The energy-information model of mineral resources enterprises' electrotechnical complexes have been considered. The main feature of the approach is the presence of "extended" system of equations based on the topological matrices with all necessary information about the technical state of the elements of electrotechnical complexes. The information is not only the numerical values of the variables, but also is a system of information support software lifecycle management elements of electrotechnical complexes.

This paper investigates the possibility of suppressing the effect of a priori uncertainty and nonlinear factors in technical plants using positioning systems with the help of adaptive control, synthesized using Lyapunov function based on an exo-model. Take note of dissipative adaptation and the presence of a boost in the adaptive signal whose degree is determined by the order of fast dynamics in the technical system. An example of an electro-hydraulic system and the results of its empirical research presented.

This paper describes proximity points approach for building recommendation systems. This approach is applicable for information systems which content (objects) is a semi-structured data with weak links. The described approach was used for implementing the "Open Karelia" recommendation system. The paper gives details about the proximity criterion selection and testing for specific domain field and use case. The work also enlightens of the concrete comparing criterion choosing approach and gives implementation details about using Sphinx search engine in case of full text fields.

Developed a method for computer analysis of the microparticles motion parameters along trajectories, based on the proposed A. A. Vavilov principle consistent disclosure of structural, parametrical and signal uncertainty. Signal uncertainty is caused by instrumental and methodological errors in the localization of microparticles position in the trajectories resulting from image processing. The difference in the types of motion of the particles leads to the need to consider several structures models: free, anomalous or confined diffusion, directed motion, etc. The identification of model parameters (diffusion coefficients, velosity, etc.) is realized by a method of weighted least squares. Structural identification is performed using information criteria BIC, AIC, R2adj. The method is implemented in a network software package and allows to perform analysis of the trajectories in the automatic mode. Application of method showed comparable or superior results compared to the known.

In the paper are observed the issues of information models synthesis based on the "entropy" approach. There are presented variants of models adapted to different situations. Also are designed recommendations and the criteria for specific options selection. The proposed models are based on the standard statistical characteristics of analyzed parameters usage, and are compact and convenient for solving various problems of monitoring and control, especially in the conditions of uncertainty.

In the control system consisting of object and regulators with it is inexact parameters, requires to estimate the parameters values by means of active identification method. The object is described by the linearized continuous and discrete equations. The external signals are planned. The determinant of the Fischer information matrix is calculated. The maximum value of determinant is reached by the input signals variation. The offered approach allows to specify the object parameters and, therefore, to specify the regulators parameters in the presence of noise in a measurement signal.
