In the review article, the author substantiates the relevance of the problem under study. The significance and features of transformational transformations taking place in the field of higher education in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic have been revealed. The educational and non-educational problems faced by participants in the educational process are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of psychological health and psycholoic well-being of students and teachers.It is concluded that the effectiveness of solving the problems of overcoming the psychological consequences of the pandemic causes the need to develop a system model that would integrate experts from different industries.

The article deals with the analysis of the distance training notion, studied by the Ukrainian scientists. The author states that before the lockdown 2020 distance training in higher educational institutions of Ukraine was regarded as the extramural or individual one. The article defines distance training as education at the distance, with when both teacher and student are far from each other, the education including application of e-resources in the e-educational environment, information-communication distance training system and the distance training technologies. The author shows that the distance training of medical students is equal to the offline studies. The author describes all kinds of the medical studentstraining: lectures, practical classes, consultations and control classes, regarding the peculiarities of medical education as well as the personal experience of the author of teaching in O.Bogomolets National medical university. The article reveals the main advantages of the distance training of medical students: accurate time management, study room management, higher flexibility of teachers and medical students. Though, the article contains descriptions of the disadvantages of the training: dependence on the Internet connection and gadget functioning as well as psychological prejudice toward the medical distance studies.

The work focuses on the phenomena manifested during the initial process of the transformation of educational activities under the influence of the modern IT revolution, which are researched from the philosophical and worldview standpoints. There have been considered the historical roots, current forms and methods of the educational process development and their similarity with such concepts as mimesis, game, theater. Based on the Actor-network theory (ANT) there have been pointed out the profound insights of such concepts as the world-network and the world-game. Being the key concept in the modern process of the IT revolution, the game concept is analyzed from its praxeological and heuristic point of view. It is admitted that nowadays because of its prognostic functions the notion of gamebecomes more multivalent and it includes a great variability of further scenarios of human development in terms of «quantum uncertainty ». There have been emphasized the risks which may be caused from the attempts to absolutize the game phenomenon within the Actor-network theory being, both for the individual and for humanity as a whole.

Сформульовані загальні принципи інтерактивного навчання, якспеціальної форми організації пізнавальної діяльності. Застосування інтерактивних технологій є необхідним для поліпшення якості освіти, створення комфортних умов навчання для активної взаємодії всіх учасників навчального процесу, активній участі в житті суспільства, професійній та особистісній самореалізації, спроможних до вирішення тих завдань, які ставить перед ним сучасність. As you know, the principles of academic culture and integrity in the current state of university education in Ukraine are often simply perceived as an abstract, but necessary for the European integration of education postulate. Codes of ethics and regulations on combating academic plagiarism are created on the basis of recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science, regulate the activities of employees and students in the context of prevention and detection of falsifications, violations of academic integrity, including academic plagiarism. The establishment of the principles of academic culture and integrity in educational institutions is a necessary prerequisite for building a strong civic culture in society. Expert evaluation of scientific papers, including anti-plagiarism, in our opinion is an important prerequisite for the adequacy of complex scientific topics and objectifies the overall assessment of the quality of presentation of research results, including dissertations,monographs, manuals, articles and abstracts. The aim of the work was to improve measures to combat academic dishonesty and plagiarismbased on the analysis of current legislation, orders and regulations of Danylo Halytskyi Lviv National Medical University, creation and implementation of a new discipline for PhD students to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities. based on the topics of meaningful modules, created taking into account the experience of examination of scientific and educational works. In total for the three-year period (2018-2020) 5992 inspections were carried out and violations of academic integrity were confirmed in 611 works, which was the reason for their rejection. Algorithmic logical functional sequence of anti-plagiarism examination of dissertations and abstracts with analysis of the percentage of uniqueness of the text by the method of shingles with optimized settings was used to conduct the initial examination of dissertations to detect academic plagiarism. Deep search parameters and deep verification by Unichek, Plagiarism Detector Pro v. 1092”, etc. with further maternity check and establishment of the percentage of uniqueness of the text by the freely accessible program “AdvegoPlagiatus”. Based on the analysisof the causes, trends and spread of academic plagiarism in the university community for applicants and graduate students was created and implemented the discipline “Information support, academic integrity and research ethics” which is aimed at gaining analytical competencies, flexible skills “soft skills”. necessary during the planning and implementation of dissertation research and ensuring adequate communication in the scientific community. It consists of three content modules “Academic Integrity and Anti-Plagiarism”, “Scientific Ethics”, “Information Technology and Patent and Literary Support of Research Papers”. The article deals with the process language learning as a means of social interaction, which is the result of the society’s demand formation for the latest researches in the field of psychology, sociolinguistics, correctional psychology; revealed a number of important issues to the problem of children with special educational needs speech and mental retardation. Using of the term «communicative competence» in the methodology of people with special educational needs providing support is directly related to the focus on communicatively oriented language learning, with the transfer of emphasis from the forms of speech phenomena to their function. The complication of communicative approach to language learning concerning in the process of communication and it is extremely unpredictable, out of linguistic analysis. The process of speech competence isan extremely complex and multicomponent phenomenon, so its analysis is not possible within one science. The process of children with language and mental retardation communication skills’ adoption will be intense, as it requires the development of methodologically sound recommendations forasmuch the latest research in special psychology, correctional pedagogy, neurolinguistics, sociolinguistics and more. The formation of people with special educational needs’ speech competence in is aimed to the skills’ developing in practical use of language structures with their communicative functions in familiar communication situations. Thus, for successful communication, students with language and mental retardation must assimilate not only knowledges of philological nature, general concepts of language, language structures, but also be able to apply knowledges in practice, because in communication it is impossible to separate phonetics, vocabulary or grammar. The formation of children with language and mental retardation speech competence opens important prospects for the correctional and developmental process in educational institutions. In particular, consideration of the phenomena of language not only from the point of view of language structures, grammar, vocabulary, and also performance of a number of communicative functions. The formation of speech competence does not mean abandoning the study of grammar or vocabulary, but significantly expands the possibilities of traditional teaching methods based on knowledge and use of language structures and determines the choice of language material in accordance with the purpose and objectives of communication.

The article covers the questions of organization and using of information educational environment during the training of future professionals in the institution of professional pre-higher education. The concepts of «informatization of education», «information educational environment», «information technologies» as a holistic dynamic system are revealed. The advantages and prospects of development of informatization ofeducation in the conditions of its quality assurance are determined. The process of informatization of education, which is caused by the development of technologies that lead to the informatization of all spheres of society, is studied. The role and importance of information technologies in the educational process are shown. The characteristics and basic means of information technologies used in the process of professional training of students are considered. The directions of using of information technologies and their value in the educational process of the professional colleges are analyzed.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of open science based on three main principles: open access to scientific publications, openresearch data, and open cooperation. The differences between traditional research and joint, collaborative parallel research are illustrated.The services of cloud-oriented open science systems are analyzed and systematized for use in scientific and educational activities: specialized search engines, content visualization services, services for efficient data storage and exchange, communication services, scientific papers repositories, etc. The European Open Science Cloud is characterized.
