Flux observer with two-phase-type PLL for sensorless direct torque control of surface mounted PMSM drives 两相锁相环磁链观测器用于无传感器直接转矩控制

This paper present a novel flux observer using two-phase type PLL (TP-PLL) for direct torque control of surface mounted PMSM drives. The proposed flux estimation combines the voltage-based model and current-based model. The angular position of the stator flux linkage is derived from the integration of the back-EMF using TP-PLL, and the amplitude of stator flux linkage is obtained by solving a set of equations based on the measured currents and rotor flux linkage. The proposed algorithm can significantly alleviate the dc-offset problem on the pure integrator, and eliminate the magnitude error problem associated with the conventional low-pass filter. The simulation and experimental results confirm the validity of the proposed method.

Motion modeling and search method based on hidden Markov model for motion database 基于隐马尔可夫模型的运动数据库运动建模与搜索方法

In order to address the problem such as aging of workers and craftsmen, ‘motion database’ is considered to be important. Conventionally, motion capture or acceleration sensor is generally used for motion modeling. However, these methods can not get force information, which is important factor for motion modeling. In this research, motion search method based on hidden Markov model is proposed in order to make the ‘motion database’ practical. In the motion modeling, force information is obtained using motion copying system. Because the force information is include in the model, more developed motion database is expected. In addition, motion search becomes possible by using hidden Markov model. The validity of proposed method is confirmed by experiment.

Sliding mode control of permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators for wind turbines 风电机组永磁同步发电机滑模控制

This paper focuses on a sliding mode controller designed for a variable speed wind energy conversion system based on a permanent magnet synchronous generator. Reported numerical simulations show that the proposed controller enhances the overall performance obtaining the maximum power efficiency and it is robust under variable operating conditions and in the presence of disturbances affecting the system.

Integration of flywheel energy storage system in production lines for voltage drop compensation 飞轮储能系统集成在生产线上的压降补偿

A novel flywheel energy storage system is proposed in this study. The energy storage system consists of a flywheel coupled to permanent magnets synchronous machine. The stored energy is used for drop correction for the critical load. In motoring mode (no drop on the grid), the grid connected converter lets the system deliver power and boosts the DC link voltage until the flywheel reaches the maximum speed. In generating mode, the grid connected converter supplies sinusoidal voltage to the grid. The permanent magnets synchronous machine is selected for the design of a threephase machine for the flywheel energy storage system and Hysteresis current control is used for controlling both converters.

Optimizing of BP Neural Network based on genetic algorithms in power load forecasting 基于遗传算法的BP神经网络在电力负荷预测中的优化

Accurate forecasting of electricity load has been one of the most important issues in the electricity industry. Recently, along with power system privatization and deregulation, accurate forecast of electricity load has received increasing attention. In this paper, For overcoming difficulties in application of the method of BP neural network, such as it is difficult to define the network structure and the network is easy to fall into local solution. At first, By giving the undefined relation between learning ability and generalization ability of BP neural network, the hidden notes are obtained. Secondly, it poses to optimize the neural network structure and connection weights and defines the original weights and bias by means of genetic algorithm. Meanwhile, it reserves the best individual in evolution process, so that to build up a genetic algorithms Neural Networks model. This new model has high convergent speed and qualification. In order to prove the rationality of the improving GA-BP model, it analyses the network load with a area. Compare with BP neural network, it can be found that the new model has higher accuracy for power load forecasting.

Stability augmentation of interconnected offshore wind and marine current farms 互联海上风力和海流场的稳定性增强

This paper presents a co-operative control scheme for a small scale offshore wind and marine current farms composed of variable speed wind turbine driven doubly fed induction generators (DFIGs) and fixed speed squirrel cage induction generators (IGs), respectively. One of the objectives of the proposed scheme is to reduce the overall cost due to the low cost of induction generator. However, induction generator has the stability problem as it requires large amount of reactive power to restore electromagnetic torque during grid disturbance. The proposed cooperative scheme will help marine current generators (IGs) in a marine current farm to provide necessary reactive power demand from their surrounding wind generators (DFIGs) resides in a offshore wind farm without installing additional reactive power compensating devices (STATCOM/SVC). Optimum capacities of wind and marine current farms that can be used in proposed scheme to augment the stability of both farms are also determined, in this study. Different types of fault conditions are examined and the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is demonstrated by using laboratory standard power system simulator PSCAD/EMTDC.

Indirect negative sequence voltage control for STATCOM supporting wind farms directly connected to the grid 间接负序电压控制为STATCOM支持风电场直接连接到电网

This paper presents a complete analysis of a Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM), when it is intended to support a wind farm based on induction generators. Grid disturbances affect wind turbines with fixed speed generators directly connected to the grid, because they generate electromagnetic torque oscillations during and after faults. As a consequence, mechanical stress is presented in the gearbox and premature aging is prone to happen. In this work, an indirect control for STATCOM, for electromagnetic torque oscillation reduction purposes during and after the fault is proposed. In this abstract only an unbalanced fault at the point of common coupling (PCC) bus will be simulated and presented on a reduced model of a wind farm.

A novel serial-kinematic AFM scanner: Design and characterization 一种新型的串行运动学AFM扫描仪:设计与表征

Design and characterization of a novel monolithic serial-kinematic XYZ nanopositioner stage with a fixed-free configuration for high-speed Atomic Force Microscopy is presented in this article. The objective is to develop a compact serial-kinematic AFM scanner for high-speed imaging. A design methodology based on the analytical stiffness calculations to determine optimum range and natural frequency of the scanner is presented. Finite Element Analysis and experimental results showed that the lowest natural frequencies in X, Y and Z-stages are 10 kHz, 7.5 kHz and 64 kHz respectively. The range of the scanner in the x-direction is 8 µm, in the y-direction is 6 µm and in the z-direction is 2 µm. The performance of the nanopositioning stage was evaluated by scanning 6 µm × 4.5 µm area of a calibration grating at line rates of 10 Hz, 50 Hz, 78 Hz, 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 150 Hz with 256×256 pixel resolution. Shortcomings of the design and remedies for the improvement of the stage performance are also discussed.

The performance of the nanopositioning stage was evaluated by scanning 6 µm × 4.5 µm area of a calibration grating at line rates of 10 Hz, 50 Hz, 78 Hz, 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 150 Hz with 256×256 pixel resolution. A neural network approach to nonlinear model predictive control 非线性模型预测控制的神经网络方法

This paper proposes a neural network approach to nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC). The NMPC problem is formulated as a convex programming problem via Jacobain linearization. The unknown high-order term associated with the linearization is estimated by using a feedforward neural network via supervised learning. The convex optimization problem involved in MPC is solved by using a recurrent neural network. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the performance of the approach.

Model Predictive Control of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor 永磁同步电机的模型预测控制

This paper describes the application of Model Predictive Control (MPC) to speed control of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). The MPC design is based on a linearized state space representation of the nonlinear PMSM model. Hildreth's procedure is employed to solve the quadratic programming problem for the input voltage constraints online and supporting experimental results are also given.
