents the results of thermal analysis of oil shale from the Baigushlu and Iyimish deposits (Azerbaijan). It was been established that in the shale of the Baygushlu deposit, the content of organic matter is 11%, while in the shale of the Iyimish deposit it is 40% higher - 15.3% (for dry shale). The absence of moisture and their high calorific value make it possible to consider the possibility of using combustible shale from the Iyimish and Baygushlu deposits as an alternative energy fuel. The results obtained indicate the prospects of their use both in the technological and fuel and energy areas.

As a result of copolymerization of N-vinyl carbazole with styrene, the optically transparent copolymer was synthesized and the regularities of the copolymerization process, the composition and structure of the copolymer determined. The copolymerization constant values were determined by the Fineman–Ross method (r1=0.032, r2=5.5). It found that the styrene shows higher activity than N-vinyl carbazole. The parameters value of the copolymer microstructure was reveled. The obtained copolymer has a sufficiently high light-refractive index ( 20 nD =1.6504). The light transmission capacity of the copolymer is 87-89%. Varying the initial composition of the copolymer, the influence of the composition on the physicalmechanical properties of the copolymer was determined. It found that with an increase in N-vinyl carbazole links, the thermal stability in the copolymer increased proportionally. It was established that the mass loss of this copolymer at 280°C during thermal degradation was 5-6 %.

: The possibility of joint utilization of municipal solid waste (MSW) slag and drill cuttings by their recycling into complex mineral fertilizers through the use of lean-grade phosphorite as a source of phosphorus has been considered. Also, the recycling of three-component raw materials has been carried out with 50-65% sludge sulfuric acid from the propylene hydration process at 80°C. The consumption rate of sulfuric acid required to obtain mineral fertilizers with a sufficient content of Р2О5assim. has been determined with due regard for the presence of the increased content of sesquioxides in the drill cuttings. Comparative results of the recycling MSW with phosphorite and three-component raw materials confirming the absence of harmful effect of drill cuttings on the recycling process and the role of the nature of the used sulfuric acid on the parameters of the recycling process have been shown.

By copolymerization of cycloalkyl-substituted methylenedioxolanes with maleic anhydride the copolymers, which were subjected to acylation reactions with vinyl carbinol were obtained. It was revealed that as a result of the reaction, the copolymers with various degrees of etherification were obtainedIt found that the obtained etherified copolymers exhibited various UV sensitivity depending on the degree of etherification. It revealed that the availability of highly absorbing fragments such as allyl and carbonyl groups in macromolecules of the etherified copolymers provides these polymers, along with high light-sensitivity, with film-forming properties and good adhesion to quartz substrate.

To obtain a new modified sorbent, the conditions for maximum sorption of the chelate reagent 2-(4-sulfophenylazo)-1-amino-8-hydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid (SPAAHS) by a strongly basic AB-17 anion exchanger were selected. The conditions for modifying the anion exchanger were studied by spectrophotometric analysis on a Specord 210 Plus spectrophotometer from Analytik Jena. The influence of such factors as the acidity of the solution, the contact time of the sorbent with the sorbate, and the concentration of SPAAHS on the sorption process was analyzed. According to the saturation curves, the static capacity of the anion exchange resin for the sorbed reagent was established. Also, the description of the adsorption isotherm of SPAAHS with the AB-17 anion exchanger was performed using the models of Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin and Redlich-Peterson. To calculate the value of the ABerage free energy of adsorption, the adsorption isotherm of SPAAHS with the AB-17 anion exchanger was processed using the Dubinin-Radushkevich model. On the basis of the results obtained, conclusions were made about the nature of the bond between the anion exchanger and the sorbed reagent. To prove the proposed mechanism of sorption of SPAAHS by the AB-17 anion exchanger by the density of functional theory (DFT) method, using the Orca 4.2.0 program, an estimated quantum-chemical calculation of the dissociation energies of various acidic functional groups according to which an exchange reaction is possible on the anion exchanger AB-17.

This paper presents the results of studies of the anti-seize properties of (2,2-dimethyl-4-methylene1,3-dioxolane-allyl and benzyl)disulfides synthesized on the basis of 2,2-dimethyl-4-chloromethyl-1,3- dioxolane, sodium disulfide and allyl and benzyl chlorides, respectively, in the composition of transmission oils. The synthesized compounds are new compounds not previously described in the literature, the structure of which has been proven by studying their physicochemical properties, elemental composition, and IR spectroscopy. It revealed that the synthesized compounds in terms of extreme pressure efficiency are significantly superior to transmission oil MS-20, as well as bis(2,2-dimethyl-4-methyl-1,3- dioxolane)disulfide, previously synthesized by the authors of this article and a typical extreme pressure additive ethylene-bis-isopropylxanthate (LZ-23k). It found that the replacement of one of the 1,3-diocosolane fragment in bis(2,2-dimethyl-4-methylene-1,3-dioxolane) disulfide with allyl or benzyl radicals leads to an improvement in anti-seize properties due to their better adsorption on metal surfaces of rubbing parts.

The extraction purification process is currently being intensively studied and has a great future as an alternative method of purification of petroleum fractions. The point is that the development of technology and rise in the consumption of fuels and oils calls for tightening of requirements to their quality characteristics. At the same time, special attention is paid to the content of aromatic hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing and resinous compounds in their composition. The present review considers the results of studies of extractive purification of various oil fractions using both traditional and "green" solvents - ionic liquids as an extractant providing for the effectiveness of ion-liquid extraction purification. The article also describes studies on combining the process of ion-liquid extraction with an oxidative purification method. The results of studies carried out at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan on ion-liquid extraction purification of petroleum distillates for various purposes, in particular, transformer oil distillate, catalytic cracking and reforming gasoline, AMG-10 hydraulic fluid, Naftalan oil, diesel fuel, as well as oil distillates fractions with different viscosity values, are shown in the article. Also, the possibility getting petroleum products when used as a selective solvent of ionic liquids (morpholformate, anilinformate, N-methylpyrrolidone acetate, etc.) differing in cationic-anionic combination is substantiated.
