Hardness specification of structural steel used in the Republic of Kazakhstan 哈萨克斯坦共和国用结构钢硬度规范

Monitoring was conducted for the structural steel types used in the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction of buildings using the metal frames. For each type of steel it was the first time determined for hardness specification by Brinell methods. Hardness specification is applied to determine the yield strength, breaking strength and the relative deformation at rupture. These parameters of structural steel are considered to determine compliance with requirements of the National Annex of the Republic of Kazakhstan Eurocode 1993, which is used to design metal structures in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Previously, such issues have not been solved yet. Practical significance of the work consists in possibility of using local types of steel for design according to Eurocode 1993.

Chemical and thermal Properties Properties of compositions based on PAA, PVA and Na-CMS for printing flowers on silk fiber fabrics 基于PAA、PVA和Na-CMS的真丝织物印花组合物的性能

In the article, the rheological properties of the adhesive-binding systems used in production enterprises and the newly developed polymer systems are studied. In order to determine the thermal stability of the developed systems, a thermal analysis of thickeners with different compositions was carried out. Mass loss was observed in the heating curve of the thickener based on PAA, PVA and Na-CMS. Endothermic effects observed during heating can be caused by physical phenomena such as liquefaction, evaporation, changes in crystal structure, or chemical reactions such as dehydration. The rheological properties of imported sodium alginate, a thickener based on PAA, PVA and Na-CMS, were compared with the properties of the adhesive-binding polymer system with a new composition. It was found that the rheological properties of the proposed new composition thickener are close to the rheological properties of sodium alginate. It was proved during the experiments that the level of thixotropic recovery is especially high in the polymer system with a new composition. When used as an adhesive-binder for silk fiber fabrics with newly developed thickeners, in addition to improving the physical and mechanical properties of the fabric, the wastewater generated at the stage of washing the fabric after flower pressing does not have a negative impact on the environment and the world of living plants.

Application of the Kimmel method for two-layer matrix color separation systems 基梅尔法在两层矩阵分色系统中的应用

In this work, interpolation by the Kimmel method is applied for the developed color separation systems based on matrix photodetectors. Author's two-layer receivers with an equal distribution of layers of the visible and infrared spectra over the sensitive surface are given. To compare the interpolation result, it was proposed to use a matrix photodetector with a modified standard RGBG system on RGBIr. This system shows what a multispectral receiver would be like without the use of multilayer silicon technologies. Thus, it was possible to show that the use of two-layer color separation systems simplifies the interpolation algorithm by a factor of two. The developed systems can be useful in various fields of science and technology. The use of such multispectral matrices is necessary especially in agriculture and forestry for monitoring the environment and detecting fire.

During this pandemic period, the obstacles faced by MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) had a brutal impact on SME industries. In the interior, furniture and interior accessories are facilities that can be used together as an Information Centre, promotion and marketing that is effective, flexible, and multifunctional support business in the future. Naturally, business income has significantly decreased. Hence A strategic step and breakthrough are needed so that MSMEs can also take advantage of the market potential in the industrial era 4.0. This research aims to design the BEELIC website as a flexible tool that MSMEs can share in obtaining education, developing design knowledge, and promoting and marketing products. This research continues an Interior Research on recycling container waste with a Biophilic Design approach named BEELIC. The application of the biophilic element also makes SME products with added value. It has advantages that can meet market needs and become alternative solutions to the community's needs during the pandemic. Continuing the spirit of sustainability, people can discover the products of these MSMEs and various information BEELIC design solutions through the BEELIC website. Hence this website needs to be designed to meet these needs. From User Interface to user experience the methodology used is a literature review, online survey, case study, analyzing data, developing designs, making prototypes, evaluating, and producing the final site design. The case study in this research is a website design where the design and technology can fulfil the needs for information and solutions the MSMEs and people need.

One of the most extensively studied silicate systems with complete miscibility in the solid and liquid state – albite (Ab)-anorthite (An) system – has been analyzed in detail. It has been established that the commonly accepted system and interpretation rules for these diagrams do not match their graphic representation. Calculations have proved the colloidal state of the “solid” phase on the solidus. Actual data support the colloidal (liquid) state of the solidus phase below the solidus and eutectic point. Crystallization in multicomponent systems, at least in silicate melts, has been shown to be based on the sol coagulation mechanism. Thus, silicate solid phases, even those of fixed composition, have no particular melting point. They consolidate and melt within a temperature band. The bandwidth is subject to the system composition that predetermines the micelle structure and directly affects coagulation and peptization processes.

The following work refers to the issues of increasing the strength of portland cement with pozzolanic additive due to some multifunctional additive. Currently, it is the multifactorial additives for ready-mixed concrete that are in demand, which differ from others in their multicomponent composition. In this respect, lithoid pumice, which is a new type of aluminosilicate raw material for the cement industry, can make worthy competition.

The article discusses the technology of casting according to the smelted models, in particular, the processes of manufacturing wax models. We considered methods of manufacturing elements of model blocks with the use of molds and with the help of additive technologies. In this paper we showed the features of the application of additive technologies in the lost-wax casting. A simulation model has been developed to evaluate the effectiveness of using additive wax printing technologies to produce wax models. Based on the results of simulation modeling, conclusions were made about the feasibility of using additive technologies in casting according to smelted models.

Deformation-thermal method for atomic ordering and mechanical improvement of Cu3Pd alloys Cu3Pd合金原子有序和力学改进的变形热法

The paper presents studies of the mechano-structural characteristics of the atomically ordered Cu3Pd alloy subjected to severe plastic deformations (SPDs) at room and cryogenic temperatures combined with subsequent annealings. Transmission and scanning electron microscopy (TEM and SEM), X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and microhardness tests were used as research methods. The mechanical characteristics of the synthesized Cu3Pd alloy were compared after preliminary SPDs at room and cryogenic temperatures as well as during subsequent annealings. The significant acceleration of the atomic ordering kinetics and, consequently, effective diffusion during recrystallization annealing after cryodeformation was found. This article proposes a two-level approach for solving the problems of electrical impedance tomography of biological objects, which consists in successively applying the methods of “rough” and “fine” reconstruction to the potentials measured on the surface of the object. To perform a “rough” reconstruction procedure, it is proposed to use a method for determining the presence of heterogeneity in the internal structure of a biological object based on the symmetry algorithm. Thus, consistent localization and identification of the boundaries of the heterogeneity of the internal structure of the biological object is carried out. It is shown that when analyzing data for an arbitrary biological object, the symmetry characteristic of the type of objects under study can be taken into account, and deviations from such a characteristic symmetry will indicate deviations from the norm in the structure of a biological object.

Measurement of pollutant concentration in the model solution 模型溶液中污染物浓度的测量

This work presents the results of the work on the determination of a pollutant in a model solution, the antibiotic cefotaxime, using the spectrophotometric method. In several series of experiments, the minimum concentrations of cefotaxime in model solutions that can be detected with a spectrophotometer PE-5400 UV were established; a feature of cefotaxime was revealed - the increase of the optical density peak in the samples when the pH is shifted to an acidic environment, especially at pH values from 0.2 to 2.0. The obtained values of optical density and absorption spectra of the model solution of cefotaxime can be used when a technique for the detection of antibiotics in various media, including urban wastewater.
本文介绍了用分光光度法测定抗生素头孢噻肟模型溶液中污染物的结果。通过一系列实验,建立了PE-5400紫外分光光度计可以检测到的模型溶液中头孢噻肟的最低浓度;揭示了头孢噻肟的一个特征——当pH值在0.2 ~ 2.0之间变化时,样品的光密度峰增加。所获得的头孢噻肟模型溶液的光密度和吸收光谱值可用于各种介质(包括城市废水)中抗生素的检测技术。
