Folk music; It is a musical discourse of oral culture in which feelings, thoughts or experiences are expressed by the âşık or minstrel without any understanding of art. It does not need any theory, as it is not concerned with art. For this reason, it carries irregular structures as well as structures that can be called regular. The most effective training method of this tradition, which has been the master-apprentice relationship does not depend on any theory. When we look at such education and works. It seems to be found implicitly that have theoretical elements in folk melodies. The study examines the reasons for the place and importance of these structures in the basic theory of folk music. In addition, a development map was drawn by expanding the pitch areas with the help of folk melodies patterns and points to be considered in sound systems were pointed out. Dyspnea is the most important symptom of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Training and exercise in symptom management improve the physical and psychological condition of patients, increase their compliance with treatment and quality of life. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of upper extremity exercises performed by a specialist nurse without using extra tools on dyspnea. The study was conducted with 78 patients with COPD, including 39 exercise and 39 control group. The patients in exercise group carried out upper extremity exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times a week throughout 8 weeks and the clinical course of the control group was not interfered. At the end of 8 weeks, patients were compared in terms of their symptom scores and scale point averages. Patient Identification Form, Saint George Respiratory Questionnaire, Medical Research Council, Modified Borg Scale, COPD Evaluation Test, 6minute walk test distance criteria and oxygen saturation measurements were used in the collection of data. It was discovered that of the participants involved in the study, 92.3% of cases were males, the average age in exercise group was 58.00±5.94 and it was 55.87±8.09 in the control group. In the 8th week, it was observed that the distance increased for the majority of patients in exercise group in 6-minute walk and with regard to COPD evaluation test, Medical Research Council, Modified Borg Scale dyspnea score average reduced. Upper extremity exercises that had been regularly applied to patients with COPD for 8 weeks under the supervision of attending nurse were observed to be effective in elevating patients’ life quality.

Spontaneous rectus sheath hematomas may occur spontaneously due to anticoagulant use and cough. Rectus sheath hematoma frequency increased with more use of anticoagulants. This study was aimed to evaluate the success of CT, which has a high sensitivity in detecting rectus sheath hematomas, in predicting whether spontaneous rectus sheath hematomas are caused by coagulopathy or not. Cases with rectus sheath hematoma in the radiology archive of our hospital were included in the study. Cases with a history of trauma, surgery, or abdominal injection were excluded from the study. Twenty-four cases evaluated as spontaneous rectus sheath hematoma were divided into two groups according to the international normalized ratio (INR) result as anticoagulant-related rectus sheath hematoma (14 cases) and non-anticoagulant-related rectus sheath hematoma (10 cases). Fluid cellular level in the hematoma (1), heterogeneity (2), localization at the infra-umbilical level (3) and stranding of subcutaneous fat tissue in the abdominal wall (4), were evaluated as anticoagulant-related rectus sheath hematoma CT findings. Hematoma at the supra-umbilical or umbilical level was considered as hematoma unrelated to anticoagulant use. Diagnostic accuracies were confirmed by laboratory results. Categorical data were compared with chi-square and numerical data using Mann–Whitney U test. While 17 (70.8 %) of the cases were female, only 7 (29.2%) were male. While rectus hematomas are mostly seen in isolation at the umbilical or supraumbilical level of the rectus muscle in the group with no anticoagulant use, it is mostly seen at the infra-umbilical level in the group with anticoagulant use (p = 0.001). Stranding in subcutaneous fatty tissue accompanying rectus hematoma is mostly seen in the group with anticoagulant use (p <0.001). Besides, the incidence of heterogeneity in hematoma due to anticoagulant use has increased (p = 0.035). No statistically significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of fluid cellular levels in the hematoma. In spontaneous rectus hematomas accompanied by coagulability, the hematoma is mostly localized at the infra-umbilical level. Also, subcutaneous fatty tissue stranding is more common.

The aim of this study is to investigate the operating conditions of without electrical current usage nickel plating over ABS plastic and determining the best plating conditions. Experimental study consists of four parts as; preparation of materials, etching, coating and analysis. The effects of temperature and pH of the plating bath, plating time and grinding paper size were investigated on nickel plating. Experiments were carried out in the plating bath with 120, 240 and 320 grit size sandpapers, at 85-90-95C plating temperatures, at 7-9-11 pH and 15-30-45 minutes of deposition times. The results of the experimental studies analyzed by using X-Ray XDL-B System, X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Due to the results of the experiments and analysis, the electroless nickel plating on ABS plastic was a success.

Human beings want to express themselves at every stage of life in order to continue their lives. It also uses a language as a means of expression. The concept of image is also an important element in creating a visual language. In addition, creativity is an indispensable part of human beings since their existence in the world. It is inevitable for human beings to behave creatively and innovatively in every field. When we look from the frame of painting art, the image, imagination, creativity and the process of creation are indispensable elements when creating a work when we consider all these formations as a process. In this study, the definitions of the concepts of image, imagination and creativity were given and the process of creating in the art of painting was analyzed through paintings.
