The research objective is the study of paragraph construction structural peculiarities in scientific and technical text in teaching students of various fields. The article analyses and reveals distinctive features of paragraph construction in scientific research. The study proves that analyses of paragraph structural features conduce to fuller distinction of stylistic originality of scientific text, its architectonics and composition. The article clarifies that in contrast to literary text, paragraph in scientific and technical text is distinguished by far greater concise and accurate structure formatting. The research proves that in the paragraph of scientific and technical text every following utterance, having close semantic relations with a preceding utterance, functions as its continuation. Having analyzed paragraph construction structural peculiarities the authors single out its main distinctive features: standardized size, unilinearity, clarity of hierarchic relations between utterances, logically strict consecutive order of its sequence, tight connection between preceding and following utterances. The study proves that in scientific and technical texts paragraphs are monolithic speech units from which bigger segments of the text are «built» (sections, chapters, etc). By building such units, clear, evident logical division of the text is achieved (speech product), necessary for more precise and objective scientific statements and facts, eloquent evidence of the propositions put forward, theories, hypotheses, etc.

The purpose of this study is a quantitative assessment of the structural changes dynamics; the authors propose to assess these shifts based on an analysis of changes occurring within the economy sectoral structure and the gross value added in recent years. Another purpose is to identify the relations between economic development and the digital technologies use in the Russian economy in general, which allow to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy implementation as part of the development of the Digital Economy in the country in general. The Gatev’s coefficient is the most effective tool for calculating the magnitude of structural changes, it allows to evaluate the dynamics of changes, as well as to identify structural changes based on the effectiveness. The empirical base of the study consists of statistical materials on the gross value added reflected in the industry structure, statistical publications on the use of various types of digital technologies and on digital technology expenses from 2005 to 2022. The study identified the trends of the Gatev’s structural changes coefficients dynamics and provided their quantitative assessment according to the selected indicators for Russia. An analysis of the comparability of economical structural changes both in terms of the use and the costs of digital technologies was carried out. The obtained results of the quantitative assessment served as the basis for substantiating the identified dynamics for the quantitative assessment of the structural changes taking place in the country's economy and the dynamics of the use of digital technologies.

The project development, which is especially noticeable at the regional economic level, has got wide application for the purpose of sustainable development of the territories. The regional economics and global economy are interdependent categories that can be confirmed by the example of imposing the foreign trade sanctions, which are currently expanding on an almost weekly basis. Therefore, we are of the opinion that it would be reasonable to consider the situation in the foreign trade of the Russian Federation, because it is just this issue that creates conditions for development of the territories and, undoubtedly, predetermines the project management efficiency to a greater extent. This research paper discloses the particular features and trends of development of the Russian Federation foreign trade under the present conditions. Three types of scenarios, according to which it is possible to provide for development of trade relations of the Russian Federation, are determined. The paper provides the analysis of the possibilities of the Russian Federation trade development under the conservative scenario (basically, trading of hydrocarbons) and stresses on the special importance of performing the transition to the innovation and forced scenarios (transition to trading of the innovation goods) while performing the international trade activity. On the basis of the revealed development scenarios there are created groups of trends, within the frameworks of which, in our view, the foreign trade of the Russian Federation has to be developed.

When the disc plug is in operation, its straight line movement is considered important. The reason for this is that the plug bodies are angled, all pointing in the same direction, so they will attempt to rotate the plug during operation. To prevent this from happening, the plug incorporates a support disc which, by resting on the base formed by the end housing, ensures that the plug operates horizontally without tilting to the side, i.e. in a straight line movement. Based on this, it was found in theoretical studies that the vertical load applied to the disc connector depends on its parameters. According to the obtained expression, it was shown that the steepness of load on the support disc depends on its radius (diameter), depth of immersion in the bottom, thickness, thickness of the crucible, angles of sharpening and installation relative to the steepness, as well as friction and volume crushing coefficients of the ground.

Currently, the general trend of the global fishing industry is to increase the production of fish food products not only due to the development of aquaculture, but also the biological characteristics of the body of sturgeon. The aim of the study was the theoretical justification and practical implementation of the assessment of the growth and development of beluga juveniles and their hybrids with sterlet aged 0+ to 2+ (three-year-olds) in industrial of the Krasnodar Territory. The determined: fish mass, live weight gain, linear growth. By the end of the control cultivation, the weight of fish in the control and experimental groups was 1728.3 and 2236.4 g, respectively. In the experimental group, the absolute increase in live weight of fish was 2198.2 g, while in the control group it was 1692.2 g. The difference in average daily gains was 0.71 g in favour of hybrids. The body length of the fish in the control and experimental groups was 32.7 and 37.3 cm. The positive effect of heterosis had a positive effect on the first- generation crossbreeds obtained from beluga and sterlet.

The innovative development of sustainable food systems is primarily aimed at preserving the health of the population, providing it with safe and nutritious products. The current trend in the consumer market is the growing demand for bakery products with the addition of cereals. The approach to solving the problem is provided through the development of prescription formulations and technologies of new types of bakery. In the course of the conducted research, recipes for whole-grain wheat-rye bread based on hop ferments were developed. The use of rye bran in bread recipes and the use of starter cultures with the addition of hops, unfermented malt and licorice root allows you to get a product with high organoleptic characteristics. The products acquire a golden color, have the right shape, a pleasant bread taste and smell. The use of the developed recipes of sourdough for bread has an effect on porosity, reduces the acidity and moisture content of the crumb, allows you to slow down the process of moisture loss during storage. Thanks to the components used in bread recipes, the content of dietary fiber, vitamins B1, B2, B9, E, PP, A and β- Carotene increases, bread is enriched with a number of macronutrients.

The results of three-year studies (2020-2022) on the effectiveness of pre-sowing seed treatment of grain crops (spring soft wheat, spring barley and oats) and legumes (soybeans) in terms of stimulating growth and development, increasing productivity and product quality are presented. The experiments were carried out on leached chernozem and gray forest soil of the Novosibirsk and Orda districts of the Novosibirsk region. In the experiments, we used the variety of spring soft wheat Likamero, spring barley Paustian, oats - Max and soybeans - SibNIIK 9. The largest leaf area parameters were noted in spring wheat against the background of presowing seed treatment with Lignohumate 80 g/t, followed by spraying in the tillering phase with Energia M 20 g/ha. The applied growth regulators significantly increased the yield of grain crops and soybeans. The highest yield was established in the variants with seed treatment with Lingvohumate followed by the use of Energia M in the tillering phase. The increase was 21% for spring wheat, 23% for barley and 24% for soybeans. The preparations used improved the yield structure of all crops.

The article presents the results of an experiment studying the influence of the technology of cultivation of Emelya barley variety on productivity in the conditions of the Republic of Khakassia. The experiment was carried out in 2022 at Chernogorskoe settlement, located in the Ust-Abakansky district of the Republic of Khakassia. The results of the study showed that the maximum productivity of barley variety Emelya was obtained when azofoska was applied at a dose of 60 kg. d. per hectar with the use of plant protection products of 4.05 t/ha. The increase in comparison with the control was 1.12 t/ha.

The authors of the article consider the properties of grain as an expensive and very complex raw material. With varietal milling of wheat in the cost of flour, the main share falls on the purchase of grain - up to 80 ... 85%. Therefore, when organizing and maintaining varietal grinding, it is required to optimize the modes of the main processes of the technology both in the preparatory and grinding sections of the mill, moreover, based on the choice of objective criteria for the efficiency of processes. The authors found out that the values obtained are significantly behind modern ones, which indicates the progress made in the organization and management of flour technology, in particular, characterizes the success in equipping our technology with highly efficient equipment.
