Per un dizionario della ricerca sul Technology Enhanced Learning 一本关于加强学习的研究词典

Questo articolo presenta le principali linee di azione di un meta-progetto iniziato nell’ambito della Rete di Eccellenza STELLAR con l’obiettivo di creare e dare struttura a un Thesaurus e a un Dizionario dei termini e delle espressioni in uso nell’ambito della ricerca sul Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL). Questo meta-progetto intende fornire gli strumenti per superare le difficolta dovute alla ricchezza e alla rapida evoluzione di quest’area di ricerca multidisciplinare, allo scopo di facilitare il coinvolgimento dei ricercatori giovani e di quelli che si accostano per la prima volta a questo settore, nonche di tutti coloro che a vario titolo si interessano al TEL. Il meta-progetto in questione ha anche l’ambizione di facilitare la comunicazione tra individui appartenenti a diverse culture scientifiche e tra le lingue nazionali. Dopo una presentazione delle motivazioni, vengono discussi gli attuali sviluppi del lavoro e presentati i criteri seguiti per le principali scelte effettuate in merito ai metodi e alle tecnologie utilizzate.

Virtual storytelling. Methods and techniques of ‘audiovisual writing’ through virtual worlds 虚拟的故事。通过虚拟世界进行“视听写作”的方法和技巧

This paper describes a set of animation techniques and methods known as machinima that can be successfully applied in media education activities centered on audiovisual production through the story form. With machinima, immersive 3D worlds become a tool for building narrative worlds, theatres of a sort in which performances can be recorded as on a movie set. This is done through the computer and the Internet, without expensive equipment or the need to leave the classroom. The paper also presents the results of a pilot activity performed by a group of teachers in the Second Life virtual world. This was aimed at exploring the technical and methodological feasibility of machinima practices in the school context.

Teacher education services based on the Semantic Web: the experience of the Share.tec project 基于语义Web的教师教育服务:经验的分享。tec项目

This work describes some of the web services that have been developed within the Share.TEC project to foster access, sharing and reuse of Teacher Education digital resources at European level. The Share.TEC platform features personalized functions to help users search for and select educational material via a broad repository of metadata records. These describe educational resources from various European countries and draw on an ontology that captures concepts pertaining to teacher education and maps them across a variety of cultural and linguistic contexts. The article also presents Share.TEC’s adaptivity mechanisms, in particular the recommending functionality. This provides extra search support that reduces the need to explicitly specify all the query parameters. Finally, the article reports on the project’s impact on the European Teacher Education sector, and on future development directions.

Le universita stanno recuperando terreno sul piano dell’innovazione tecnologica e didattica. Esse hanno iniziato ad offrire servizi a valore aggiunto, di alta formazione e di professionalizzazione, destinati a rispondere ad una domanda di formazione continua che proviene dalla societa e dal mercato. Partendo da una panoramica sulle risorse educative aperte (Open Educational Resources-OER), questo articolo presenta l’esperienza italiana di “Federica”, la piattaforma web learning dell’Universita di Napoli Federico II, un progetto open access nato nell’ambito di una universita pubblica del Mezzogiorno che intende promuovere una nuova cultura, una cultura-ponte fra la printing literacy e la digital culture. Attraverso un’analisi delle potenzialita dell’open education e dei fattori di successo dell’esperienza “Federica”, l’articolo spiega i limiti e le opportunita che questa strada traccia per le universita.

L’analisi di questi dati ha evidenziato diversi fattori che influiscono sulla creazione e diffusione di risorse educative aperte fra cui le motivazioni alla base della condivisione di risorse, le problematiche legali, quelle relative alla qualita, il problema dell’hosting delle risorse e le questioni relative alla sostenibilita nel lungo periodo.

The reproduction of ancient Greek via speech synthesis has finally become a possibility thanks to phonetic scripting from the Italian language. As well as making a major contribution to the study of ancient Greek in secondary school, this will be useful for accessing databases collecting the entire literary heritage of this ancient language, and will also help digital publishing based on accessibility parameters.
