Since mankind birth, human communication has played an enormous role in the socialization of mankind. Thanks to the possibility of communication, such a status quo in socialization was achieved. These two concepts are closely related, it is impossible to imagine the modern world without at least one of them. Due to significant socialization, there is a great need for communication between people and vice versa. There are many ways to communicate. However, against the background of significant socialization, there are various phobias and social interaction problems, the main of which is social anxiety disorder (SAD), also known as social phobia (or sociophobia). To a large extent, the formation of SAD begins in childhood so that any impact can be positive or negative. Studies conducted by various psychologists and researchers have shownthat the emergence and experience of fears result from an environmental impact on humans. The aim of the research: To reveal the interconnection between sociophobia in adolescents and the level of social adaptability theoretically and practically. Research object: Adolescents social anxiety disorder. Research subject: Interconnection between social phobia and the level of social adaptability in adolescents. Hypothesis: Adolescents with a low level of social adaptability have a higher severity of sociophobia, while more socially adapted people are on the contrary.

The article is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of Ukrainian education in current conditions - the transition to distance learning at all levels of the educational process. The authors analyze the effectiveness of distance learning to improve the quality of teaching the discipline “English for Special Purposes” for non-linguistic specialties online. The study identifies some common advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, highlighted by Ukrainian and foreign researchers. Data and conclusions of experiments on the effectiveness of educational institutions in connection with the mass transition to distance learning in 2020 are presented. A separate period of learning foreign languages in a distanceformat is studied. In order to analyze the effectiveness of distance learning, questionnaires are developed, the questions of which allowed giving an overall assessment of the distance learning process, its technical capabilities, and the peculiarities of learning a foreign language online. A general analysis of the success of the discipline “English for Special Purposes” in the period of full-time and distance learning is performed, being reflected in the charts and graphs. This study allowed us to analyze some features of distance learning a foreign language, evaluate its effectiveness in general, and identify significant advantages and disadvantages from the student’s point of view. The questionnaire results served as a basis for the development of recommendations to the teaching staff to study the difficulties that arise when learning a foreign language in a remote format. The authors concluded that it is necessary to further improve the educational process by using innovative learning technologies and expanding educational opportunities for distance learning.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «life competence of modern youth», as well as analyzes the main factors of this phenomenon, the peculiarities of its course. The leading component of life creation is actualized - it is life competence which is considered in modern psychology as set of knowledge of life laws, abilities to apply them in own life and unique individual experience of the person. The processes of formation of life competence of modern youth, which have their own age, psychological, structural and dynamic patterns, to cover which this study is aimed. However, quite often the course of these processes occurs spontaneously, which can cause various kinds of maladaptation ofmodern youth in society. Life competence as a determinant of self-development, self-realization, self-actualization, life creation is presented. It presupposes the level of development of personal mechanisms corresponding to age possibilities and individual life history, in particular, such as imitation, identification, imitation, empathy, reflection, image of «I», conscience. Competence is closely related to the concepts of «maturity», «readiness to show social activity», «individual lifestyle», the system of values of modern youth. In the state program of modernization of education the competence approach is declared as one of the important conceptual provisions of updating of its maintenance. At the same time, the concept of «vital competence» as one that has an integrative nature and ensures the effectiveness of the functioning of the individual insociety is singled out as central. The educational system of modern society is designed to meet the needs of society in a variety of high-level competencies. Thus, the problem of vital competence of the individual is of interest to various fields of research. The most developed are its pedagogical, socio-psychological, philosophical and sociological aspects. Most of these studies are characterized by an approach to understanding the problem of life skills as part of the creativity of modern youth. The article reveals the essence of the concept of «life competence of modern youth», as well as analyzes the main factors of this phenomenon, the peculiarities of its course. The article identifies the main characteristics of the child as a client of psychological services, which must be considered by a child psychologist in order to increase the productivity of interaction and effective resolution of the request. Namely, the following leading characteristics are analyzed:unstable state of children’s ego (children’s ego is vulnerable and underdeveloped, which makes the child a difficult client), the leading role of play activities in interaction with the child (action dominates when working with a child, the psychologist must play by himself), taking into account the state of physical and emotional dependence of the child: the role of parents (main task - understanding and / or modifying family dynamics), heterogeneity of mental processes in childhood (counseling process includes child psychologist as a real object to be identified as a facilitator of development), “positive” and “negative” reactions of the child psychologist to the child-client (the child is able to cause unique emotional reactions that need to be understood). Based on these characteristics, the requirements for the personality of a child psychologist are determined.

The formation of the professional maturity of a teacher in the system of postgraduate education is highlighted through the prism of the relevance and modernity of knowledge of synergetics and acmeology, as the methodological basis of the polyparadigmal approach, in general, and competent, in particular. The purpose of the article is theoretical analysis of the integration criteria of professional maturity of a teacher in the content of the competence postulate “The ability to study for a life as a basis for continuous professional training ...”, namely: internal criteria - readiness for continuous personal and professional self-improvement, to professional and personal self-realization, professional competences; external - the effectiveness of professional activities. The study of this problem makes it possible to identify the integration criteria of the professional maturity of the teacher and the theoretical analysis of the basic concepts. The methodological basis of this problem isconsidered; the process of formation of professional maturity of the teacher in the system of post-graduate education through the analysis of reflexive self-regulation, first of all willingness to self-organization, the ability to self-education, to self-realization; criteria specific to the profession of primary school teacher in the institution of general secondary education. In further research and study of the integration components of the professional maturity of a teacher in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, the priority direction is the study of the conditions for the intensification of the development of pedagogical systems, which make the issue of determining the necessary and sufficient elements of the system of continuous education providing the conditions for the formation of professionalism, acmeological activity and professional maturity of a teacher.

Values are an integral part of culture, a person perceives the world through his/her own system of values and value orientations. In this paper, an attempt is made to identify the manifestations of the components of social responsibility of future psychologists based on the system of their value orientations. The aim of the study is to dentify values that have a more universal and predictive power in relation to the manifestation of social responsibility. Research methods. The linear multiple regression analysis was performed for each of the six established factors of the understanding social responsibility by future psychologists. Values (Schwartz’s model of values) acted as predictor variables, and indicators on social responsibility factors (the model of social responsibility by O. Kovalchuk) acted as dependent variables. Results of the research. To predict the indicators of social responsibility of future psychologists based on the characteristics of their value orientations on factor 1 - civil consciousness – the significant values such as rules, universalism, public safety, achievements, traditions, dependence, which have positive links with factor 1, instead , interpersonal conformity and resources are negatively correlated with this factor. Six independent variables have significant links with factor 2 - legal consciousness: “Rules”, “Dependence”, “Universalism”, “Social Security”, “Resources”, “Tolerance”. The sixvalues of “Rules”, “Dominance”, “Universalism”, “Personal Security”, “Autonomy of Action”, “Interpersonal Conformity” predict factor 3 -reflection on the consequences of one’s actions. Factor 4 - moral consciousness - is predicted by six values: “Universalism”, “Personal Security”, “Dependence”, “Rules”, “Autonomy of Action”, “Dominance”. It is proved that the seven values such as “Universalism”, “Tolerance”, “Dependence”, “Traditions”, “Personal Security”, “Achievements”, “Resources” are predictors of factor 5 - Altruism. Conclusion. Thus, it is proved that social responsibility can be predicted by such values as universalism, security, care, interpersonal conformity and dependence.

Identification of potentially dangerous objects of Ukraine on the basis of risk-oriented approach. The article shows a methodological approach to identifying potentially hazardous facilities based on threshold masses and a risk-based approach to assessing the risk of the possibility of emergencies at potentially hazardous facilities in Ukraine. It is noted that the threshold masses of hazardous substances are an objective criterion for identifying an enterprise as an object of increased danger and determine the risk of technogenic emergencies.
