This research aims to determine the relationship that exists between the budget for results and the National Urban Sanitation Program in local governments, Lima 2015. The study is of the applied type, of correlational level, of non-experimental, cross-sectional design, whit a methodology was hypothetical-deductive framed in the statement of the hypothesis that is later contrasted. It is concluded that there are indications to affirm that budget management by results has a moderate and positive relationship (R=0.616**), as well as significant (p <0.05).

During the first years of life human beings lay the foundations for neurysiological development. It is important that during early childhood a quality education is provided together with favorable living conditions that allow a harmonious development of the child’s personality. The main purpose of this review is to improve the participation of mothers and fathers in the educational process of early education students, based on child neurodevelopment, in order to strengthen the family-school bond, and thereby improve the teaching and learning process of children. The method used in the systematization of information was the deductive method, with a quantitative, qualitative and mixed approach. It is concluded that it is essential to achieve educational objectives, the participation of parents in the educational process of early education students. It was also identified that the families most involved with the school and most committed to education have better performing children. It is recommended to continue the review of such articles to increase and improve the participation of mothers and fathers in the educational process of early education students.

Self-efficacy is understood as a person’s perception of the ability to plan and perform specific tasks. This article presents a systematic review of the literature about related to perceived self-efficacy in the educational field. Relevant aspects are identified unknown and controversial relevant aspects, as well as provide information on perceived self-efficacy in students and teachers. The methodology is a descriptive and introspective review. The analysis was carried out in databases (Scopus, EBSCO, SciELO, Dialnet and Google Scholar) between 2011 and 2020. A final sample of 26 articles was obtained, which demonstrated the identification of various aspects related to perceived self-efficacy applied to both students and teachers. In conclusion, the studies analyzed provided insight into the themes and designs used in the matter.

University tutoring is an activity in which the tutored (student) and the tutor (teacher) participate and which promotes the personal, academic and professional development of the student. This article presents a systematic review of university tutoring based on sources of information consulted to identify the most important dimensions and establish the benefits it represents for students. S cientific articles were collected heuristically, using search engines and journal repositories ( SciELO , Scopus, Redalyc and DOAJ) between 2017 and 2021. From the review of the research consulted, 8 predominant dimensions were identified in which the three parties that make up the university tutoring program are identified: the institution, the tutor and the student. University tutoring is an indicator of the quality of university education and an effective procedure to reduce the gap that exists in education,especially to reduce student dropout and improve the student's overall performance.

El aprendizaje remoto en las matemáticas, antes de la pandemia de la COVID-19, ya se estaba implementando en algunos países; por ello durante esta crisis sanitaria ha cobrado gran relevancia a nivel mundial, ya que se ha convertido en una solución para la educación en el mundo. Esta revisión sistemática busca identificar los estudios realizados con las estrategias, métodos, aspectos intrapersonales y herramientas relacionadas al aprendizaje remoto de las matemáticas. Se consultaron bases de datos de alto impacto entre octubre y noviembre de 2020. Se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La temática de investigación más frecuente es la relacionada a herramientas e instrumentos. La mayoría de estudios se han realizado en el nivel superior y no se ha encontrado ningún estudio en el nivel inicial. Se propone que se intensifiquen los estudios sobre el aprendizaje remoto de la matemática para todos los niveles, enfatizando en el inicial.

The university maintains interactions between social formation processes and society; as an institution, it is regulated by state regulatory entities that promote significant institutional transformations that force them to adapt to constitutional, legal and planning requirements. The objective of this research is to analyze the entailment between the accounting training of the Accounting and Audit program of the Universidad Católica de Cuenca and the National Development Plan 2017-2021 of Ecuador. For this, the interpretive hermeneutical method was used, through the bibliographic and documentary review. The results show the objectives, challenges and initiatives related to the accounting profession; the needs and goals of the problems to study, intervene and transform, the basic disciplinary cores of the program, and the link between them. It is concluded that there is a link between the context and the objectives of the National Development Plan and the professional training offered; distinguishing problems such as the difficulty of access to education, participation in the productive sector, the lack of technical advice, investment, motivation and institutional trust as significant challenges faced with the disciplinary cores of accounting and finance, regulation and control, administrative and economic sciences.

En este artículo se describen los procedimientos realizados para la construcción, así como las pruebas de funcionamiento, de una prótesis humana para mano y antebrazo derecho. Se ha considerado una prótesis transradial con cinco grados de libertad, la cual cumple con las especificaciones de dimensiones generales de la Norma DIN 33 402. El prototipo planteado da respuesta a las necesidades de movilidad de una persona amputada, cumpliendo con proporciones adecuadas en los dedos y la movilidad similar a una mano natural. Se ha empleado en el diseño y construcción sensores mioeléctricos que garantizan una aplicación simple en la construcción del modelo. Los resultados muestran una efectividad de soporte de peso de 4 kg, generando un ruido no mayor a 55 dB en su funcionamiento.

Hoy en día, la necesidad de consumir mezcla láctea con nutritivos saludables se ha incrementado por la falta de expendio de bebidas completas desde el punto de vista nutricional. La mezcla láctea elaborada con leche, harina de arroz, soya y miel representa un alimento nutritivo para el consumo humano por su alta tasa de proteínas de alto valor biológico, contenido de vitaminas y minerales; todos esenciales para el buen funcionamiento del organismo. En este sentido la agroindustria ha realizado avances tecnológicos para lograr formulaciones que aporten los nutrientes necesarios en las dietas diarias y así contribuir con la salud de los individuos. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el contenido nutricional óptimo de la mezcla láctea a base de harina de arroz (Oryza sativa L.) y soya (Glycine max L.) a partir de la determinación bromatológica-sensorial. La investigación se realizó en las instalaciones de la planta de lácteos de la carrera de Ingeniería Agroindustrial de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Los materiales y métodos empleados se caracterizaron por la aplicación de la norma técnica para la realización de análisis fisicoquímicos a las materias primas y a la bebida láctea de mayor aceptación, considerando la Norma Técnica Ecuatoriana NTE 2564. Se empleó el soware estadístico Design-Expert, versión 11. Se diseñaron 16 formulaciones que contenían harinas de arroz y soya, miel, leche; estas fueron evaluadas sensorialmente con una encuesta de escala hedónica de nueve puntos por un panel sensorial entrenado. El resultado del estudio mostro que la mejor formulación determinada correspondió a: harina de arroz 2 %, harina de soya 3,75 %, miel de abeja 5,25 % y leche 89 %. Se concluyó que la formulación elaborada cumple con los parámetros nutricionales establecidos en la norma NTE INEN 2564.

Higher education institutions face the challenge that their graduates have the competences that allows them to quickly enter to the labor market and obtain an adequate economic remuneration. us graduate satisfaction is a key element in the assessment of the quality of institutions, since it allows us to know their perception regarding the quality received in their professional training. e objective is study the quality of higher education institutions and the satisfaction of the graduate in the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. e methodology is descriptive and transversal based on graduates information and satisfaction. As a result, Students are satisfied with their professional training received and their expectations were met since the academic level of the institution is good. It is concluded that studies on student satisfaction are useful for higher education institutions to identify educational and administrative priorities about the service they provide.

As a result, Students are satisfied with their professional training received and their expectations were met since the academic level of the institution is good. La presente investigación enmarca el estudio de la actividad socioeconómica que manejan los emprendedores con discapacidades en la provincia del Guayas y la motivación que tienen para iniciarse en este campo. Ante la falta de recursos económicos y las pocas facilidades que tienen de insertarse en el mercado laboral, gran parte de la población con discapacidad toma medidas fuera del contexto común para emerger en un mercado de trabajo formal, y como alternativa buscan la informalidad bajo el formato de emprendimiento. Entre tanto el motivo fundamental de emprender es el sobrevivir diario, es decir, buscar adquirir los recursos necesarios para poder satisfacer sus necesidades básicas.
