The tourism sector is one of the most important aspects in its participation in building the economy of a country. Particularly in West Java, there are many places that can be developed, one of which is Bungbulang Village in Cianjur. However, Bungbulang Village faced many problems. Even though it has been declared a Tourism Village by the local government, it has not been known well by public. Some of the problems are the natural potential that has not been fully utilized, low education level, and below average economy. The pandemic causes a decrease in the level of visits to tourist areas. With these problems, community empowerment is necessary for the progress of Bungbulang Village. Increasing knowledge of the potential of nature and its care are vital, but no less important is the knowledge of branding so that Bungbulang Village is better known by the wider community. This research is expected to increase people’s knowledge about Bungbulang’s Village through video storytelling. The method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data was collected by interview and direct observation in Bungbulang Village. The research will produce video with storytelling approach as Bungbulang Village’s branding tool.

Due to the escalating usage of the internet and digital applications in recent years, foreign language learning experiences has become easier, simpler, and more fun for users. Consequently, to maintain those factors, usability and the quality of the platform are two main concerns for platform developers. To provide a personalized, structured, and gamified platform that offers opportunities for social interaction among users, researchers developed a digital language learning platform in middle of 2020. In 2021, the platform was tested on 3200 students who provided feedback on its usability through System Usability Scale. In addition, a small group of students were involved in an FGD session where they shared their experiences in using the platform. The usability test of the platform scored at 58, which implied that the platform still has some room for improvement. Through the FGD session, users could find information and functions related to the application easily and they expressed satisfaction toward the platform’s performance and valued the feedback opportunities. This research contributes to the field of a digital language learning platform development, especially when it is used by the students of higher education who wish to improve their foreign language mastery conveniently.

A new mathematical model of a porous functionally graded micro/nano-beam under the action of the Casimir force and the Coulomb force is constructed in this paper. The construction of the mathematical model takes into account the Euler-Bernoulli kinematic model. The dimensional-dependent parameter is taken into account by modified moment theory of elasticity. The variational, differential equations, boundary and initial conditions are derived from Ostrogradsky-Hamiltonian variational principle. The problem of non-linear natural oscillations of a beam under the action of force Casimir and Coulomb force is solved. The influence of the Casimir and Coulomb forces on the nonlinear eigenfrequencies of the micro/nano-beam is shown.

“Perang Kembang” is a battle scene between the knights against the giant in traditional shadow puppet performance. A knight who has soft and gentle movement is in stark contrast to the giant who has a rugged and attractive movement. The two contrasting characters can represent a very interesting and beautiful war scene, so this war scene becomes a scene awaiting by the audience, as well as a scene capable of showing the skill of the Puppeteer in the art of puppet movement. But how to adapt the beauty of the shadow puppet shadow "Perang Kembang" scene to the digital animation medium? So that the beauty of puppet motion can still continue to be enjoyed by new generations with new media, especially through digital animation media? So to answer this problem, this study uses art-based research methods by experimenting with the motion of digital animation based on the pattern of movement of the shadow of the “Perang Kembang” scenes. Adaptation motion puppet scene " Perang Kembang" to the digital medium can be done through some experimental methods of motion with the best output in the form of an animated silhouette. The choice of silhouette animation refers to the nature of puppets as a the art of shadow play. The results of this study are the "Perang Kembang" puppet motion experimentation in the form of digital silhouette animation.

In addition to the positive effect of the introduction of a superplasticizer, there are also negative ones: an increase in the period of structure formation, a significant air entrainment and, as a result, a decrease in strength. One of the ways to reduce the negative impact on the structure and properties of concrete composites is the method of preparing a suspension, which consists in first dissolving 10% of the amount of cement in all the mixing water in a concrete mixer for 1-2 minutes. Then load the rest of the cement and aggregate. Preliminary dissolution in water mixing with superplasticizer leads to the formation of a colloidal solution containing an increased amount of micro- and nanoparticles. When a superplasticizer is introduced into a cement-water suspension, particles with a high degree of dispersion are formed, as well as calcium hydrosilicate cristolites with a size of 1-3 nm. This sharply increases the activity of the superplasticizer and, consequently, improves the mobility of the concrete mixture. For example, from P2 to P3, from P3 to P5. This allows to reduce the consumption of the additive by 1.5 - 2 times. It has been established that the superplasticizer can be adsorbed only on hydrate neoplasms. For pre-treatment, it is necessary to use special equipment with high energy consumption such as RPA, fine grinding mills, disintegrators and various activators. Obtaining a cement-water suspension can be carried out in mortar, concrete mixers, in mixers of any type. The concrete mixture consists of cement, crushed stone, sand, water and superplasticizer C-3, determination of the draft of the cone using the Abrams cone, determination of the cubic strength using a hydraulic press in accordance with GOST 10180-2012. It becomes possible to increase the grade in terms of workability as a result of preliminary hydroactivation of the plasticizing additive, which leads to a decrease in its consumption. This method of hydroactivation of superplasticizers for the manufacture of cement concretes can be used to save the consumption of a plasticizing additive.

Monitoring was conducted for the structural steel types used in the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction of buildings using the metal frames. For each type of steel it was the first time determined for hardness specification by Brinell methods. Hardness specification is applied to determine the yield strength, breaking strength and the relative deformation at rupture. These parameters of structural steel are considered to determine compliance with requirements of the National Annex of the Republic of Kazakhstan Eurocode 1993, which is used to design metal structures in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Previously, such issues have not been solved yet. Practical significance of the work consists in possibility of using local types of steel for design according to Eurocode 1993.

In the article, the rheological properties of the adhesive-binding systems used in production enterprises and the newly developed polymer systems are studied. In order to determine the thermal stability of the developed systems, a thermal analysis of thickeners with different compositions was carried out. Mass loss was observed in the heating curve of the thickener based on PAA, PVA and Na-CMS. Endothermic effects observed during heating can be caused by physical phenomena such as liquefaction, evaporation, changes in crystal structure, or chemical reactions such as dehydration. The rheological properties of imported sodium alginate, a thickener based on PAA, PVA and Na-CMS, were compared with the properties of the adhesive-binding polymer system with a new composition. It was found that the rheological properties of the proposed new composition thickener are close to the rheological properties of sodium alginate. It was proved during the experiments that the level of thixotropic recovery is especially high in the polymer system with a new composition. When used as an adhesive-binder for silk fiber fabrics with newly developed thickeners, in addition to improving the physical and mechanical properties of the fabric, the wastewater generated at the stage of washing the fabric after flower pressing does not have a negative impact on the environment and the world of living plants.

In this work, interpolation by the Kimmel method is applied for the developed color separation systems based on matrix photodetectors. Author's two-layer receivers with an equal distribution of layers of the visible and infrared spectra over the sensitive surface are given. To compare the interpolation result, it was proposed to use a matrix photodetector with a modified standard RGBG system on RGBIr. This system shows what a multispectral receiver would be like without the use of multilayer silicon technologies. Thus, it was possible to show that the use of two-layer color separation systems simplifies the interpolation algorithm by a factor of two. The developed systems can be useful in various fields of science and technology. The use of such multispectral matrices is necessary especially in agriculture and forestry for monitoring the environment and detecting fire.

One of the most extensively studied silicate systems with complete miscibility in the solid and liquid state – albite (Ab)-anorthite (An) system – has been analyzed in detail. It has been established that the commonly accepted system and interpretation rules for these diagrams do not match their graphic representation. Calculations have proved the colloidal state of the “solid” phase on the solidus. Actual data support the colloidal (liquid) state of the solidus phase below the solidus and eutectic point. Crystallization in multicomponent systems, at least in silicate melts, has been shown to be based on the sol coagulation mechanism. Thus, silicate solid phases, even those of fixed composition, have no particular melting point. They consolidate and melt within a temperature band.
