Economic injustice is a major cause of social troubles in most of the countries of the world and Pakistan is no exception. The rich in Pakistan are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer. We need to look for a solution. Fortunately, our Islamic teachings are best suited to provide a solution through the study of teachings of the Prophet (SAW), his companions and the religious jurists. Economic injustice has increased poverty and the health of the nation especially of poor classes is deteriorating. The social values are becoming weak and even crimes like theft, fraud and looting are becoming common because of unemployment. The income of people is decreasing due to covid'19 and people are forced to become selfish. There is a great need to bring economic justice in Pakistan through the study of Seerah e Nabvi (SAW). Our Prophet (SAW) was able to build an equitable economic system under his own leadership. In his days people were benevolent and they rejected oppression and aggression. We should be able to know the methods which he adopted to bring reforms in the economic field in the state of Madinah. This study includes an introduction, its importance, the research plan and methods, the concept of economic justice and cultivating economic values in the Muslim society.

People who sacrificed the most among them stood Companions (Ashaab) of Prophet (P.B.U.H) and People of the house(Ahle Bait) of Prophet (P.B.U.H) having no parallel, after accepting Islam, having faith on the prophet (P.B.U.H), in the dispensation and preaching of Islam. No group of Ummah, in any time can replace their cardinal eminence. The Holy Quran declares and entitles them as “best among the entire Ummah” and very hard on the non-believers (Kuffaar) and very soft hearted among them”. The prophet (P.B.U.H) has said, “Pay respect to my companion” and do not abuse my companion”. Education is the most important phase in human life. It begins from teaching of parents to tutors and then institutions to society. Parents are the fore-most; oldest and ever-remaining character in learning and developmental process and modern research admitted that they have a very crucial role in human development. Capitalist behaviour camouflaged this crucial role to conceal the mistakes and emotional deficiency of educational management. Administration put a board “No parents beyond this point” to stop communication of parents with children and teachers. They invaded many practices in educational administrative circle to snub the parents so that they can draw more financial benefits in the name of modern and quality education. Modern researches and worthy teaching of Semitic religions are bluntly saying that involvement of parents is very productive and effective in not only general learning process but also in professional development. Parents, especially in Eastern countries, are sufficiently unaware with the practices of their involvement in Professional Development Process (PDP) of their children specifically in Higher education. Researches in Education developed many modules of parental involvement in educational spheres like Parent Teacher Association (PTA), Home School Project (HSP), Second Educators (SEs), Home Visiting Scheme (HVS), Home University Agreement (HUA) and Parents-Student Internship Project (P-SIP). This article discussed critically and annalistically the importance of P-SIP and its module to convey the wholesome picture of parental involvement in learning process for professional development in higher education. Resultantly, any institution can adopt this module to implement it into its system for a productive learning output.

Historically, Pakistan has been based on an ideology and that ideology is Islam. Islam has given social rights to women. The Qur'an is the basic and paramount source of Islamic sciences. It describes the rights of women in detail. There is even a major Surah in the Qur'an, “Surat al-Nisa” which is a Surah for women's rights. In the name of women's rights, a voice came from the West and then spread all over the world. UN agencies came into action and laws on women's rights began to be enacted and International Women's Day was celebrated. Its effects have also been felt in Pakistan and for almost four to five years, the Women's March has been celebrated in Pakistan as well. The Women's March chanted slogans that demanded women's freedom, will, identity, and other rights. This research paper is an attempt to explore the fact that what is need for women to use these slogans in the Islamic society of Pakistan. Furthermore, this research article also covers the debate on how these demands of women can be analyzed in the light of Pakistan's objective circumstances, culture, and Islamic values. This research paper will help to determine new avenues of research by clarifying the need, importance, and causes of the women's march in Pakistan.

Civilization may be defined as set of features including Cultural, Literary and Social Advancement in a society or in similar communities. So it is regarded as sublime stage of human evolution. As Islam is a complete religion which gives directions to human being in all aspects of the life, so it claims to be the founder of civilization. The period of the advent of Islam was the period which formulated man inside the Arabian Peninsula, established the blocks of a new civilization that brought people out of the darkness to light, and placed the bases for enter man in Islamic society. However, Islam claims that lay out of Civilization was already established before the birth of Holy Prophet (S.A) and all the prophets after Hazrat Adam (A.S) were continuously preaching the salient factors of this civilization, however it was completed and declared in written form (Al-Quran) during the period of Holy Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W). Reveletion was the core of formulating the creeds and Ideas of an individual, purifying him, creating Links and establishing the building upon which the entire nation is based. Al-Shāfiʿī(d204/820) and al-Ṭaḥāwī(d321/933) have contributed in resolving Contradiction of Ḥadīth. Al-Shāfiʿī has compiled Ikhtilāf-al-Ḥadīth and al-Ṭaḥāwī has written Sharaḥ M’āni al-Athār in this particular field. Al-Shāfiʿī is the founder of Shāfiʿī Fiqh and al-Ṭaḥāwī is the representative of Ḥanfi school of thought. This study focusses the methodologies of both the scholars with examples taken from their books. They have solved many issues by giving preference to one Ḥadīth on the other. They differed on some issues with each other as al-Shāfiʿī has given preference to the Ḥadīth reported by ibn-us-Ṣimmah over Ḥadīth of Ammar ibn Yasir but al-Ṭaḥāwī resolved the contradiction with abrogation.
