Student Satisfaction and Priority Quadrants towards E-Learning 电子学习的学生满意度和优先象限

The e-learning learning method has long been known in distance learning and is increasingly being used during a pandemic, especially during an endemic period like today. Students who are accustomed conducted face-to-face learning as a cause of low learning outcomes. Several studies using multiple linear regression analysis have concluded that the level of student satisfaction with the e-learning learning model has an effect on learning outcomes. Additional analytical methods are needed to measure the quality of e-learning services and at the same time be able to make priority scales for handling them. The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of service equal on student satisfaction in the e-learning method, measure the level of student satisfaction and make a priority scale for handling it. The subjects were 100 students who took MSDM courses. The research method used observation, literature studies related to service quality regarding e-learning quality. Data analysis was done by calculating the difference between the average values of reality and expectations for each service quality attribute. The result found that (1) partially the reliability variable is the variable that has the most influence, while the assurance variable is the variable that has the least effect on student satisfaction, (2) the tangible variable has no effect on satisfaction, and (3) the attributes that are the priority improvement is the attribute of the timeliness of teaching and the teacher providing explanations (guidelines) on the learning materials and the use of the e-learning platform.

Exploring an Entrepreneurial Prospective of English Language to Promote Muaro Jambi Temple 探索英语的创业前景,推广Muaro Jambi寺

Many of our cultural assets have been lost as a result of not being adequately protected. One way to prevent this situation is to carry out effective conservation at the educational level. This study aims to develop learning model to be implemented to promote a tourist destination of Candi muaro jambi as one of the cultural heritages. Research and Development with ADDIE model is used in this study. ADDIE model consist of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.  This research involved the local communities where this program was implemented, five students and five English Lecturers of the English Study Program. There are three main research instruments, the fifth semester course documents of the English Study Program, field survey and interview. Data were analysed using qualitative techniques. The result reveals three prospective schemes of English language needed by local people to endorse Candi Muaro. They are daily talk of English language training for local communities, technological utilization for tourist publication and promotion, and English tour guiding Instruction. It is expected these outcomes can accelerate the development of Candi Muaro Jambi to be well-promoted and it is further recommended to explore more about other outlooks of Candi Muaro Jambi to be famous to all over the countries around the world.

Disability-Inclusive Efforts Reflected in Development Programs: A Review of Literature and Recommendations for Scaling UP 在发展计划中反映的残疾人包容性努力:文献综述和扩大的建议

Disability inclusion is adopted as the main strategy to address poverty among persons with disabilities. In low- and middle-income countries like Indonesia, the development disability gap is prevailing. Hence, this study aimed to analyze the most recent disability-inclusive efforts in development programs in Indonesia and to identify priorities for scaling up. This study use literature review and descriptive in nature. It employed the linear six-phased procedures of the thematic analysis approach in analyzing data. A total of 12 articles were selected through the semi-systematic method. Based on the findings, there are efforts in providing social and economic disability-inclusive opportunities, and emerging minimal opportunities for PWDs in the political arena. Social and legal protection is progressing but remains lacking in other provisions and several development endeavors had implemented strategic interventions, however, challenges persist. Several recommendations were identified which could serve as priorities for the future development agenda for local and national policymakers, implementers, and stakeholders. However, this study suggests further investigation into how the proposed recommendations from previous studies are being implemented by the public and private development sectors. Also, examining culturally appropriate and sensitive tools is necessary for translating the challenges into action to ensure the scalability, replicability, and sustainability of the country’s disability-inclusive development efforts.

Science Teachers' Perceptions of Web-Based Learning 科学教师对网络学习的认知

The use of technology-based learning media is a requirement in today's learning process. This is because the world has entered a new phase of technological development in which education plays a role. Technology-based education produces a generation who are technologically literate. As a result, teacher efforts are required to incorporate technology into classroom learning. Web-based learning is one example of a technological application in education. Google Sites was used for web-based learning in this study. The purpose of the study is to analyze the perception of science teachers on the use of Google Sites in the classroom. A descriptive method with a quantitative approach was used in the research. The subjects of the study were science teachers in an Indonesian sub-district. Data collection is use Focus Group Discussion, the teacher was asked for his thoughts or perceptions on using Google Sites in the classroom. The data analysis technique used analysis interactive model technique consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The result of study found Google Sites, according to the majority of teachers, can be used as a website-based learning media. Google Sites meets the six basic indicators of good media ratings, according to teachers. The six indicators are the media's suitability for learning objectives, the accuracy of supporting facts, concepts, and principles in lesson content, the practicality, flexibility, and durability of use, teachers' skills in using Google Sites, target media users, and technical quality.

Web-Based E-LKPD for the Indonesian History Subject for Grade XI Senior High School 高中十一年级印尼历史科目网上电子教学大纲

Education is currently inseparable from technological developments. The integration of technology into the education field provides renewal in various aspects. One of them is the use of technology in the learning process. The problems found in the Indonesian History subject were the low interest and low learning outcomes of the students. This is due to the great influence of smartphone development. One way to increase the students' understanding and interest in learning history is through an electronic form of LKPD (E-LKPD) displayed via the web. This research aims to analyze the process, validity, practicality and effectiveness of the web-based E-LKPD development for Indonesian History subject for Grade XI Senior High School. This study used the development and research (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The data analysis technique in this research used a Likert scale 4 questionnaire to determine the validity and practicality of web-based E-LKPD product. For the product effectiveness, a pre-test and post-test were carried out to see the achievement of student learning outcomes. The validity test of the E-LKPD involved material, media and language experts. The practicality test involved two educators of Indonesian history and 71 students from class XI at Senior High School. The results of the validity test from material experts were 3.9, from media experts were 3.8 and from linguists were 3.8 in the very valid category. The results of the practicality test by educators were 3.8 and from students were 3.7 in the very practical category. The gain score results of the effectiveness test through the pre-test and post-test of XI MIPA 7 were 0.9 and XI MIPA 8 were 0.8 in the very high category.

The Role of Contemporary Pedagogical Technology in ECE: A Systematic Literature Review 当代教学技术在欧洲经委会中的作用:系统的文献回顾

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a critical stage in a child's development that lays the foundation for lifelong learning and success. The use of technology in PAUD is effective for improving learning and development outcomes. Contemporary pedagogical technologies such as interactive media, mobile applications, and educational software have been identified as potential tools for improving the quality of ECD. This literature review aims to analyze efficacy of educational technology in boosting the learning and development of young children. In this literature review, the writers selected relevant and accurate studies from restricted academic sources such as Scopus and Crossref to gather research data, which were then categorized according to PRISMA criteria. The first search yielded 134 articles, which were then whittled down to 20 papers acceptable for closer examination. This study results reveal a lack of instructor competency in the use of technology among ECE classroom instructors, preventing educators from focusing on the use of technology in early childhood education. This is due to the fact that early childhood educators are less equipped for the theory and practice of modern educational technologies, such as learning software, mobile apps, and interactive media, which may increase the cognitive, linguistic, and social capacities of young children. In the meanwhile, educational technology may assist in bridging the learning gap between children with special needs and those without access to formal schooling.

This literature review aims to analyze efficacy of educational technology in boosting the learning and development of young children. In this literature review, the writers selected relevant and accurate studies from restricted academic sources such as Scopus and Crossref to gather research data, which were then categorized according to PRISMA criteria. The first search yielded 134 articles, which were then whittled down to 20 papers acceptable for closer examination. This study results reveal a lack of instructor competency in the use of technology among ECE classroom instructors, preventing educators from focusing on the use of technology in early childhood education. This is due to the fact that early childhood educators are less equipped for the theory and practice of modern educational technologies, such as learning software, mobile apps, and interactive media, which may increase the cognitive, linguistic, and social capacities of young children. Raising Students’ Awareness on Environmental Education Issues 提高学生对环境教育问题的认识

Environmental education is an important issue that is one of the topics at various levels of education throughout the world. The importance of environmental education as one of the best solution for preventing environmental damage.This study aims to analyze students’ awareness on environmental education issues in a pulic university. This case study research involve specific students who enroll in environmental education class. The total students who enroll in this study class is 47 students. The data collection instrument for this study is through google form questionnaires containing 18 items of awareness on environmental education issues. The instruments used in this study was pre-tested to ensure the credibility of the result of the study. The analysis approach of the questionnaire used Ms Excell tool for the percentage and then they are thematically placed in the results. The result of the study is that the research encounters two important themes: awareness on knowledge of environmental education and awareness of action on environmental education issues. The implication of the study is that there is a need to integrate both compulsory and voluntary programs from students from different levels of education aiming to raise students awareness on environmental education issues.

Health Informatics Internship: What Are the Students Perceptions Regard Internship Effectiveness? 卫生信息学实习:学生对实习效果的认知是什么?

Internship programs allow students to gain practical experience while learning from professionals. Unfortunately, several barriers are associated with internships, including a lack of defined objectives, no guidance or mentorship, poorly defined tasks, strict deadlines, no opportunities for growth or the acquisition of new skills, no networking opportunities, exclusion from meetings, and insufficient training. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the state of health informatics (HI) internship programs at the University level. The researcher conducted a cross-sectional approach. This study collected data using a questionnaire. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26.0 (Version 26) was used in data analysis.The students indicated that internships positively influenced their learning, interpersonal and personal skills, and employment prospects. However, they also encountered some challenges when they intended to meet with the internship coordinator. Some bias may be present in the reporting. Respondents may have inadvertently misinterpreted the questions, inaccurately expressed their opinions, or simply misunderstood them. Finally, the lack of open-ended questions prevented respondents from expressing their opinions comprehensively. The researcher recommended that soft skills should be emphasized in the curriculum for HI and health information management (HIM). The site supervisor must understand the HI field and the interns' responsibilities, allowing them to apply some of what they have learned.

Life Skills of Filipino Emerging Adults of a Catholic Higher Education Institution in Central Philippines 菲律宾中部天主教高等教育机构菲律宾新生成人的生活技能

Life skills are essential among students in countering the circumstances of life. However, due to the shifting instructional modality, their skills acquisition was compromised. Thus, this study aims to analyze the life skills of Filipino emerging adults in terms of self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, interpersonal relations, creative thinking, critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, coping with emotions, and coping with stress. Likewise, it determined the relationship between the demographics and life skills. Lastly, it investigated what demographics predict their life skills. This study using a quantitative design, a standardized questionnaire was responded by 298 college students. In data analysis, mean and standard deviation were utilized in analyzing the students’ level of life skills. The result reveals that the life skill was rated average which signifies the need for improvement. The lowest areas were coping with stress, coping with emotions, effective communication, and interpersonal relationship. Meanwhile, their family income, family structure, and academic classification were found no correlation with life skills. However, the degree program was significantly related. Lastly, the degree program was found to be a life skill predictor. Hence, continuous improvement is critical in their life skill acquisition and the school plays a potential role in advancing this.

Physical Activity: A Means of Enhancing Health and Well-Being of the Elderly in the Nigerian Populace 体育活动:提高尼日利亚老年人健康和福祉的一种手段

Physical inactivity and sedentariness are becoming rampant among the elderly within the Nigerian population. The reasons are traceable to changes in lifestyle as a result of diet, social activity and orientation. Most of the elderly believe that they need more rest out their age and should not subject their body to stress. However, experience has revealed that a lot of them experience health challenges that could have been averted if they were physically active. This study identified the causes of inactivity, addressed the importance and benefits of physical activity on health and well-being of the elderly in the Nigerian populace. The study also advocated for a need to engage and physical activity and the type of activities that are beneficial to the health of the elderly people. This study concluded by suggesting ways of overcoming identified barriers to physical activity participation. It was recommended that stakeholders such as medical, paramedical, sports and exercise scientists and other practitioners should develop programmes to address the problem of physical inactivity and facilitate behavioural change among the elderly.
