The article discusses the content of the concepts “human environment”, “social environment”, “space” as a component of the architectural platform. It analyzes the understanding of space from the point of view of philosophy, physics and mathematics, describes an approach to the consideration of the content of the psychological space of a person. A model of the psychological space of a person as a mental space, a space of stay and a space of action is considered. It is noted that the urban environment is the middle between a person and his physical environment, between the inner world, human consciousness and the world of things and objects, while a person in the environment is under the influence of a semantic field, and the environment acts as a means of identifying a person with its place stay and livelihood, has semantics. It is noted that the house is the main living environment of a person, determines his personality, social interaction and life success. Architecture meets not only the utilitarian needs of society, but also solves ideological, social and aesthetic tasks. Architecture is a frozen past, present and future, it is a reflection of social ideals, historical events and the culture of the time that is constantly present with a person at any time in his life. A person, as it were, breathes life into his created creation with the help of matter, space and design, reviving. Paul Goldberger describes that architecture is capable of exerting an emotional and intellectual effect on a person, - “there are no two people in the world, who can react equally to this or that architectural space. According to Jeffrey Scott, an architect sculpts from space, like a sculptor from clay. He works on space, as on a work of art, that is, he seeks to use it to create a certain mood for someone who enters there. The influence of architectural space on a person is great - this is a “powerful language” that expresses the social structure of all times and peoples, creates a certain background for the main life events of a person, his basic feelings, sometimes being the reason for their motivation. It is noted that architecture for man is a long process, and we would compare it with the process of human development with its various abilities, abilities, and skills to adapt in society. According to Paul Goldberger, - the quality of architectural space is never accidental - space is shaped. An analysis of this article says that the most complex system of being is architecture, having the social, psychological, spiritual needs of a person, and in modern times we consider it as a means of satisfying a particular need, in our opinion it is regarded as the frozen harmony of our cultural heritage, it is a combination of material and spiritual values created by mankind during its history, having historically acquired rules, knowledge and experience in the middle of society for its preservation and harmonization.

Ways, methods and techniques of influence on the formation of learning motivation 影响学习动机形成的途径、方法和技巧

The article analyzes the ways and methods of influencing the formation of learning motivation in students of higher educational institutions.The role of problem-based learning, which ensures the development of students’ creativity, has been described. The characteristic of differentiation in the learning process that promotes motivation of students with various levels of knowledge has been presented. The peculiarities of technical means of teaching in the formation of motivation in learning a foreign language have been highlighted. The role of of the personality of the teacher in the learning process has been underlined.
本文分析了影响高校学生学习动机形成的途径和方法。本文描述了基于问题的学习的作用,它保证了学生创造力的发展。在学习过程中呈现出差异化的特点,促进不同知识水平学生的学习动机。技术教学手段在外语学习动机形成方面的特殊性已经凸显出来。强调了教师个性在学习过程中的作用。

Scientific and theoretical principles of cognitive flexibility as a basic competence of the future specialist of the XXI century 认知灵活性作为21世纪未来专家基本能力的科学理论原则

The article presents a synthesized analysis of the work of Western scientists on the theory of cognitive flexibility in the context of actualizingits potential as one of the basic competencies of the future professionals. The interpretation of cognitive flexibility from the standpoint of different fields of study is shown. The essence of cognitive rigidity as an opposition of cognitive flexibility and the theory of cognitive flexibility as an important component of the education system is clarified. The essence of cognitive competence of the future specialist as a set of qualities based on worldviews and knowledge, skills, abilities, social experience of the future specialist, which allow him to quickly adapt to different living conditions, maintain emotional behavioral stability, respond flexibly, act and make optimal decisions in standard and unpredictable professional situations, is determined.
本文综合分析了西方科学家在认知灵活性理论方面的工作,并将其作为未来专业人员基本能力之一的潜力加以实现。从不同研究领域的角度对认知灵活性进行了解释。阐明了作为认知灵活性对立面的认知刚性的本质,以及作为教育系统重要组成部分的认知灵活性理论。未来专家认知能力的本质是基于未来专家的世界观和知识、技能、能力、社会经验的一系列素质,这些素质使他能够快速适应不同的生活条件,保持情绪行为的稳定性,灵活反应,在标准和不可预测的专业情况下采取行动并做出最佳决策。

Philosophical and linguistic intentions in the perspective of plagiarism and antiplagiarism 从抄袭和反抄袭的角度看哲学和语言意图

The current geopolitical and socio-cultural situation in Ukraine has brought to life the latest scientific approaches in the field of philosophy and sociolinguistics. The realities of the current cognitive and value situation in the global society of knowledge and information raise the problem of academic integrity of the University in the face of the latest cognitive and value challenges. Plagiarism, along with corruption and other socio-institutional problems in academic education, put forward the need to develop the latest methodological solutions. Modern requirements for the novelty of scientific research and educational methods, technologies, etc., entail another problem - the feeling and understanding of scientists, educators, especially young people, social responsibility to themselves as an individual and society, which spends taxpayers’ money for the development of education and science. In the conditions of information hybrid war, the position of a scientist and an educator is the position, first of all, of a citizen who defends the values of the Ukrainian people and their education and science. The article considers the main approachesto solving the problem of overcoming plagiarism in science and education and its relationship with the cognitive-value system, in terms of sociolinguistics and developments in social philosophy and philosophy of education.

Use of educational remote technology in COVID-19 quarantine conditions 在COVID-19隔离条件下远程教育技术的使用

Organizational changes in the health care system of Ukraine, which took place before the quarantine period, required the introduction of changes in medical education using modern interactive technologies in the preparation of competitive future doctors. However, in the conditions of quarantine, which is due to COVID-19, the choice of educational distance technology should not differ from the traditional quality of educational services. At the same time, the development of modern forms of distance learning should become the basis for professional continuous education of doctors in the future, which will improve the quality of diagnostics and professional medical care.
乌克兰卫生保健系统的组织变化发生在隔离期之前,需要在医学教育中采用现代互动技术进行变革,以培养有竞争力的未来医生。然而,在新冠肺炎疫情导致的隔离条件下,教育远程技术的选择不应与传统的教育服务质量不同。同时,现代远程教育形式的发展应成为未来医生专业继续教育的基础,提高诊断质量和专业医疗服务质量。

Modern theoretical aspects of the implementation of distance learning in higher educational institutions 现代高等院校实施远程教育的理论方面

The article considers modern theoretical aspects of the development of distance education in Ukraine, in particular its conceptual apparatus. The interpretation of key concepts of distance education and distance learning is given on the basis of scientific sources analysis. The historical stages of basic concepts formation of distance learning (correspondence training, distance learning) are analyzed. Modern understanding of the concepts and terms of distance learning is based on its interpretation as an activity using Internet technologies and resources. It compares distance education and distance learning, related concepts of open education and blended learning. Distance learning is considered as a qualitatively new, promising form of learning. The feasibility of using distance learning in Ukraine is theoretically substantiated.

Historical aspects of the formation and development of pharmaceutical education in Ukraine 乌克兰药学教育形成和发展的历史方面

The article examines the historical aspects of the formation and development of Pharmaceutical Education in Ukraine during various historical periods (XI – early XXI centuries). It is proved that the first and second periods were characterized by the creation of educational institutions for training doctors and pharmacists, primarily at the expense of public initiative. Staff was trained in the process of craft training of students in pharmacies. From the XIX to the beginning of the XX century. training of pharmacists was carried out according to the scheme: apothecary’s student – apothecary’s assistant (gezel) – pharmacist – Master of Pharmacy. It is established that the dynamics of growth in the number of pharmacies contributed to the development of Pharmaceutical Education. During the III and IV periods, the development of Pharmaceutical Education resulted in the creation of specialized research and educational institutions (departments, institutes, academies, universities) and in the future the creation of a network of higher educational institutions, which contributed to the formation of a teaching staff and the formation of a scientific community of pharmacists.
